I visited this shop after going to a live concert. I arrived quite late at 9:40 pm, so everything was half price!!! I bought two Croissant sandwiches and they were delicious! I was surprised because they weren't dry like some Croissants can be. The filling was also tasty. I wish they were a bit cheaper so I could buy more. Croissant Ton for 480 yen (regular price) and Croissant Jambon & Fromage for 460 yen (regular price).

"Brioche Dore" is a bakery cafe with around 300 stores in France, and it has over 460 stores worldwide. In Japan, the stores of "Brioche Dore" are mostly operated by the parent companies Suntory and UCC under the brand "Pronto" or their franchisees. It seems like there may be a partnership between "Brioche Dore" and "Pronto." The "Brioche Dore Tenjin Solaria Stage Store" opened around 2015 or 2016, being the second store in Japan. It is operated by Biel Dining Co., Ltd. based in Fukuoka. This company also operates "Pronto" stores in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Nagasaki. Many "Brioche Dore" stores opened in Japan but some have closed down. The reviewer visited the Tenjin Solaria Stage Store around 10 a.m. on a weekday and ordered the "Morning B Set" for 462 yen, which includes a croissant and a drink. The croissant was made with French wheat and butter, boasting a crispy exterior and a moist interior. The reviewer found the croissant to be delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and buttery flavor. The coffee served was strong and paired well with the croissant. The reviewer enjoyed the comfortable and quiet atmosphere of the store during their visit.

There is a bakery inside the Solaria Stage. I spotted it while going down the escalator and decided to make a detour. I bought a Quiche Lorraine. The taste and portion size were both good. They have a variety of options, so I would like to use it again when I go to Solaria.

From left to right, Basque Cheesecake (480), Canelé (250), Brioche Melon Earl Grey (300). I'm going to indulge in the sweet temptation set at night. This place offers a variety of croissants and has an overall high quality. Although there are relatively few sweet options, it's easy to choose because they are all good. Everything is new, and it feels like this. I was impressed! The Basque Cheesecake is filled with cream cheese, giving it that kind of taste. Also, the Earl Grey has a strong aroma, which some people may love or hate, but it's amazing. The fluffy appearance of the Melon Brioche is also lovely. The concept of this shop, which is all about overfilling but delicious desserts, is still alive and well. Thank you very much.

Summer vacation in Fukuoka, day three. Actually, I am heading to Nagasaki via Saga today, with the goal of arriving at Huis Ten Bosch in the evening. I had an early start this morning and enjoyed breakfast at Brioche Dore at Solaria Stage. Brioche Dore was popular in Hakata Station's KITTE and Kumamoto, but both stores have closed. Fortunately, the shop at Solaria is still open. I chose the toast breakfast again, with salad added, for a total of 647 yen. The coffee had a good aroma and was hot with a rich crema. It was slightly bitter with a lingering bitterness at the end. The salad was a bit small for the price of 220 yen, but the carrots were tangy and delicious. The toast was thick at 3.5 cm and had a soft, sweet texture that was easy to tear apart. The boiled egg was a bit small. I think I'll try the croissant next time, but I'll probably end up choosing this thick toast again.

I visited for a late lunch before 3pm on a regular day. Despite the time, the restaurant was 80% full. I ordered by lining up in front of the showcase. Everyone else there was female, ranging from students, office workers, to middle-aged and elderly women. However, the cheerful attitude of the staff made it easy to enter. Since most of the customers in PARCO underground are women, there was a sense of cleanliness. The bread was delicious. The portion size was not enough for a man in his 50s, but just right for women. There were outlets installed under the seats, so I plan to visit again for another late lunch. The bread was larger than I expected and served as a good snack until dinner.

