While exploring Fukushima the other day, I came across a nice yakiniku restaurant and decided to give it a try. The interior of the restaurant was bright and quite daring for a yakiniku place, with a white wood decor. They didn't use a smokeless roaster, so it was interesting to see how long they could maintain this setup. I found out that they opened in March 2022. Located in a very obscure area in Fukushima, not easily found even for beginners in Fukushima, but it seemed to attract those in the know, as customers kept coming in one after another. However, when I visited alone, they let me use a table for four. I ordered the "Wagyu Harami Set Meal M" with a regular serving of rice. The meal came with meat, rice, soup, and cucumber kimchi. While waiting, I tried the cucumber kimchi first, and it was delicious. I had never thought that cucumber kimchi could taste this good. The meat was then cooked, and it was so tender and tasty. The grill had a well-cooked front side and a center part that allowed the meat to be cooked through with far-infrared radiation. When it was time to eat, I pushed the meat to the front to finish cooking, added some sauce, and took a bite. Wow, this is so tender and delicious! I decided to sprinkle some shichimi (Japanese seven spice) on it, and the combination of the meat's flavor, the sauce's sweetness, and the spice's spiciness was amazing. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and had a sweet fat. It was so good that I couldn't stop talking about it. Towards the end, the staff approached me and asked how the meal was. I praised the food, and they invited me to visit again at night. It seemed like they made sure to interact with every customer, even regulars. I found it quite impressive. I really enjoyed my experience and look forward to visiting the restaurant again at night.
