The restaurant standing alone on the Daikushima Milk Road is so delicious that it makes you sigh, and I think people who don't know about it are missing out on something great. With a concept of natural food, the menu changes daily and the chicken plate I ordered was amazing! The carrot rapé side dish was truly exquisite! The chicken was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I felt like they really pay attention even to the oil they use. And all this for just 1300 yen including dessert and coffee is really cheap! There are no signs or information about this place, but you should definitely go! It's run by a female chef alone, so the seating is limited and advance reservations are a must. If you love good food, be sure to check it out! Thank you for the meal! I will definitely visit again!!!

This shop, which opened in September, will be closed for the winter season at the end of November. The chef of this shop used to run a catering and reservation-only restaurant called Nagoshi Agoshi in Tokyo. They often catered for film shoots, and even celebrities like Koyuki and Eri Fukatsu have ordered from them. The location may be familiar to locals, but a bit difficult to find for others. If coming from Hakodate, go through the Onuma Tunnel, turn right towards Kajibe at the 7-11 intersection, pass Yamakawa Ranch and Restaurant Kurobeko, and turn right at the next traffic light. Go towards the mountains and turn left before the Gunkawa Elementary School. You will see a small black sign on the right. The interior of the shop is very stylish, with a mix of Western and Japanese elements. The menu offers three options, all priced at 1260 yen. Today, I tried the Ni-Yoru set and the Wind set. The dishes were vegetable-focused and delicious. The cabbage-filled hamburger I had was juicy and tasty, while the simmered sweet potatoes and apples were gently sweet. The fried gluten had an interesting texture and was well-seasoned. Overall, the portion sizes may be a bit small for men or big eaters. If this shop were closer, I would definitely visit again. They will be closed for the year on November 28 and plan to reopen on April 1 next year.

Located on a town road southeast of Route 43, with a parking lot for about 10 cars on the premises. Easy access by car using GPS. The menu consists of two sets: 1. Ni-yoru Set (¥1,400) - Main (fried gluten & green salad), Side dishes (fried zucchini, tofu with water shield, boiled leeks), Rice (brown or white), Miso soup, Japanese sweets (blueberry agar jelly), Genmaicha tea. 2. Wind Set (¥1,300) - Main (cabbage hamburger & green salad), Side dishes (pickles, chickpea stew, carrot marinade), Bread or rice, Cold corn soup, Dessert (pumpkin pudding), Coffee or tea. Set 1 is Japanese style and Set 2 is Western style. Both have satisfying taste and portion sizes. Healthy and filling. The only downside is the lack of background music, making it easy to hear other customers' conversations. Great view. It may not be worth going on a cloudy day.

I found this restaurant while searching online for my trip to Hakodate. There was only one review on Tabelog, so I was unsure about it. The location is quite remote and hard to find using a car navigation system. The view of Mount Komagatake is stunning with nothing blocking it. The opening hours were listed as 12:00 to 18:00, but the sign said until 15:00. We made a reservation and easily got a table. The interior was spacious and had a cottage-like feel with stylish decor. The menu was limited, with options like a vegetable set and a meat set. The dishes were beautifully presented, focusing on vegetables with delicate flavors. The coffee and homemade dessert were also delicious. Considering the location, the quality of food, and the price, it was a great experience. The owner was very friendly, and I hope the restaurant continues to thrive.
