I tried the Butter Cheese Sand Double Cream, which can be carried at room temperature. It cost around 400 yen each, and I found it to be quite a luxurious treat. It was as satisfying as eating a piece of cake. There are various flavors available, so I would like to try others next time.

◼️Ricotta Cheese and Maple Nut Bread - 367 yen
I happened to buy one that was a bit lonely with not much cheese or nuts on it, so I added some walnuts and cashews to it. It had a slightly salty taste, not sure if it was from the original ingredients or the added nuts. However, there was not much cheese on it, so it was a bit disappointing.
◼️Chocolate Scone - 324 yen
The chocolate was unexpectedly bitter and intense. When warmed up, the surface was crispy while the inside was soft and natural. I liked the unique combination of flavors. It turned out to be a scone for adults, more than it appeared. By the way, the two pieces on the left are the Brioche with enriched eggs from Standard Bakers Farm and the raisin bread I got as a sample, which I found more delicious.

A bakery located in Tokyu Food Show directly connected to Shibuya Station. As the name suggests, they sell bread and sweets made with ingredients from Biei. Various types of bread are lined up in a circular showcase, and you order them from the staff inside to pick them up. It seems to be the season for corn, as there were many breads made with corn, making the display bright with yellow. ✧ • ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ • ✧✦ The corn quiche has a powerful appearance with the dense corn kernels peeking out from the cross-section. There seems to be more corn than the egg custard-like filling. The outer layer is thin but well baked, supporting the densely packed filling without crumbling even when held in hand. It is recommended to warm it up in a toaster for a bit to enhance the savory aroma of the corn.

Clafoutis cinnamon (donut) is a donut with a chewy choux pastry, which I like. However, my husband strangely doesn't like it. The bread that is a mix between baguette and croissant (I forgot the name) has more chewiness than expected, so it might be better to reheat it a bit more. Our toaster at home is a Balmyuda, but it seems that the toast mode is better than the croissant mode or baguette mode.

The brand name means "farm of the earth" in French. This bakery uses wheat flour from Biei, Hokkaido to offer bread. The main store, which has been in business for nearly 20 years, offers pastries, bread, a restaurant, and a cafe. Using delicious ingredients from Hokkaido, they aim to introduce the taste of Hokkaido to people in Tokyo and nationwide. The branch in Shibuya Mark City on the first floor allows you to buy bread, cakes, and sweets all in the same area. The prices for bread range from 200 to 300 yen, which is reasonable. They offer a variety of savory and sweet items. One popular item is the "Cream Pan that Brings Happiness" for 238 yen, made with homemade cream that is rich but not too heavy. The slightly sweet, fluffy bread enveloping the cream is delicious, and the overall taste is well-balanced.

I bought a baguette at a bakery inside Shibuya Mark City called L'Atelier. It seems to be a popular bakery chain related to the one in Ikejiri. The baguette had a crispy crust and a chewy interior, making it authentically French and great for meals. It was delicious.

The mere presence of "Biei" in the name guarantees deliciousness, and once again, Biei did not disappoint. I bought two types of cream puffs (standard custard and strawberry custard), raspberry cheese bread, and cheese loaf. I ate them all without reheating the next morning. The cheese bread was overwhelmingly delicious. In particular, the loaf was a rare round cake-like bread, with a texture between Danish bread and pound cake. It was similar to a plain Keksare, with a subtle cheese flavor that was delightful.

I was looking for last-minute gifts and came across the limited edition Amao Chocolate Sablé butter sandwich. Ferme La Terre means "farm earth" in French. They use wheat from Biei, Hokkaido, and have a strong connection to nature, especially in their hometown of Biei. They actively use Hokkaido ingredients to deliver deliciousness nationwide. I purchased the following items at the Tokyu Food Show in Shibuya Mark City: 3 Amao Chocolate Sablé, 3 Cheese Fondue Cakes, and 1 Butter Cheese Sandwich each of Double Cheese Haskap and White Chocolate Rhubarb with Strawberry Whip Cream. The Amao Chocolate Sablé was surprisingly not too sweet, with a nice balance of flavors. The juicy strawberries added a hint of acidity, complementing the cookie texture and mild taste. The combination of the fluffy cream, fresh strawberries, and a touch of bitterness made it a delicious treat. It was well-received as a gift, especially by those who prefer less sweet desserts. The mild sweetness makes it suitable for men as well. Whether as a gift or a little indulgence for yourself, I highly recommend it.

