I have been to this place occasionally since a long time ago, but the management changed midway and the store name also changed, but recently it has returned as "nico." with the previous female owner back. I didn't leave a review last time, but this time I visited with Asako-san after going to an izakaya and a ramen shop. I ordered the Talisker Spicy Highball that I've been drinking a lot lately. It has a strong peaty smoky aroma with the flavor of sea salt. It has a warm taste with a hint of sweetness and a kick of black pepper, making it quite profound! I'll have another one, please! So, after having 2-3 drinks, the night was over. The owner will be showing her face again, huh~ (^^♪

It seems that this is a restaurant that is a former favorite spot of Mr. N in the neighborhood. Feeling good after having yakiniku, I decided to stop by here for a meal. There was one young man as a previous customer. I sat at the counter seat. The still young mama was introduced to me by a reviewer on Tabelog as soon as I mentioned Mr. N. "Is it Mr. N? Oh, Mr. N." And I was welcomed in. I ordered a single malt whiskey with bubbles for my drink. It was a brand I had never heard of, with a slightly peaty aroma like Islay. I ordered another one without any particular taste. We had a good time chatting about Mr. N, whiskey, and the guys who came in later, and left feeling good on the way home. Thank you for the introduction, Mr. N~ (^^ゞ

Located about 100 meters from the Hayaragi-dori and Arae intersection towards Noge, this bar is run by a middle-aged female owner and has a lively atmosphere with a clientele mainly in their 20s and 30s. The cozy space is managed by a caring older sister figure who is in her 30s and enjoys beer-based cocktails. The bar has a counter with 6 seats and one table for up to 10 people, with white walls and warm-colored lighting that is dim enough to read a book. The bar offers a selection of classic Western liquors as well as shochu. It is a heartwarming bar where customers of all ages can easily become friends while sitting side by side at the counter.

I came across this bar on the Sawara Highway and was surprised to find a drinking spot in such a location. The staff were very friendly and I had a great time enjoying my drinks. There were about 7-8 seats at the counter and 2 booth seats. From the road, you can see a small window with the word "Nico" written in Roman letters. It may seem a bit intimidating from the outside, but once inside, it's a cozy and welcoming place. The prices are very reasonable, so I definitely want to visit again. If you live nearby, I recommend checking it out!

I happened to be drinking nearby when a friend suggested going to a bar afterwards, and we ended up going to a place called nico. I was skeptical at first, wondering if there was really a bar in such a location. But when we arrived, we found a small window with "nico" written next to it. Inside, there was a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere, with a very kind woman serving drinks behind the counter. I really liked the place and will definitely go back again! The prices are also much cheaper than regular bars.
