I was brought to this restaurant by the president of the company I visited on this business trip. The spacious interior was almost full of customers, mostly locals I assume? It was very lively. I ordered the "grilled fish set meal" (700 yen) and was quickly served with cold pickles and hot tea. I was surprised by the number of female staff in the dining hall. The grilled fish was salt-grilled mackerel, and the set meal was generous. The salad was fresh, and the rice was freshly cooked, which was delicious. The mackerel was tasty, and the pickled mustard greens with chili pepper made the rice even more appetizing. And to top it off, coffee was included in the price. The service from the staff was excellent, making me envious of the locals. I honestly think it's a great restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I went to Okawa City with my work team. We found a nice lunch spot called Asahimatsu, recommended by a colleague. The parking lot was a bit tight, but the restaurant was clean and cozy. We sat in a tatami room and I ordered the grilled fish set meal for 700 yen, which came with free rice and coffee. The salad had thinly sliced deep-fried sweet potatoes on top, which was delicious. The grilled mackerel seemed to have an extra touch to it, although I couldn't quite figure out what it was. The side dishes, miso soup, and pickles were all light and elegant, but the miso soup was a bit too light for my taste. They also had more expensive lunch options ranging from 1500 to 2000 yen, which I'd like to try if I have the chance.
