I remembered the name EBJIN from when I went to Yoiicchini last year. At that time, the menu was mostly deer meat dishes, even though it was supposed to be an Italian restaurant. I had deer meat curry and it was surprisingly delicious. So, when I heard that EBJIN was a new restaurant in Yoichi, I knew I had to try it. I arrived around 11 am, but it was already full, so I had to get takeout. They only had deer burgers on the menu, with a choice of original sauce or keema curry sauce. I chose the keema curry sauce. The patty was rich and flavorful, with no gamey taste. It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the quality. The curry sauce complemented the meat well. It was a bit messy to eat in the car, but that might be my fault. I would definitely go back to this burger place. I hope they expand their menu in the future. Thank you for the meal!

In conclusion, it's worth going to Yoichi just to visit this restaurant! The deer meat hamburger is delicious without a doubt, but what really surprises is the incredibly tasty sauce, crunchy lettuce, and light fluffy buns... It's the best hamburger I've ever had, not being arrogant about being 100% deer meat. Highly recommended! Just be aware that there are no toilets.

In April 2023, I visited "EBIJIN," which opened in March. The parking lot can accommodate about 4 cars in the empty space on the left side of the shop. This restaurant processes Ezo deer caught by the owner and serves burgers at the shop, as well as sells meat retail. I had a burger inside the shop. By the way, the meaning of "EBIJIN" is "JIBIE" when read backwards without the "N" (laughs).

This time, I chose the regular burger, but there was also a burger with keema curry sauce available. The order was served in about 10 minutes, and when I brought my face close to the large burger, a delicious aroma emanated from the patty. I was convinced that it was definitely delicious deer meat. When I bit into it, I could see lettuce, tomato, patty, and cheese. The patty was a 150g size made of 100% Ezo deer meat, providing a substantial eating experience. The sauce was a delicious meat sauce made with Ezo deer minced meat, complementing the burger well. The buns were made from locally sourced wheat. The burger was so filling that one was enough to satisfy my hunger. I don't usually eat burgers, but the patty here, made from Ezo deer, had no peculiar taste and only stood out for its deliciousness. I would like to visit again with my family next time.
