Located about a 2-3 minute walk southeast from Exit 5 of Osaka Metro Nippombashi Station, this restaurant has a standing bar counter at the front and three standing tables in the back for 2-4 people each. We started with a toast with a highball and enjoyed a Corned Beef Salad Spa as our appetizer. The salad contained corned beef, cucumber, corn, and was topped with mayonnaise and flying fish roe for a flavorful touch. Next, we moved on to tasting four different types of sake served in 100ml glasses. We then ordered some yakitori as an additional snack. You can order them one skewer at a time, and we tried various types including momo (with sauce), special tsukune (with sauce), zuri (with salt), dakimono (with salt), and seseri (with salt). After a short break with a daiyame soda, we finished our meal with a delicious Chicken Keema Donburi. The dish consisted of chicken keema, pickled radish, and a raw egg yolk on top of rice, creating a satisfying and tasty end to the meal. This casual and welcoming restaurant is perfect for a relaxed dining experience, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

The third stop on our bar-hopping adventure is a requested place by a fishing friend... our first visit to Date Dachi. The address of Date Dachi is 2-4-12 Sennichimae, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, just a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Nipponbashi Station. Date Dachi is a yakitori stand operated by Kura Ma Keikaku Co., Ltd., which also runs "Wasake Ginzou" and "Jack and Matilda." We arrived at the store just before 3 p.m. and confirmed our spot in line. By the opening time, there were already 6 people waiting. Closed on... None * Except for New Year's holidays Business hours... 15:00-24:00 (L.O. 23:00) We entered the store on time! We got permission to take photos and sat at the counter in the back. Customers started coming in quickly, and the counter in the front was soon full. The lighting was dim and the atmosphere was stylish with a Japanese touch. Drink menu. Food menu. Blackboard menu. The yakitori options are listed on the blackboard menu. There is a note that says... "For children, elderly people, and those in poor health, please refrain from ordering 'raw items'." After consulting with my fishing friend, we ordered... 2 skewers of raw chicken heart, chicken gizzard, pakuchi, kokoro, thigh, and tsukune each. It's nice that you can order just one skewer at a time. The skewers arrived in order. When served, we were advised to eat the raw items promptly. Let's dig in! First, we tried the raw chicken gizzard, chicken heart, and kokoro with rare tare sauce. They were fresh and full of chicken flavor, delicious with the sauce. We enjoyed the thigh and tsukune with plenty of mustard. They were grilled over high heat, just right in terms of doneness. The flavors were strong, but the pakuchi served as a nice palate cleanser. Even though we were already full from our third stop, we couldn't resist trying the... "Husband, please order the chicken keema with egg on top." It's a dish with chickpea-filled chicken keema, pickles, side dishes, rice, and a raw egg yolk on top. We mixed it all together and shared it with my fishing friend. The spicy chicken keema, pickles, and the creamy egg yolk combined well, creating a delicious dish. We were really stuffed by then! My fishing friend also seemed satisfied, so we paid the bill and thanked the staff before leaving Date Dachi. Husband, thank you! It was delicious! We'll come back again! I was happy to visit Date Dachi for the first time, a stylish yakitori restaurant I had been wanting to try. Looking at the menu, I wanted to order so many dishes that even though it was our second stop, we ordered plenty of appetizers and yakitori. The combination of grilled chicken skin and chanja was exactly to my taste, making the drinks go down smoothly! From start to finish, it was a cozy and enjoyable dining experience!

This is a standing-style yakitori restaurant. I visited on a holiday, and the place was always packed with customers, so be prepared to wait when entering. There were many attractive menu items, all of which seemed delicious. The yakitori grilled right in front of you looked perfect! The most delicious dish for me was the rare tare chicken hearts. It was one of the best chicken hearts I've ever had. Overall, all the dishes seemed to go well with alcohol, and I think there's no way to go wrong with any order at this great restaurant. It was delicious, thank you!

I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. It reminded me of a standing bar yakitori place I often visit in Kyoto. The taste was good, but the portion size was average. The tomato chu-hai was pretty strong, but delicious. The salt level on the chicken wings was just right. I tried the combination of avocado with yakitori for the first time and it was interesting. The only downside was that the table wiping could have been better, as it seemed a bit sloppy. It would have been nice if they had thoroughly wiped down the whole table with alcohol.

I visited during dinner time. The staff were friendly and made the experience enjoyable. They had a wide variety of yakitori options, and I tried a bit of everything, but my favorite was the chicken skin! I debated between having pho or curry for my last dish, but ended up choosing pho which was just the right flavor to end the meal. I would like to try the curry next time!

I visited around 5:30 pm on a weekday and it was quite lively with a decent crowd. My friend liked the seared skin and I enjoyed the seared liver, we both had seconds, it was delicious. For the finale, we debated between pho and curry, but ended up choosing pho. Next time, I'll try the curry! The staff were polite and friendly, which was great. I'll definitely be going back!

