I received some delicious cookies again. Oh, I remember now, this is the bagel specialty store called Hagoromo. I've only been there once because there's no parking, so I can only go when I'm shopping at the nearby supermarket. Anyway, I'm happy to have these cookies. ⭐️ Red Tea Sablé, 8 pieces. It's the same as the one I bought before by chance! My daughter ate it during her snack time, so I didn't get to try it, so I'm happy to have it now. The slightly bitter tea leaves in the red tea are delicious! This would make a nice little gift. My daughter is observing the paper bag, so I took a look too, and it's just a hole punched with a punch and a hemp string threaded through to make a cute handle. I want to try making one too. I'll try my best to wake up early and go buy some again, as I couldn't reserve the bread last time... I really want to try it next time.

I heard that a popular bakery that only opens twice a week is known for their bagels, so I placed an order in advance. The bagels are very simple but have a satisfying weight to them despite their small size. Overall, they are not too sweet, unlike the fluffy types that are common these days. They are perfect for a meal. They also offer other baked goods and bread, so I plan to try them next time.

I had been curious about this shop for a while, but it's only open on Thursdays and Sundays. I called on a Thursday after work around 12 o'clock to see if they still had any bread, but they were already sold out and they don't take reservations for bread. What surprised me even more was that everything was sold out by 10:45! I realized I can only buy on Sundays, and if I can't park my car, I'll have to ride my bike... Opening at 8 am... seems impossible. Luckily, I found out they were open on a Wednesday, which happened to be a holiday, and hurried to arrive just after 10 am. The kind husband, who seemed to be heading out, greeted me at the entrance of their home/shop. It's a very small shop where only one pair of customers can enter at a time. They also had cream puffs and melon bread, but since I rarely come, I decided to try their bagels! Despite not having much left, I selected a few: Chocolate Chip Diamond Bagel for 240 yen - a small but filling bagel with a chewy texture, plenty of chocolate chips inside, and topped with almonds and nuts, which made it delicious. Sourdough Chorizo Baguette for 290 yen - the chorizo had a strong spice flavor that paired well with the bread. It's a hit with men! The spices complemented the Diamond Bagel, making it even more delicious. Cranberry and Cream Cheese Crumble Muffin for 320 yen - with a generous crumble topping, crunchy texture, and a delightful accent from the cranberries. Black Tea Sablé (8 pieces) for 350 yen - I bought this for my daughter as a treat! On the way back, I stopped by a flower shop and found some mimosa seedlings. This shop makes me want to wake up early and visit on Sundays.

I happened to see a information program and bookmarked a restaurant, but since its business days were irregular, I thought it would be difficult to visit. However, during my family's visit to our hometown for grave visiting and Christmas tour, we found out that it was open that day, so we decided to visit. We needed bread for the next morning, so we went there! The restaurant was located in a nice area with beautiful houses, with only one group allowed in at a time due to its small size. It was a warm time before noon, so waiting in line wasn't a problem. They had regular bread, but when I visited, they only had one cheese curry bun left (which was requested by my husband). It seemed like the locals had reserved many breads in advance. They had a variety of bagels as well, and I chose four different types. In total, we bought five items. According to my husband, the cheese curry bun was amazing (I overslept and couldn't try it). I chose a ham-filled bagel for myself. It was small but packed with ham and had a very chewy texture. It was perfect for breakfast! As a bagel lover, I was thrilled. The remaining three items were sweet bagels. The orange and cream cheese bagels were also packed with flavor and delicious. They seemed to be filled with ingredients. As a bonus, when I was getting into the car, I found a high school student's train pass on the sidewalk. It had personal information and the issuing station written on it, but there was no clear indication of who it belonged to. Since the police station was right in front of me, I decided to hand it over, hoping that someone would be able to return it. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

This place is a bit of a joke. They are only open on Sundays and Thursdays, and not even every time. That's why I gave their service a low score. The staff is friendly though. I went there because I had nothing to eat on a Sunday. It's conveniently close to my house, so I went. It seems like they are just running this as a hobby out of their home. There was a 10-person wait, and I waited for about 20 minutes. I arrived at 8:15 am. You have to go up to the counter to order. I randomly picked some items. When I asked for a recommendation, they had already picked out a Keema curry for me, but then recommended the curry bun instead. The curry bun was delicious, with chunky pieces of meat inside. The bagel was very chewy and you could taste the goodness of the wheat. I didn't buy any baked goods, but I'm curious about them. The place is too close to my house, so I don't want to wait in line. It would be awkward if I ran into someone I know. That's how my Sunday went.

Fig and Walnut Bagel ¥260
The presence of dried figs is great. Delicious. This is what I wanted to eat.
Red Bean & Adzuki Bean Bagel ¥210
I thought it would be like an anpan, but it was different. It was a bagel with red beans and adzuki beans mixed in, not sweet. For those who like beans.
Bacon Epi ¥190
Shaped like wheat ears, with a chewy texture and a fragrant bacon flavor. A must-try for bacon lovers.
Bagel Dog ¥300
A thick and large sausage wrapped in bread dough. The sausage is juicy and delicious.
Macadamia Nut and Chocolate Chunk Coffee Bagel ¥290
With chunks of macadamia nuts, very satisfying. Also delicious.
Spring Love Mini Loaf ¥230
A small-sized loaf of bread. They will slice it for you if you choose. It was not sweet and had a unique flavor.
This bakery is located in a residential area near the police station in Takishi City. It is a small shop to begin with, and they are taking thorough measures against infectious diseases by allowing only one group to enter at a time. They open at 8 am, and when I went on a Sunday morning, there were already about 5 groups waiting. I waited for about 30 minutes. It was a pleasant wait on a cool, sunny autumn day, but it might be tough if it was hot or cold. When you tell the staff what you want, they will get it for you, which is more hygienic and convenient. The bagels are substantial, chewy, and satisfying, not just a regular round bread. The only downside is that the size is small. As someone used to Bagel & Bagel, it was a bit disappointing. But it's tastier than B&B! I love that the ingredients are generously included. It's understandable why there is a line. The bakery has specific business days. They are open on Sundays but closed on Saturdays. They operate by selling their homemade bagels or other items they made on specific days of the week, and they often sell out within half a day. The bagels have creative and unique combinations, individually wrapped in plastic wrap with a label of the product name. The payment is done with an iPad. The stylish and natural couple who run the bakery seem to enjoy their work. It's enviable! I will definitely go back!
