This is the inbound price! We ordered 3 items for 2 people and the bill exceeded 16,000 yen. I made a reservation for 5:30 pm on July 2nd at the NEW OPEN Centara Grand Osaka on July 1st. The drink took 15 minutes to arrive and the operation was not going smoothly at all. I wanted to drink Singha beer, but the staff came later and said it was sold out. I was surprised and asked, "What, it's sold out already on the second day of opening?" There was also no mango sticky rice or Kaokamoo (braised pork feet with jasmine rice), which were not prepared later as well! Out of the 5 items we ordered, 3 were missing for no apparent reason. We changed Kaokamoo to Kaomangai. The Sapporo beer cost around 1,230 yen (small bottle), Somtam Thai 2,486 yen, Kaomangai 2,734 yen, Red Curry 2,938 yen. They also charged a 13% service charge and of course, consumption tax, so the total bill exceeded 16,000 yen for 2 people. It's really expensive. The service was also bad. In my opinion, it's okay to be expensive, but they should only charge this amount if the missing dishes, order delivery, speed, and hospitality are all in place. Not having Singha beer is just too much! It was so sloppy, full of missing items, and what's the 13% service charge for with this kind of service? If it's like this, you can get it for 4,000 yen in Thailand. Swannapoom Thai in Umeda is much better with Kaonyao and Chediluan in Kitahorie is also expensive but not like this! Maybe they are targeting inbound tourists or foreigners with the prices. Surprising. The taste is good, but not to that extent. The Red Curry for Japanese people has 3 chili marks, but it's not spicy at all! The Kaomangai also seems to be slightly tailored for Japanese people. Well, it's delicious, but still. As you can see in the photos, it's expensive but not a lot in terms of quantity. It's ridiculously expensive, but the quantity is also ridiculously small. I hope they can redo it. It's been a while since I encountered such a misaligned restaurant.
