What's even more amazing is that the vegetables cooked in the fats of these meats were so delicious that the meats seemed like side dishes. While Genghis Khan is usually enjoyed with beer, I was so engrossed in eating that I forgot to drink beer. However, since it's a resort area, the cost performance may not be the best. As someone not good with technology, ordering through the phone was a bit challenging for me. But if you ask the staff, they will kindly take your order for you. Also, the manager was friendly which was nice. It was a very delicious meal.

Finally, we were seated and... The prices made us hesitate with the menu choices, so we settled for a Matsuo Genghis Khan-style dish and ordered an expensive wine for drinks. The fresh raw lamb was ridiculously expensive, and many other menu items were hard to justify ordering. Genghis Khan is essentially marinated mutton, a dish that relies on various techniques to enhance the flavor... The marinated lamb and marinated mutton dishes came with only one type of vegetable each – either green pepper or carrot. If you only order one type of Genghis Khan, you'll only get one type of vegetable. The two Genghis Khan dishes we tried seemed like they would be part of a more affordable all-you-can-eat menu, and the Matsuo Genghis Khan dish seemed more satisfying. The marinated sauce had a relatively high level of sweetness. The taste and quality seemed to have improved from the previous Genghis Khan restaurant, but I would have liked to try the raw lamb as well. It was a super high-end Genghis Khan restaurant. I wonder why the prices are so resort-like...