Trust your instincts and choose something that looks tasty but light. ・Cheese Soboro ¥350 - Delicious! Soboro with a flavorful broth and minced onions, perfect for those who like a savory taste. Enjoy it with plenty of wasabi, either wrapped in nori or as it is. A wonderful dish that satisfies all sides! Lightly go for some skewers. ・Kuseninaru Yagen ¥200 ・Duck Negima ¥300 - The cartilage is firm and good, and the duck is well cooked. Perfect for eating at the stand and enjoying with a gulp of beer! Let's try one fried dish that caught my eye in the posted photos. ・Tsukune Scotch Egg ¥500 - A unique presentation with a pink tartar sauce containing pickled radish. Enjoy the texture of cartilage in the tsukune paired with a soft-boiled egg fry. The tsukune's strong presence gives a delicious twist of Western appearance and yakitori flavor. A great choice! Oh no! I will give this Godly rating of 3.9 for my first visit ❤️ It's been a while since I visited Namba, walking down Shinsaibashi Street towards the south... There are no Japanese people, just foreigners everywhere... I can't see what's in front of me! Finally arrived at Date Dachi ✨ The area around the restaurant seems a bit far from the center of Minami, so there aren't many people. I am surprised by the energy of the foreigners and the still low temperature of the Japanese people. However, inside Date Dachi is packed to the max! Luckily, we managed to slip in as a group of two. It's not as amazing as the restaurant in Fukushima, but it's definitely good enough. Date Dachi gets an overall passing score of 3.9 ❤️ The yakitori is small, but tasty with the sauce. The service from the girl in front of me was perfect. I couldn't help but treat myself to a drink. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very cozy. I can imagine coming here alone, especially since my friend often stays in Namba. The restaurant feels well-established and comfortable, making it hard to believe it's a new establishment. I asked, "Which chain are you part of?" and was told they are associated with Jack and Mild. I don't often visit places under the Clima Plan, but I like the restaurants associated with them. For me, the food is the most important aspect of a restaurant's evaluation, but Date Dachi also has great ambiance and service. It's been a while since I've experienced such a good atmosphere and service. Of course, the cute girl in front of me added to the charm! After the live show, my friend and I stopped by for a quick bite and a drink. It's a standing bar, so the service isn't very attentive, but the fresh yakitori kept coming out one after another, and the sauce was simple yet delicious. I'd like to go back and enjoy a leisurely meal next time.

The main dish is grilled skewers, which are of high quality considering the price. The sauce is a bit sweet, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. I ordered the following menu items: Tataki Yukke 550 yen, Fig Butter 450 yen, Duck Negima 300 yen, Tsukune 250 yen, Seared Liver 250 yen, Kokoro 150 yen, Yagen 200 yen. Located a 3-minute walk from Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station, this yakitori restaurant has a wide counter seat at the entrance and table seats in the back. The interior has a dark wood tone with vintage furniture, creating a nostalgic atmosphere. It was quite crowded around 7 pm on a weekday. The Fig Butter for 450 yen was a rich butter with the tartness of figs, complemented by the saltiness of biscuits, perfect for drinking. The Seared Liver for 250 yen was rare and moist, seasoned with strong green onion salt and sesame oil. I loved it so much that I ordered it again. The Duck Negima had a rich meaty flavor with tender duck meat and slightly wilted green onions, a perfect combination. The Tataki Yukke for 550 yen was rare chicken tataki with a chewy and bouncy texture. The crispy texture of onions and a hint of spiciness, along with the richness and sweetness of egg yolk, combined perfectly with the sweet and savory sauce. The flavors were so good that it made me want to drink more. You can order skewers individually, which is convenient. The cost performance of each skewer was great. This time, I ordered the chicken skin simmered in salt and duck with leeks because I saw good reviews and they were not available on my last visit. The chicken skin simmered in salt comes with a boiled egg, but unfortunately it was sold out this time, so they offered a discount and served it without the egg. In conclusion, it was delicious! It was like eating oden with just the right amount of salt, making you want to order sake. I later found out that I was able to try the legendary sake called "Jikagumi"! I felt that it was delicious the whole time I was drinking it, but I didn't realize it was such a special drink and ended up drinking it too quickly. It's important to time your visit when there are available seats for a chance to be seated. The second visit was also consistently delicious. Thank you for the meal!

[Situation] Solo date, drinking party, girls' night out at a stand-up yakitori restaurant in Ura-Namba. It's owned by Mr. Kurama, who continues to create popular standing bars in Osaka. On this day, I visited with two people, but looking around, the place was filled with a wide range of customers, from 1 to 5 people. It seems like a place that can be enjoyed by anyone! You can order yakitori skewers one by one, and the portions are just right. The side dishes are all delicious and go well with drinks, and the prices are reasonable. It's so delicious that I will definitely come back! The sauce for the chicken hearts is just indescribably amazing, with its crispy texture. The raw chicken meatballs were also incredibly delicious, they just melted in my mouth. The alcohol just kept flowing. The standing bar atmosphere was great, and the grilled soft bone and other chicken dishes were all delicious. The grilling and sauce were perfect, and the seasoning was excellent! A deep and narrow standing bar! It's always crowded at night, the taste is rich, the sauce is thick, the salt goes well with alcohol, and even the one-item dishes are amazing. Especially the raw tsukune is exceptionally delicious, so it's recommended to always order it. The skewers like kokoro are also very tasty, making you want to come back many times. ☺️

I was taken to a restaurant in Ura-Namba by a friend and had my first standing drinking experience. I just followed my friend's recommendations and ordered a bunch of dishes: - Grilled liver for 250 yen - Fresh tsukune (chicken meatballs) for 450 yen - Special tsukune for 200 yen - Chicken tenderloin with shiso leaves for 200 yen The grilled liver was so good that I couldn't help but order more. I used to underestimate standing drinking, but this place completely changed my perspective. It was seriously delicious and I was quite impressed.

It was crowded as usual, but I managed to get in this time. Depending on the time, it may be difficult to get a seat. I had other plans, so I couldn't eat much, but the raw tsukune I tried for the first time was so delicious that I couldn't resist. I stayed for about 30 minutes, had 2 drinks, and drank at a fast pace. Personally, I love the seseri here. The juicy seseri with shiso leaves is light and amazing. I highly recommend it.