I purchased three types of sandwiches at Ferm La Terre Biei Shibuya Tokyu Food Show store: Amaou strawberry butter sandwich, Hokkaido cream cheese and mascarpone W cheese sandwich, and organic chocolate and chocolate chip sandwich. My eldest daughter chose the chocolate chip sandwich because she loves chocolate, while my second daughter chose the W cheese sandwich. We decided to share the Amaou strawberry butter sandwich among the three of us. The sandwich had a crispy outer cookie layer and a moist buttery inner layer, which was delicious! The inside was fluffy butter and Amaou strawberry. The buttercream part was light and fluffy, without the heaviness of butter, with a gentle taste. The sweet and rich Amaou strawberries were so delicious that the children couldn't stop eating. Both the W cheese sandwich and the chocolate chip sandwich that the children ate were also extremely delicious. I didn't realize that the Tokyu Food Show in Shibuya is open until December 31st. I might buy some New Year's gifts as well. Thank you for the delicious food! #ShibuyaGourmet #ShibuyaSweets #ShibuyaBakery #ShibuyaMarkCity #ShibuyaMarkCitySweets #ShibuyaTokyuFoodShow #FermLaTerreBiei #FermLaTerre #AmaouStrawberryButterSandwich #ButterCheeseSandwich #FukuokaAmaouStrawberries #HokkaidoCreamCheese #Mascarpone #OrganicChocolate

I had breakfast and did some shopping in Shibuya! The croissant and bread recommended by the staff were really delicious ^_^ I also bought some donuts as a snack. The curry bread and corn bread were saved for the next morning's breakfast! They were also very tasty! I'll definitely go back to Shibuya to buy more. Cheers! Cheers!

[Visit Date] Weekday at 5:00 PM, for takeout. [Wait Time] None. [Purpose of Visit] Buying bread to eat with family the next morning. [Reason for Visit] Happened to pass by the store and was attracted by the beautiful display of bread. Went to Shibuya with my daughter. While looking for bread to eat the next morning at the food show in Mark City, I found the beautiful yellow bread displayed in the showcase at "Ferm La Taille" during the summer fair. This time, we decided to get takeout from here.
- Pain au Chocolat 240 yen: Moist croissant with a sweet chocolate filling.
- Sausage Epi 260 yen: Crispy bread with a flavorful sausage.
- Corn Chapata 250 yen: Chapata with plenty of natural sweetness from corn kernels.
- Biei Red Bean Bun 280 yen: A shiny red bean bun with a subtle natural sweetness, small in size but filling.
After payment, we received a chocolate tart as a bonus. The tart, resembling summer sunflowers, had a rich cocoa flavor and was of high quality. Such thoughtful gestures made us happy. It may be a simple gesture, but it made us want to purchase bread from here again. Thank you very much for the delicious treats.

It seems like a bakery or a pastry shop that offers a wide variety of items. I bought some pastries like salted bread and fried choux pastry. Both were delicious. Especially the salted bread. It had a nice texture and the balance of saltiness was perfect. Thank you for the meal!

- Cream Pan that brings happiness 200 yen
A cream pan with a smile mark drawn on it. The unique cream filling is delicious and it's understandable why it's the most popular item. It was also delicious when eaten chilled.
- Salt Bread 240 yen
A crescent-shaped salt bread. It has a slightly strong salt flavor.
- Croissant 200 yen
A crispy croissant. It has a classic taste that doesn't get boring.

I stopped by when I went to Shibuya. The place is located on the 1st floor of Tokyu Food Show, right near Shibuya Station. The shop has a bakery with a department store counter sales atmosphere. I bought a croissant and a pain au chocolat. The prices were reasonable. Both the croissant and pain au chocolat had a somewhat crispy surface and a dense interior, with a fairly rich buttery taste overall. It was quite good. I would like to try a different type of bread next time.

