"Gold Dragon, please put pepper on the table" [Ramen, Donburi, various] Finally, my summer 2016 research is done~ ( ̄〇 ̄) I am grateful to the staff at the Gold Dragon Nagasumi store for allowing me to stay for so long~ヾ( ̄ー ̄) I must apologize deeply for using up all the pepper and ask for it to be kept on the table... But anyway, the Chicken Broth Shoyu Ramen for 460 yen was surprisingly good. The soup had a traditional diner ramen taste, and it was delicious... Pepper is a must-have item. You can even add garlic if you want... But the noodles were thin... oh well... The Hakata Tan Tan Men for 500 yen, their signature dish, was as expected. The taste didn't really have the spiciness of Tan Tan Men. I had to add a lot of sesame seeds from the table to get the flavor. And of course, they had already added chili oil... it's based on the Gold Dragon Tonkotsu, so it's naturally a bit sweet. Topped with bean sprouts. The Addictive Ramen for 480 yen, with garlic included! But there was garlic available at the self-service corner (-_-;) What makes it 80 yen more expensive is the Ma-Yu floating on the Gold Dragon Tonkotsu base. So if you add more Ma-Yu, it becomes this... The Ma-Yu itself didn't have much depth, so it wasn't that addictive. Topped with bean sprouts. The Gold Dragon Half Curry for 280 yen. I also tried a side menu item. The sweet kid-friendly flavor might not be suitable for curry enthusiasts. (-。-) But it's a generous portion. It's a dish with a taste of a commercial kitchen. The Stamina Donburi for 290 yen, made with pork belly slices and onions sautéed in garlic soy sauce to make it sweet and savory. It's like the meat bean sprout ramen but with less ingredients... If there were more, it might be overwhelming. Topped with pickled vegetables and red ginger. Seasonings are essential for an empty stomach. And that's how my research ended. I've only been to Gold Dragon here, but the staff are very friendly. They handle lunchtime crowds well. So I ended up staying longer than intended... ( ̄‥ ̄) It's cozy, so I'll be back even though I gained 2 kilograms. Thank you for the meal, I spent about 15,000 yen this time. Ψ( ̄∇ ̄)Ψ Now, let's rank my top 10 likes and dislikes: ①Large Gyoza ②Fried Chicken ③Onomichi Ramen ④Chicken Broth Shoyu Ramen ⑤Meat Bean Sprout Ramen ⑥Fried Rice ⑦Curry Rice ⑧Soy Sauce Tonkotsu Ramen The rest are tied... Unfortunately, no Tonkotsu made it to the list... (-д-;) If it's a set, definitely "Meat Bean Sprout, Rice, Gyoza" (`◇´) I'm being called by Gold Dragon... ( @Д@) Let's go back... sleep... wake up..._(:D)⌒゛sabaa... Gold Dragon... have a drink... go back... sleep... work My 2016 summer research is almost over~ Attack on Titan is also coming to an end~ Now, it's time for lunch at Gold Dragon... Let's go... Fried Rice for 480 yen. It seems like it has been improved in the past year. It tastes better now. I used to avoid it because it tasted like frozen food, but today, the sound of the wok shaking during lunchtime doesn't stop. It's a perfect balance of fluffy and moist, with ingredients like egg, green onion, char siu, and pickled mustard greens? Gyoza goes perfectly with this... it's definitely a must-have ( ̄~; ̄) yummy. Soy Sauce Tonkotsu Ramen for 480 yen. It feels like they blend Gold Dragon Tonkotsu with Japanese-style dashi soy sauce. So if you choose the Japanese-style dashi soy sauce as a topping, it becomes this... The addition of bonito flavor makes it quite enjoyable. I like it. The noodles are thin."