I visited the Tenjin Solaire Stage store of Brioche Dore in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. The store is located on the basement floor of the commercial facility "Tenjin Solaire Stage". Brioche Dore is a popular bakery with about 300 stores throughout France. In Japan, they have four stores in Hongo at the University of Tokyo, in Kokuritsu, Chigasaki, and in Tenjin. This was my first visit. I arrived around 9 AM on a weekday. The store has a seating area where there were 6 customers. The seating area had counter seats and table seats available. Menu item tried on this day: Peach Earl Grey Tea (418 yen tax included) I enjoyed this drink at a table in the store. This drink is iced Earl Grey tea with peach sauce and a little fruit pulp added. The elegant sweet and sour flavor of peach spreads within the Earl Grey aroma. It has a refreshing taste and is easy to drink on a hot day. The store opens from 8 AM, earlier than Tenjin Solaire Stage which opens at 10 AM. Since it was early in the morning and the store was not crowded, I was able to spend a comfortable time there. This time, I only had a drink, but next time I would like to try the popular bread from Brioche Dore in France. Thank you for the meal.

In France, there is a bakery cafe chain with 300 stores worldwide, known for using French wheat and fermented butter to bake croissants, brioches, baguettes, and more. The Japan-exclusive croissant sandwich and traditional French recipes are popular. The store is located in a corner of the Soraia Stage, open all day. When I visited on a Sunday afternoon, about 80% of the seats were full. The showcase displays bread made with French ingredients. The bread is served by the staff at the counter. The eat-in area is casual and self-service. You pay first, then pick up your food and find a seat. You can also get water, sugar, milk, and straws from designated areas. I tried a sandwich with chicken, vegetables, and cheese mixed with olive oil, honey, and whole grain mustard, along with a hot coffee. The sandwich was served warm, with melty cheese and shredded chicken making it easy to eat. The honey added a nice aroma. The coffee came in a large mug. It's a good choice for a light meal.

On 5/8, the last day of Golden Week, I enjoyed a bread tour in the Tenjin area from Nishijin. I visited 5 shops, and one of them was "Brioche Dore Tenjin Solaria Station." This bakery is famous in France and has a few shops in Japan. They use dough imported directly from France. The cafe area is also nice, and many customers were buying bread from the showcase and enjoying it at the cafe seats. I had my eye on their signature item, the Crème Brûlée Croissant, but next to it, I found something tempting - the "Pistachio" bread. As a fan of pistachio flavor, I couldn't resist and bought it. It seems to have the same base as the Crème Brûlée Croissant but is filled with plenty of pistachio cream and almond praline. I took a big bite and enjoyed the chewy croissant texture with the flood of pistachio cream and crunchy almond praline. Next time, I'll make sure to try the signature Crème Brûlée Croissant!

I sometimes get takeout, but this was my first time eating in. This bakery chain from France has 300 locations. For takeout, they have simple croissants, but during lunchtime, they offer a variety of sandwiches. I chose the egg and bacon sandwich and also ordered coffee. I couldn't resist getting a canelé as well. The sandwich was delicious, with a guaranteed great taste. The canelé was moist and tasty too. The eat-in space was mostly filled with women dining alone, making it a casual place to stop by. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I have had many experiences of being brushed past without a second glance, but finally had my first encounter. They seem to be like a Tondel-like figure in France. It's great that they offer standard options. Now, onto the croissant sandwich. It stays crispy even when cold, and becomes fluffy when warmed up. It's not too overwhelming, very easy to eat. For raw croissants and Muffin au sucre type, microwaving then baking in the oven is a must. Enjoying the best of butter, I feel so happy. The highlight is the melon pan. I love the hard melon bread dough. It's so milky! This is wonderful. I want to keep buying this pastry, hooray for France. Each item has a unique concept. I want to try many more, this place could become popular with a lunch buffet! Thank you very much.

I purchased a fermented butter croissant for 280 yen including tax. I love croissants. I didn't really notice a difference between fermented butter and regular butter in this croissant. The butter flavor was average. The texture of the dough was a bit dry and the layers were thin. When toasted, it became more fragrant and delicious!

