I was taken to the ramen restaurant "Tenzoku" in Nakama City by a colleague who wanted to eat ramen. When we entered, it looked crowded at first, but we were guided to a spacious tatami room at the back! The menu had options like Jūwari, Kohaku, Hakata Mizutaki Blend, Yatai Blend, and Tai Shio Tablet. My colleague ordered the rich Jūwari, while I ordered the limited edition Hakata Mizutaki Blend. It cost 850 yen. The description said it had an elegant and light chicken-based soup. The soup was rich with chicken flavor, and later the pork bone flavor came through. It was light but had a good depth of flavor, and the thin noodles mixed well with the soup. It was elegant but not too refined, which I liked! It's recommended for days when you're tired of tonkotsu ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Since becoming Tenzoku-san, the ramen menu and side menu have expanded, making the restaurant even more attractive. The system where you select your order using a touch panel is great. I ordered the light pork bone amber ramen and gyoza. The flavor of the pork bone and aromatic vegetables cooked together is deep and delicious. The noodles pair well with the broth. The gyoza are large and make a sizzling sound on the hot plate, stimulating the appetite. The fried rice is also hot and has a gentle yet flavorful seasoning. You can mix and match different combinations depending on your mood that day, making it a place you'll want to visit again.

This is a visit to a shop that used to be Gyoran Tei. It seems they also have an izakaya at night. The parking lot is right in front of the shop, and since it was past noon, we were able to find seats easily. Orders are placed using a touch panel. Unfortunately, the Hakata Mizutaki Blend was sold out, so I opted for the Amber instead. It was a very light and gentle tasting ramen, but very delicious! I usually don't finish the soup, but this one was so good I drank it all! However, the fried rice was a bit too salty, which was disappointing. Payment is self-service.

I went to work in Chokko City in the morning. I was excited to go to the restaurant recommended by MyRebi-sama for lunch, but it was unexpectedly closed on that day. I wanted to try the Angler's Lunch... I cheered myself up and headed to Mizumaki for work in the afternoon. On the way, I stopped by "Tenjiku" restaurant. I thought it was Gyoran Tei, but it turned out to be Tenjiku. The ordering system was via tablet, which I'm not a fan of, but oh well... The menu options were: - Jūwari (thick pork bone soup) for 750 yen - Kohaku (light pork bone soup) for 700 yen - Hakata Mizutaki Blend (elegant and light chicken-based soup) for 850 yen Mizutaki Blend was already sold out... so I went with Jūwari! It had a thick and creamy pork bone flavor. The thick noodles were delicious too. The tender chashu was also very good. The interior of the restaurant still had remnants of Gyoran Tei... I enjoyed the meal, but as someone who likes sesame seeds on the table, I wish they had them. Thank you for the meal.

"The ramen shop Gyoran Tei Nakama branch has reopened, so I decided to visit after a long time. My last visit was in March 2017, so it has been 6 years. This time, I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and Fried Rice. The Tonkotsu Ramen had a rich pork bone broth with thin straight noodles, it was delicious. The Fried Rice was moist and well-seasoned with salt and pepper, also very tasty. They also offer hot pot and izakaya dishes in the evening, so I would like to visit for that as well."

If you come here, you must try the Juppari Ramen! However, I feel like the taste has dropped a bit since it became Tenjiku. The fried rice is still delicious as ever! If you come to Nakama City, be sure to visit!
