Hello. The owner is the author of the very famous blog "Osaka Ramen Dogyan Desu ka?" which focuses on ramen. One of the interesting features of the blog is the "Fearlessly Copying Other People's Dishes Series," where they try out dishes from other places without hesitation. Today, we visited "Miyazaki Kyodo Ryori Dogyan" for lunch, known for their delicious ramen. We tried the New Takaida Chinese Soba, aiming for something new. They offer a total of 9 types of ramen and a variety of other set meals, including curry. It was almost 12 o'clock when we arrived, and surprisingly, the place was already full. It took about 20 minutes for a table to open up. My companion ordered the Karaage (fried chicken), while I went for the New Takaida Chinese Soba with double the chashu, extra negi (green onions), and extra menma (bamboo shoots), all for free. Isn't that a great deal for only 800 yen? The chashu was tender and the noodles were thick. It was a satisfying meal. The pepper and other seasonings were also well done. After finishing the meal, I realized that this place is actually a yakitori restaurant. Despite that, they serve perfect ramen. "Copying" may sound easy, but when done well, it's actually about "recreating." And they have managed to replicate the good parts, resulting in a high-quality dish. The staff were efficient, even with a full house. They must have a good turnover rate. I hope to visit earlier next time. That's all for now. Please click the like button below. Thank you.

Dinner on Monday, November 15th was at "Miyazaki Local Cuisine and Noodle Cuisine Dogyan Honten" in Horie-cho, Chuo-ku, Osaka City. We enjoyed the 18th-anniversary celebration menu, which included a great deal of all-you-can-eat and drink for 2 hours for 4,400 yen. The menu was easy to understand with photos. We started with Suntory Premium Malt beer to celebrate the anniversary. The dishes included cucumber pickles, boiled peanuts, liver sashimi, chicken nanban, tofu salad, sashimi platter, and grilled chicken thighs. We also had various drinks like Suntory Highball, black soybeans, lemon sour, chicken yukhoe, homemade chicken meatballs with cheese topping, and Dogyan-yaki. The menu also had ramen and dessert, but we were too full to try them. It was delicious and satisfying, a great value for the price. The restaurant is located in Rokunohira Center Building 2F, 3-1-13 Horie-cho, Chuo-ku, Osaka City. Phone: 06-6241-6689. Business hours: Mon-Fri 11:30-14:00, 17:00-24:00, Sat 17:00-23:00 (L.O.22:30). Closed on Sundays and holidays. No parking available. Accessible by Osaka Metro Midosuji Line "Shinsaibashi Station" or "Hommachi Station", and Chuo Line "Hommachi Station", a 5-minute walk away.

Takaida-style ramen is so delicious! The chashu is big and satisfying, and the thick noodles are the best! I want to try other ramen dishes as well. The chicken dishes were also delicious! The tsukune and chicken sashimi were especially amazing! The only thing that bothered me a little was that the restaurant is a bit cramped and the space between tables is narrow, so it was difficult to have a conversation because of the loud voices of people around us. It may vary depending on the time and the type of customers, but it was a lively atmosphere!

I felt like eating local chicken, so I searched and visited this place. I ordered the recommended menu, which was "jitokko" and "aburi of chicken fat." The "jitokko" was different from the photo in the menu, with more than half of it being green onions, so I was a little disappointed. However, the "aburi of chicken fat" was delicious and had a nice texture! It was a good value for the price.

Located between Shinsaibashi and Hommachi, a little east of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street. The restaurant is on the second floor, accessed by a narrow staircase. They specialize in chicken dishes and it seemed to be mostly male customers when I visited, as it was quickly filled up. The menu had dishes with a punch, and the ramen at the end was delicious as well.

Menu: Pork shabu-shabu and chicken nanban set meal for 900 yen
I ordered the pork shabu-shabu and chicken nanban set meal. It was a meal with a generous portion, so it might be good for those who like to eat a lot. It took a bit of time to be served, probably because it was crowded at the time. Thank you for the meal.

