The beef sautéed in sweet soy sauce is placed on top of the rice. It also contains onions and green beans. The sweet soy sauce goes well with the beef. There is a popular bento shop called "Hotto Motto" along Route 210, near Yoshi Station in Ukiha City. Many stores can be found in Fukuoka Prefecture. Customers seem to order by phone and then pick up their orders. There are not many customers waiting at the store. On this day, I ordered the extremely delicious oyakodon (390 yen including tax). Although it is not a large portion, the rice is topped with a sweet and savory sauce-covered egg with plenty of chicken and onions. The sauce soaks into the rice and tastes great. Adding the seven-spice chili pepper provided enhances the flavor. The oyakodon is delicious and satisfying. Thank you for the meal!
