I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. They served a maximum of 24 skewers until you say stop. For light dishes, you need to order separately. I tried a maximum of 24 skewers, recommended by the staff, with their recommended sauce. The highlights were shrimp with sauce, Miyazaki beef with sauce, sardine with walnuts and ponzu, firefly squid with squid ink chips and quail egg with sauce, seafood curry with sauce, salmon with French toast, sticky konjac with ponzu, Thai and enoki mushroom stuffed in kombu with salted kumquats, black beans, cheese, and mochi, broccoli sesame dango with egg white, sweet potato mille-feuille with anchovy butter, jellyfish with cucumber and ginger with ponzu, pickled cherry radish as is, long green pepper with sauce, whitebait with paprika with sauce, chapchae as is, bonito with avocado, garlic sprouts, and yuba roll with ponzu, snap peas with edamame with salt, bamboo shoots with kaiware shoots and fuki no tou miso, eel with tomato and gari with salted cod roe and potato pizza with salt, chicken cartilage with salt, asparagus with salt, and banana with wasabi. It had a creative skewer cutlet vibe. Personally, I enjoyed the Miyazaki beef, seafood curry, sweet potato mille-feuille, and banana the most. And the cost performance was good. Thank you very much.