Located a 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station, this patisserie operates on the first floor of Tokyu Food Show. With a Foodlog rating of 3.26 during my visit in March 2022, this shop is part of the "La Taille" brand founded in Setagaya, offering sweets made with Hokkaido ingredients, with a focus on their signature butter sandwiches. In addition to the regular butter sandwich, I was intrigued by the limited edition Amao and pistachio raw butter sandwich (702 yen) and decided to purchase it.
[Amao and Pistachio Raw Butter Sandwich (702 yen)]
Sandwiched between sablé cookies is a thick layer of pistachio buttercream and neatly sliced Amao strawberries. I had kept it refrigerated until just before eating, but the cream remained soft without hardening. The cream is subtly sweet, with a noticeable hint of saltiness that seems to come from the butter. As a result, it doesn't feel as heavy as it looks. The Amao strawberries are sliced in half and placed on all four sides, equivalent to about two pieces. The pistachio flavor is not overpowering, but rather lightly fragrant. It is recommended to consume it on the same day as it has a short shelf life.
Thank you for the meal.

Cheese fondue cakes, 3 for 810 yen (tax included). The taste was delicious, but the condensed milk inside seemed to have seeped out, making it a bit too watery and the texture was not great. I really like their cheese butter sandwich, so I couldn't resist buying the limited edition strawberry one. The butter sandwich was bigger than I expected, and of course, delicious.

A bakery on the first floor of Shibuya Mark City. They offer many healthy bread options that are additive-free. I purchased the *High Cacao Jersey Milk Bread for 260 yen. I was drawn to the words "High Cacao" and "Jersey Milk" and decided to try it. However, the bread was dry and lacked a strong chocolate flavor. It was just average. I also bought the *Additive-Free Bacon Epi for 270 yen. I was intrigued by the additive-free label. The bread was a bit dry, but the bacon was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Known for its delicious food, Hokkaido is a treasure trove of ingredients, with Biei being a standout. This bakery features a quiche made with Biei's produce: Hokkaido corn. Priced at 356 yen, it may not look like much, but it's heavy when you pick it up! Let's take a bite~(^ω^)♪ Biei's sweet corn is piled high♡ With a creamy béchamel sauce, the filling is rich and slightly salty, complementing the delicate quiche crust. You can't help but keep eating. Overall impression: The corn kernels may fall out, but that's part of the fun (lol).

The other day, I purchased a Butter Cheese Sandwich here and it was so delicious that I decided to stop by again on my way back from Shibuya. This time, we bought the ★Double Cheese (324 yen) and the ★Limited Quantity Fukuoka Prefecture Strawberry Amou Butter Sandwich (648 yen) that we had enjoyed before. Both were very delicious, but especially the Limited Quantity Fukuoka Prefecture Strawberry Amou Butter Sandwich was amazingly tasty! The sablé part had a crispy and crumbly texture just like the Butter Cheese Sandwich, and the strawberry flavor along with the buttery saltiness and aroma were all well balanced and light. The fresh amou strawberry inside paired perfectly with everything and it was incredibly delicious. By the way, all of their products are made with a focus on Hokkaido ingredients, and each one is handmade by craftsmen from Biei, Hokkaido. It was so delicious that I would like to use it as a gift or a treat next time. I'm also interested in trying their bread that I've been curious about for a while.

I stopped by to buy a souvenir for my home a little before 3 PM on Saturday. This shop is known for using ingredients from Biei-cho, Hokkaido. I chose the Butter Croissant Bread (1080 yen including tax), which is their most popular item. This luxurious bread is made with a lot of butter and takes three days to prepare. The surface has a crispy texture like a croissant, while the inside is rich in flavor with plenty of Jersey milk and butter, making it moist and light with an elegant taste. It is delicious on its own, but toasting it on the second day onwards enhances the flavor of the butter, giving it a crispy texture that brings out its deliciousness even more.