This bakery cafe, with 300 locations in France, is loved in many countries. They bake croissants, brioches, baguettes using French wheat and fermented butter. They offer exclusive croissant sandwiches and traditional French recipes in Japan. The store is located in a corner of the Solari Stage, open all day. They display bread made with French ingredients in the showcase. You order face-to-face and the staff serves the bread. There is also an eat-in area with a natural, wooden design. I visited this place to participate in a campaign at Solaria and had a light lunch with hot coffee, cinnamon bread, and a croissant sandwich. After ordering, you pay and carry your order in a self-service style. They also leave one seat empty between customers in the eat-in area. The coffee comes in a mug, which is nice as it's plenty. The croissant in the egg sandwich is made with carefully selected fermented butter, mainly from France, giving it a sweet taste overall. The cinnamon bread is also satisfying with its firm texture. The interior layout seems convenient even for solo customers.

This is my second time using the RAMPASS service. This time, they had added partitions and the staff were taking temperatures, showing that they are putting effort into infection prevention measures. I ordered the RAMPASS menu, which was meat sauce pasta and coffee for 800 yen, but with the discount, it was only 500 yen. Last time, I had hot coffee, so this time I chose iced coffee. I paid at the register first, received my iced coffee and a number tag, then waited for about 3 minutes at a table of my choice until my pasta was brought to me. The tagliolini pasta was delicious, with a nice chewy texture. This place is easy to dine alone. However, if dining with a group, the voices from distant tables can be heard, so speaking softly is recommended. The staff were also very friendly and provided good service.

I went a little after 11 o'clock and there were two solo diners. They had partitions set up for infection prevention, making the atmosphere calm. The lunch set included meat sauce pasta and coffee (hot or iced) for 800 yen, but it was discounted to 500 yen. There were power outlets available, so you could stay for a long time. The fresh pasta tagliolini was chewy and delicious. The coffee portion was quite generous. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service.

I often go to Brioche Dore for a little break in Tenjin! It seems to be a French chain, and has a French vibe. The croissants are delicious, especially when paired with coffee! It's located underground at the station, but has a casual open-air cafe feel.

After eating tempura and shopping at Leganet, I took a break. In the evening, there were fewer people so I could relax. I ordered a size L, but it was too hot to drink. I should have gotten a size M. It was too acidic! I should have ordered a café latte instead. Thank you for the meal.

I was wandering around Tenjin and feeling hungry as dinnertime approached. Since I had planned to eat elsewhere for dinner, I decided to stop by Brioche Dore, a bakery that looked inviting. I found a seat and approached the display case. The bakery seemed to be on the higher end with a variety of tempting pastries. Despite my efforts to keep the cost down, my hunger got the best of me and I ended up spending a total of 968 yen. I ordered a coffee set for 250 yen (excl. tax), a Croissant Brulee Framboise for 380 yen (excl. tax), and a Mini Tropézienne for 250 yen (excl. tax). The interior of the bakery was spacious with a cozy wooden decor, allowing me to relax while enjoying my meal. The Framboise pastry was rich with a sweet and tangy sauce, while the dough was light and fluffy. The Mini Tropézienne, with its fancy name, resembled a round choux cream pastry with a moist texture and a refreshing custard cream filling. The coffee had a strong and deep flavor. Although I was taken aback by the expenses, I was able to unwind in the comfortable cafe setting.

I wanted to eat a simple French bread sandwich, so I went to this shop that I had been curious about for a while. I had the "Classic Parisian" sandwich with ham and lettuce on French bread. The bread was light and easy to eat, with just the right amount of firmness. It was the sandwich I was hoping for. Next time, I'll try some of the other options!

I have visited this place several times in the past, but this is my first time posting a review. I think the simple brioche, as the name of the shop suggests, is delicious. The bread here is best enjoyed either dining in or eaten on the day of purchase.