First of all, this cute cocktail that looks like cream soda was surprisingly strong and I liked it! I thought it would be weak, so I was pleasantly surprised. The most delicious dish was unexpectedly the mixed noodles! It was really delicious, haha. My friend who is not good with spicy food found it quite spicy. Next, the cucumber. As you can see, the portion is quite large, even when shared among three people! It was satisfying and great value for money. The chicken dishes were also delicious, no need to say more. Dipping bell peppers and green peppers in miso was also surprisingly amazing. I really liked the green peppers... Anyway, there wasn't a single dish that was a disappointment! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I came here because I wanted to eat charcoal-grilled food. Although I was also interested in ramen and fried chicken, I chose the set with grilled pork and chicken nanban. There were several types of chicken nanban to choose from. I thought about trying the free nighttime drink offer or the double price challenge, but I ended up finishing my lunch. You can have seconds of rice, but I didn't.

I am "Noronori," who mainly walks around eating lunch, mainly in Sakai. I found this place while walking. They seem to be serving lunch, so I went up the stairs to check it out. They had set meals, but I was curious about the ramen. I had the Takaida Chuka Soba. Lately, I've been liking Takaida-style ramen. It had a nice aroma and was delicious. Be careful when going down the stairs on your way back! There are many signs warning about falling accidents and ambulances being called multiple times! Is that so? It's a bit scary (*_*;) I carefully descended the stairs. Thank you for the meal.

Miyazaki cuisine at this restaurant is delicious. They grill the food over charcoal, giving it a nice smoky flavor that goes well with rice. I bought a takeout rice bowl which was a big hit. It's clear why this place is popular. They offer free extra rice, and I will definitely be coming back. Also, the DQ brand workwear is top-notch.

This is the main store of Miyazaki local cuisine Dogyan‼️ It's lunchtime during work‼️ As it is a Miyazaki local cuisine restaurant, there are many Miyazaki dishes and set menu options, among which is the Chuka Soba‼️ This time, I tried the Takaida Chuka Soba‼️ Takaida Chuka Soba usually features thick noodles, but this time I chose thin noodles‼️ The soup, made with a rich dark soy sauce base, is delicious when combined with the straight thin noodles, which absorb the flavor well‼️ There is a generous amount of green onions, adding a nice texture‼️ The thick menma (bamboo shoots) is crunchy‼️ I also added recommended garlic‼️ The punch of garlic in the rich soy sauce flavored soup, with both light and heavy garlic, was delightful‼️ The thinly sliced chashu pork is tender and flavorful‼️ It was a delicious bowl at the Miyazaki local cuisine restaurant‼️

Today, I decided to explore the east side of the arcade in Shinsaibashi. I was looking for a curry or Chinese restaurant with decent reviews when I stumbled upon the sign for "Takaida Ramen." Without hesitation, I went inside. I didn't notice the sign outside that said only set meals come with rice! I quickly ordered the nostalgic Takaida Ramen without any rice. After a 10-minute wait, the visually striking dish arrived with thick noodles, thick menma, and a dark soup that reminded me of the past. The taste was a bit tangy with a soy sauce flavor, not exactly how I remembered it. I decided to add extra rice, but the rice was so hard that it felt like it was just boiled. Even when I soaked it in the soup, it remained tough. This place seems more like a set meal restaurant, but with rice like this, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Miyazaki Jidori Antei's charcoal-grilled chicken thigh is a must-try! Personally, I like chicken neck the best lol (for those who like it, there is also cheese-grilled option♪) It may be a bit fatty! So, I had it with salt instead of sauce, along with a salad and another dish in a half-size portion♪♪

This is the main branch of Miyazaki local cuisine restaurant Dogyan!! This is a lunch available at an izakaya serving Miyazaki local cuisine!! The time is a little past 12:30 pm!! This time, it's the Ensanjo Back Fat Ramen!! With extra back fat!! It comes with a lunch set including salad!! The back fat in the Ensanjo Back Fat Ramen is increased, with thick, firm noodles in a dark soy sauce soup!! It also has chopped green onions, diced onions, and plenty of seaweed, along with two deliciously tender slices of chashu!! A hint of garlic, and if you wear a mask it won't smell, is also quite generous!! A large amount of back fat makes it rich!! Towards the end, the back fat melts and becomes thick!! It's nice to have a refreshing salad after the rich back fat!! It was a rich bowl of ramen that you can enjoy for lunch at an izakaya!!

