Menya Hakata Bentendo is located in the food court on the 3rd floor of Aeon Mall Chikushino in Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture. It's a convenient option for families as everyone can choose according to their mood. The soup is rich and creamy with a thick consistency. The flavor is well-seasoned, and the rich soup complements the noodles perfectly. The noodles are thin and have a nice firm texture. It was a delicious meal. Tsukushino Aeon. The food court that I really dislike. I came here with my child. So many people. My son recommended the ramen shop that had the least line... or rather, no line. I chose the ramen for 690 yen (tax included) and the fried rice for 290 yen (tax included). I wasn't expecting much, but it was surprisingly delicious. The soup had an old-fashioned ramen flavor with added richness and sweetness from the fat. I also liked the thin noodles. It seems like you can get a refill of noodles, but I don't have the courage for that. Now, onto the movie theater. Let's go, wallet!

●Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen: 690 yen
Classic Fried Rice: 500 yen
●Personal Impression:
【Soup】Rich and creamy with a thick texture
【Noodles】Crispy thin noodles
【Toppings】Green onions, chashu, wood ear mushrooms
This ramen shop is located inside the food court of Aeon Chikushino. They used to have a delicious soy sauce ramen on their menu, but it seems to have been removed. Today, I tried their tonkotsu ramen after a long time, and it had a different impression compared to before. Initially, it had a very good impression that didn't feel like a typical food court, but now it has a more generic food court vibe. The same goes for the fried rice. It's a shame that it has changed so much.

The Ion Chikushino store informed me over the phone that a new ramen shop has opened in the food court area where I go shopping every day. I decided to go check it out immediately, even though I had just had lunch after 11 am on a weekday before going to the super sento. When I arrived at 1 pm, there was quite a line of customers. I was debating between tonkotsu ramen and soy sauce black ramen, but decided to try something different this time. I ordered the Hakata Black Chinese Soba for 680 yen including tax, with extra green onions as a service. The staff, consisting of 4 members, did not give me a buzzer but told me to wait at the pick-up area where the food would be ready soon. The coordination among the staff was good. I was seated at a vacant table and started eating. The soup was unusually black, and although I wasn't asked about the noodle firmness, it was served firm enough. The chashu was thin but looked big, and I was happy to see wood ear mushrooms included. The soup tasted sweet and rich, similar to the meat udon soup in Kitakyushu City, but the sweetness was a bit overwhelming and lingered in my mouth even after eating. This sweetness might be divisive among different preferences. Personally, I didn't like it, so I finished the noodles but left the soup untouched and left the restaurant. I will try the tonkotsu ramen next time and provide a review. After leaving the restaurant, I drank some water to cleanse my palate.

This is a ramen restaurant from the Jay Ark Group, which has opened various food and beverage outlets in Aeon Mall Chikushino. I had lunch here and ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu homemade chashu ramen with a side of gyoza, which cost 1240 yen. The gyoza was small and Fukuoka-style, while the ramen was topped with plenty of special slow-cooked roast pork chashu. The noodles were thin and had a rich wheat aroma, with a firm texture typical of Hakata ramen. The soup had a rich and flavorful pork bone broth. The restaurant is located in the food court of Aeon Mall Chikushino. If you'd like, you can click here to vote for this review.

I had Hakata ramen. It looks light, but it has a rich and refreshing flavor. It feels much richer than it looks at first glance. There is no strong pork bone smell, and the aftertaste is light. The meaty chashu was delicious, with a tender and melt-in-your-mouth quality.
