Truffle shaving is unlimited at cost price. It's a dream come true for truffle lovers, isn't it? The course itself is well-balanced and goes well with wine, so it's also recommended for wine lovers. The truffle pasta in particular was incredibly delicious. The total cost for the course, truffle, and drinks can be a bit high. We each selected a large truffle, enjoyed a few drinks, and the bill came out to around 50,000 yen for two people.

It is a restaurant where you can eat truffles as much as you like. The dishes are very unique and delicious. The pasta has a subtle flavor, which may be good for those who want to enjoy truffles. It's a good place to enjoy truffles at a reasonable price.

Kitashinchi Truffle Master Okibi
Summer truffle, my truffle, mushroom ravioli, lobster bisque, braciola, tagliolini, Saga beef sukiyaki, tamago kake gohan. Style where you can add truffle to all dishes yourself. Sparkling wine, highball, red wine, white wine. Different wine for each dish. Wine pairing.

It is a shop where you can freely sprinkle My Truffle at the purchase price. It was quite an interesting experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the truffle. Some people even sprinkled six pieces (laughs). There are two types of slicers available, so you can sprinkle as you like. It's a luxurious way to eat, but the truffle slicer seems to be set to a thicker setting, making the truffle feel hard. I wish I could slice it thinner... that's a bit disappointing.

I will purchase truffles offered at cost first, and choose Ma Truffe, a new genre of restaurant where you can sprinkle truffles on your own dishes. The omakase course costs 14960 yen and includes:
- Fresh vegetables
- Three types of appetizers: foie gras brulee, caviar tart, truffle potato salad
- Cold dish: blancmange with corn in two colors
- Hot dish: saltimbocca pork with mozzarella cheese and three types of prosciutto
- Pasta: tagliolini specially made to complement truffles
- Seafood dish: persillade, herb and breadcrumb baked saffron and black cod with shallot sauce
- Meat dish: Ezo deer from Hokkaido with berry sauce
- Hot pot dish: Saga beef sukiyaki
- Meal: beef sukiyaki and rice with egg, of course with truffles
- Dessert: honey lemon sorbet with plenty of truffles. Enjoy eating lots of truffles and feel happy.

Mutations suddenly appear in every world. And they create mutations. Why did this city, the largest entertainment district in western Japan, create such a "pleasure" shop? The only enjoyment at this shop is to choose a black truffle from the cases lined up and shave it onto the served dish yourself. It's quite an experience that you don't get to have often. But it's not more than that, nor less. The dishes served are just normal "French-style" quality dishes. They don't achieve a surprising marriage with truffles. The wine list also lacks a selection that showcases the wonderfulness of truffles for a sensual experience. The fact that the cooking is done in a kitchen with such limited space that you might hesitate to call it a kitchen, deserves admiration. Perhaps it can't be helped if they just took over a bar or snack bar as it is. The chef must be working hard, but if it's a shop with a certain average customer spending, it's too disappointing that the only enjoyment of the shop is choosing truffles. The food, service, and drink menu. There seems to be quite a high mountain to climb. The elevator in the mixed-use building has various lingering scents. Whether it's a scent that brings joy or an indescribable scent of regret, I can't quite decide. When I arrived on the first floor and stepped outside, there was no lingering scent of the high-pitched voice disappearing like a magic ball, nor the fragrant truffle aroma in the tight night.

"Truffle Master Shinka" opened in Kitashinchi on March 22nd, offering truffles at cost price, a groundbreaking concept in the world of restaurants. The phone number is not disclosed, adding to the intrigue. Upon visiting, I found it to be a cozy hidden gem where adults can enjoy creative kaiseki cuisine featuring truffles. The restaurant's concept is to offer truffle-infused courses at a more affordable and flexible price than anywhere else. Even the 10,000 yen course includes truffles, which you can choose and add as toppings. For around 3,000 yen, you can get a generous amount of truffles that can't be finished by three people. While sipping on champagne, I eagerly awaited the dishes. The fresh vegetables of the day, squid and egg yolk fusion with squid ink jelly, and the mushroom soup with a rich flavor were delightful. The wagyu tartare was a favorite, and the fusion dish with spices and sesame oil was a unique experience. The abalone and shrimp lettuce wraps had a light Chinese flavor with a hint of truffles. The truffle flan with eggs and truffles was already rich in flavor. The Joaquino, a luxurious dish made with beef fillet, foie gras, and truffles, was a highlight. The abalone shabu-shabu was tender and flavorful, while the shark fin was cooked to perfection. The wagyu sukiyaki was light and delicious, allowing us to savor two types of Japanese beef. The meal ended with a refreshing sorbet, all for just 11,000 yen, including tax. Overall, I found the prices to be very reasonable for such a luxurious dining experience."

I'll say it upfront - it's not just about truffles. First, you choose your favorite truffle at market price. Then, you can sprinkle as much truffle as you like on the dishes that come out. I recommend using truffle powder instead of slices. You can eat the truffles you bought as you please, so your mouth will end up covered in truffle from the slices. In the end, you'll be defeated by the truffles. The dishes are delicious and you can enjoy the truffles. The price is decent because you buy one truffle per person at market price, so the dishes themselves are reasonably priced.

A restaurant where you can choose a truffle and sprinkle it yourself. The fresh truffle with a good aroma goes well with various dishes and wine.