Miyazaki local cuisine dogyan is a famous series that I haven't been to yet. It's like a tavern with Miyazaki local cuisine as the main dish, but it's also famous for its Chinese soba. This time, of course, I had the Takaida Chinese soba with extra lard and green onions. The soup is a dark soy sauce with a lot of back fat, and the thick noodles go well with it. The soup has a sweet and sour taste, and it's delicious. The thick noodles are well coated with the soup, and it's delicious. The large thinly sliced char siu with a crispy edge is fragrant and tasty. Adding the original light garlic on the table, it goes well with the garlic. It's a delicious bowl of Takaida-style ramen that you can enjoy at a Miyazaki local cuisine restaurant.

Visited the local cuisine izakaya "Dogyam Honten" in Miyazaki. Ordered the Taiwan Mazesoba for 900 yen. Although it looks like the classic Taiwan Mazesoba, the noodles were thick and chewy, served with a garlic-infused sweet and spicy sauce that had an authentic taste. The highlight was the charcoal-grilled rolled chashu, which had a delicious smoky flavor. Visited on Monday at 12 PM, and the restaurant was bustling with salarymen, almost full.

Today, I had the afternoon off from work and came to this restaurant while running errands. I took the train, so it's close to Shinsaibashi, but I had to walk from Nagahoribashi due to a transfer. I arrived at the restaurant a little after 1:00 pm and sat at the counter. When I asked the staff if they had the "Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl," they said they were not serving it at the moment. Disappointing, as I came here specifically for the Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl. However, since I was already here, I chose the "Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Harami Set Meal for 900 yen" from the menu. The rice portion can be upsized for free.
The people sitting on my left and right at the counter seemed to have already ordered, but their food hadn't arrived yet. Surprisingly, my order was served before theirs. The Harami, a limited quantity item, is a type of chicken yakiniku that I have had a few times before, and I enjoy its chewy texture. Unlike the miso sauce used in chicken yakiniku, this one had a charcoal-grilled aroma that whetted my appetite, making the rice disappear quickly. The miso soup was delicious, and the salad was average. I wish there was a bit more chicken in the dish, but considering the price, it was fair.
Although I was shocked that I couldn't have the Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl, I unexpectedly ended up with the Harami Set Meal, which had a delicious charcoal-grilled chicken flavor. Oh, by the way, while I was eating, the dishes ordered by the people on my left and right were served. They had both ordered the Takaida Ramen. That explains it – Takaida Ramen takes a long time to cook due to the long boiling time. That's why my dish came out first. However, later on, a few more customers who came in all ordered Takaida Ramen. It seems to be quite popular. If the Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl makes a comeback, I would like to visit this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal.

My partner treated me to a meal at a restaurant called "Dokyan" in Osaka where we could enjoy Miyazaki's local cuisine. The restaurant specializes in charcoal-grilled Miyazaki Jidori chicken. We opted for a course menu priced at 3,980 yen, which included all-you-can-drink options.
We started with a toast with Korean "Hite Prime Draft" beer, which had a light and refreshing taste. We also enjoyed a delicious cucumber salad seasoned with sesame oil, garlic, and salt. The highlight was the famous Miyazaki dish, Chicken Nanban, with tender chicken and sweet tartar sauce.
For the main course, we had a platter of fresh chicken sashimi, which my partner loved. We also had a Caesar salad with a tangy dressing to balance out the upcoming meat dishes. The spicy charcoal-grilled duck skewers were incredibly spicy but had a juicy and chewy texture that paired well with beer.
Next, we tried the Miyazaki-style smoked chicken thigh, which had a rich charcoal flavor. To end the meal, we had a unique local dish called Takaida Ramen, a soy sauce ramen with thick straight noodles. Despite its unusual appearance, the ramen was surprisingly delicious.
Overall, "Dokyan" is a great choice for those who enjoy chicken dishes, beer, and Miyazaki cuisine. The course menu offered excellent value for money, and we left satisfied with the quality of food and service.

