A shop located in Hakata Station Front 3-chome. I've been curious about it for a while as it's been popular, and I was able to get in at 6:00 pm by myself. The counter with a view of the grilling station has 7 seats, and I sat at the counter where pre-prepared grilled chicken lined up beautifully. The grilling process was done carefully, with the charred marks being crisped with scissors. The saltiness is light, but it's good if you're planning to eat a lot. I went alone at 6:00 pm, and by 7:00 pm, it was almost full. It's a very popular shop as a casual grilled chicken izakaya, so I think reservations are essential for groups of 2 or more. It's delicious even if you go alone, and it's perfect for having a great time with friends while enjoying delicious food. I ordered the following items:
- Quail eggs for 200 yen, light in flavor but goes well with the salty mini wiener.
- Chicken skin for 100 yen, a Hakata grilled chicken classic. Small and carefully skewered, crispy and fragrant, the sauce is also very good.
- Tsukune for 120 yen, like a meatball and delicious.
- Chicken liver for 120 yen, moist and flavorful, very delicious.
- Gizzard for 120 yen, crispy and delicious.
- Pork belly for 200 yen, another Hakata grilled chicken classic. Crispy on the outside, slightly juicy inside, not too oily and delicious.
- Chicken thigh for 120 yen, meaty and delicious.
- Satsuma butter for 200 yen, basically grilled sweet potato, delicious.
- Shiso roll for 200 yen, very delicious with meticulous preparation.
- Homemade tsukune with cartilage for 280 yen, fluffy, with delicious sauce and filling.
- Homemade lemon sour for 550 yen
Total 2360 yen
