Today I arrived in Hokkaido. When it comes to Sapporo, it's all about miso ramen! So I visited "Sapporo Ramen Taishin" in the food court of New Chitose Airport. It was crowded with many people on a weekday, and I had to look for a place to sit. I ordered the Hokkaido Sweet Corn Butter Miso Ramen. The combination of miso, butter, and corn created a delicious taste that made me feel like I had truly arrived in Sapporo. Thank you for the meal. There is also a Ramen Dojo on the opposite side of the food court, so I decided to visit there on a different day.

I ordered the staff meal set because it was a good deal. It included miso ramen and diced chashu rice bowl with a soft-boiled egg. The ramen had a sweet taste, maybe from the cabbage and onions in the soup. It was very delicious. However, the diced chashu rice bowl with soft-boiled egg was a bit disappointing as it was too cold for my liking. Next time, I will just order the ramen. On the final day of my business trip to Hokkaido, I had lunch at New Chitose Airport. The restaurant area was very crowded, so I decided to look for a place in the food court. I wanted to have miso ramen one last time, so I chose Daishin, the first ramen shop I saw without hesitation. I ordered the authentic miso ramen and it arrived in about 15 minutes. The ramen was simple, with chashu, menma, green onions, and a few bean sprouts. The miso was rich and delicious. I was satisfied to end my Hokkaido trip by enjoying a bowl of miso ramen.

This time, I had the safe choice of Sapporo miso ramen. I thought it might be quite strong because it's miso ramen, but it wasn't overly rich and I didn't find it too heavy. Even though I usually eat tonkotsu ramen, I didn't feel like something was missing. The location is in the food court on the third floor after the domestic flights, with plenty of seating available, so I recommend it. Please give it a try.

While waiting for my flight back, I went to "Sapporo Ramen Taishin" in the food court on the 3rd floor of New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal Building. The location is great! I ordered the popular No.1 dish, the authentic miso ramen for 890 yen. I added sesame seeds and a bit of spice before digging in. First, I tried the soup. It had the taste of Hokkaido miso ramen - not too strong, easy to eat, with just the right amount of garlic. The egg noodles were twisted and soaked in the miso flavor, creating a classic miso ramen taste that left me fully satisfied. I was also curious about the "Hokkaido Ramen Dojo" where popular shops in the airport gather, but looking at the map, it seemed too far and I didn't feel like walking that day. Enjoying the miso ramen from "Sapporo Ramen Taishin" while watching the airplane lights and the airport view was a delightful experience. I am very satisfied! Thank you for the meal.

Order: Authentic miso ramen with a rich flavor that isn't too heavy! The bamboo shoots and green onions were also good. The chashu was on the lighter side. The soup was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking it even after finishing the noodles. I also tried a bite of the limited menu item at New Chitose Airport, the Ma La Tan Tan Men, and the spiciness that hits you later becomes addictive. I definitely want to visit the main store next time!

As a conclusion to my trip to Hokkaido, I had miso ramen at the food court (Oshin) at New Chitose Airport. The atmosphere at the food court, with a view of the runway, was great, and families were enjoying themselves, adding to the lively vibe. When looking at the menu, the miso butter corn caught my eye. While I had always associated miso, butter, and corn as a set, I decided to order this golden combination. Before going on a trip, I always stop by this ramen shop. I really like the rich soup they serve. However, the chashu isn't that tasty and it's cold! So, I end up putting it at the bottom of the bowl. The soup and noodles are traditional Sapporo style. It's located inside a food court, so it seems less crowded compared to the ramen shops in airports, but it's a delicious ramen shop. Thank you for the meal!

I often find hidden gems in food court-type places like this. When in Hokkaido, you have to try the soy sauce ramen! New Chitose Airport. When I peeked into the Ramen Dojo, there was a long line. I didn't have the guts to wait in line, so I wandered around and found this place in the food court. I decided to finish with miso ramen. The soup was very hot, probably due to the oil on the surface. However, the soup was oily, and the impression of oil lingered more than the miso flavor. Original miso ramen: 890 yen.

This is a ramen shop in the airport food court. They offer half-sized portions, which is great when you just want a little something to eat! I ordered the half-sized miso ramen with corn topping. It cost around 690 yen. The corn was sweet and delicious. It's nice to be able to eat before a flight.

Ramen shop located in the food court on the 3rd floor of New Chitose Airport. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and there were a few empty seats in the food court. There were a few people waiting in line in front of the shop, but I was able to order easily and received a buzzer to be called when my order was ready. I ordered the original miso ramen (890 yen). They also had salt and soy sauce ramen. While ramen shops in the food court are usually crowded, this one was relatively quiet, making it a hidden gem. After a short wait, my buzzer went off. I added some chopped garlic available at the table in front of the shop to my ramen and took a seat. The miso ramen with garlic was delicious, with a nice sweetness from the onions. This is a great place to enjoy tasty ramen even when you're short on time before your flight.

Visited at 1:30 pm, there were 3 people in line, and the BGM was "The Girl from Ipanema." I ordered miso ramen with a hot spring egg. It was ready in 7-8 minutes, and they added a separate hot spring egg on top. I took a bite of the noodles and a sip of the soup... It's delicious! A nostalgic and orthodox miso ramen that won't upset your stomach. I finished all the soup without any worries. It might not have a strong impact, so I wonder if it will appeal to younger people? After trying out all the ramen shops in New Chitose Ramen Dojo, I was looking for something new and found a new ramen shop in the food court. I ordered the Miso Ramen for 890 yen. When my order was ready, I added some sesame seeds, garlic, and chili pepper from the counter. The chashu was on the dry side. The noodles were medium thickness curly noodles typical of Sapporo miso ramen. As for the soup, it had a slightly sharp old-fashioned flavor with a nice aroma but lacked richness. Also, the noodles didn't mix well with the soup and the overall combination was not the best. Thank you for the meal. (^~^)

At Daishin located in the food court of New Chitose Airport, I tried the miso butter corn. I usually don't order miso, but the corn was sweet and very delicious. Miso is known for its strong flavor, but surprisingly it tasted mild, probably because of the butter. Anyway, it was delicious served hot. Eating miso ramen while watching the airplanes was a special experience.
