I visited this place in the main area of EST Food Hall that caught my attention yesterday! It is located about a 5-minute walk from Osaka Station, Midosuji Exit [JR], and about a 3-minute walk from Osaka Umeda Station, 3rd floor South Ticket Gate [Hankyu Railway]. I decided to try their lunch set meal, which is only available during lunchtime. It's not a food court, but a sit-down dining system. There is a counter in the middle and table seating facing each other on the sides. I had the "Santoku Rokumi no Tofu Rice Set Meal"! After ordering, it arrived in about 5-6 minutes. The side dishes included snap pea sesame salad, a unique dish, miso soup, oden (fishcakes, daikon radish, thick fried tofu), and a generous portion of tofu rice bowl. The tofu in the menu photo looked small, so it was a bit underwhelming visually, but the volume of the Wagyu tendon meat has increased. First, the hot miso soup is delightful! The simplicity and perfect saltiness of the fried tofu, seaweed, and ingredients are just right. The tofu rice bowl, with Wagyu tendon meat simmered for 36 hours in their proud chicken bone broth, is incredibly delicious. The tender texture of the Wagyu tendon meat, the sweetness of the fatty part, and the richness of the simmered sauce blend together beautifully, making it extremely tasty. The oden, cooked in a broth made from chicken bones and ingredients, is all exquisite! The side dishes are also delicious, bringing a sense of satisfaction and a smile to your face. The staff's service is excellent, and I will definitely be coming back here!