★Dinner Trip in between the Old Man's Work (Osaka, Shinsaibashi)!: I remembered about this place where you can have lunch even at night, so I decided to visit here. ・After debating between Tori Nanban, I finally decided on this place! $ Order! *"Special Charcoal Grilled Chicken Set Meal" for 1100 yen (tax included)… 3.2: I chose the Miyazaki Jidori long-term raised female chicken thigh (salt) as the part! ・Free refills for rice and miso soup! ・Comes with salad, one dish (pork and cabbage ohitashi), and pickles♪ ・They grill it over charcoal with big flames on the iron grill right in front of you. The Miyazaki Jidori chicken, with its perfect saltiness and charcoal flavor, is amazing♪ The meat is firm and the more you chew, the salt and umami mix in your mouth making you unable to stop eating rice. The sweet onion sandwiched in between is also delicious! I had a hard time controlling myself from eating too much rice to avoid gaining weight. Closing Comments: If only my teeth were stronger, I could have chewed and savored the flavor more, now I blame my teeth♪ Next time, I want to try "Seseri," but when will I eat "Nanban"!♪ Thank you always for the "likes," "saving the restaurant," and "following." If it's okay, I would be happy if you could recommend other restaurants in the comments section♪ ・ Thank you all for your continued support.

On a certain anniversary, I had dinner at a izakaya called Dogyan Honten that reminded me of the memories in Miyazaki. I chose this restaurant that I could reserve through Tabelog to make use of the T-POINT accumulated through the lottery on the app (lol). The course I had was the popular Tabelog limited Miyazaki local cuisine (Satisfying and Filling! Special Course) with a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option, and it was only 3980 yen per person including tax ♥️ I started with a draft beer to cheers♪︎♪(*^^)o凵凵o(^^*)♪ The course included: - Spicy Cucumber Pickles: A delicious dish with sesame oil, garlic, and salt that goes really well with beer ♥️ - Famous Chicken Nanban: The tartar sauce had less sweetness and a nice level of acidity compared to the original, but the chicken was tender and tasty. It definitely lived up to its reputation (*^^*) - Fresh Sashimi Assortment: Heart, liver, seared, thigh, and tataki sashimi, all fresh and delicious with a nice bounce to the texture. It was above the level you would expect from such an affordable course (≧▽≦)b - Today's Salad: The Caesar dressing was so tasty that my partner and I had a fierce battle over it, with the croutons adding a nice touch. - Super Spicy Charcoal-Grilled Chicken "Bullduck": This was really spicy, but more importantly, it was delicious. I consumed three beers just with this dish alone haha - Miyazaki-style Smoked Thigh Yakitori: The aroma of charcoal was amazing, and the authentic grilled thigh made me excited ♥️ The more you chew, the more the flavor of the local chicken overflows, it's just so goodヽ(´▽`)/ - Takaida Chinese Soba: The final dish was Takaida Chinese Soba. This is not your average izakaya ramen, it can definitely compete with ramen specialty shops. The thick noodles complemented the slightly spicy soup perfectly, and it was seriously delicious (*´﹃`*) After enjoying all these dishes and drinking about 10 beers between the two of us, all for only 4000 yen per person, I must say, this place is a gem ♥️ (lol) The beer refills were brought promptly without the usual sluggishness you might find at all-you-can-drink places, and the overall experience was great. The only downside was that the seats were a bit cramped and smoking was allowed in all areas. If they could separate smoking areas, I would definitely want to visit this place more often for its fantastic cost performance and delicious food ♡ Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m
