During lunchtime in front of Hakata Station, I decided to quickly grab a meal at "Kasai" nearby in between my busy work schedule. I ordered the daily lunch special which was the same as last time, vinegar chicken. It's a simple and quick dish that is easy to enjoy. The meal was served promptly and I paid 500 yen before leaving the restaurant. It was not crowded today, but last time there was a long line which made me give up on dining there. The one-coin lunch is quite appealing. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Today, I had a quick lunch near Hakata Station because I was short on time. The restaurant I wanted to go to was crowded, so I decided to try a new place called "Yakuzen Nabe Kasai" for a time-efficient lunch. The sign outside advertised a lunch set with herbal hot pot for just over 1000 yen, but since I was in a hurry, I opted for a quicker menu option. The restaurant was surprisingly well-organized when I went downstairs and walked a bit further in. I thought about getting the daily lunch special for 500 yen, but they were serving "Champon" today, which I wasn't in the mood for. Instead, I chose the "Vinegar Chicken Set" for 650 yen. The vinegar chicken was like a chicken version of sweet and sour pork, but here the vinegar flavor was not overpowering and the seasoning was more subtle. It was not my favorite, but it was decent for the price. Overall, I think it was a good value for 650 yen.

Cheap chicken hot pot lunch. "Yakuzen Nabe Kasai" in front of Hakata Station. Once again, I had lunch with GoTo Eat at a place I was curious about. Located near Canal in front of Hakata Station, "Yakuzen Nabe Kasai." It's an underground restaurant, but with a sign outside and hot pot dishes starting at under 1000 yen, I was intrigued. Stepping inside, I found a surprisingly well-decorated interior. For the chicken lunch, it was 979 yen. Thinly sliced chicken meat~ A personal stove is brought to the table, which is quite impressive. It's a standalone type, slim, and with good heat. I wish I had one at home... Then, I added the ingredients and chose from 4 types of soup, selecting the spicy Mala flavor. You can also choose the level of spiciness from 1 to 5, so I went with "3." It was pretty spicy, so 5 might be too much for me... For the finishing touch, you can choose from champon, udon, or rice. I went with champon. I was surprisingly satisfied...
