The soup was a clear broth cooked in a medium-sized pot, mixed with soy sauce and chicken oil. On top of the noodles were pork belly chashu, bean sprouts, green onions, and naruto fish cake. You can't really taste the broth because the soy sauce is overpowering. The noodles were just okay. It's just a regular Chinese-style ramen. It comes with a small fried rice. Even though it was a half order, it came with four pieces! The ginger-flavored chicken seemed like it would go well with white rice. My juniors had the ramen set meal (650 yen), and they said the ramen was delicious with a traditional Chinese noodle soup taste. I had been very curious about this restaurant since I saw Atsu-san's blog. (Sorry for mentioning the name. I often read Atsu-san's and Noronori-san's blogs.)
