I visited Motozo Garlic Ramen in Teradacho. It is located in Tennoji-ku, Osaka City, with JR Teradacho Station being the nearest station. It is situated along Route 25 in a nostalgic setting that exudes a Showa era atmosphere. It seems to be a popular local spot, but this was my first visit. I visited on the evening of May 9th (Monday). They offer two types of ramen: Tonkotsu Shoyu and Tonkotsu Miso. The menu includes Normal (garlic) Ramen, Kimchi Ramen, Chashu Ramen, Kimchi Chashu Ramen, as well as various side dishes like Gyoza, Cucumber Kimchi, Kimchi, Flavored Bean Sprouts, Homemade Roasted Pork, Assorted Plate, Boiled Egg, Rice, and a variety of drinks. As a garlic ramen lover, all the menu items seemed tempting. I ordered Kimchi Chashu Ramen with homemade Gyoza and rice, with extra garlic. The soup was Tonkotsu Shoyu base, with a rich pork bone aroma, a good depth of flavor, and a slightly light texture making it easy to drink. The soy sauce flavor had a sharp and exquisite saltiness that was addictively delicious, striking a perfect balance between richness and lightness. The generous amount of garlic added a punch of flavor. The thin curly noodles had a glossy texture, a moderate firmness, and a smooth mouthfeel that paired well with the soup. The toppings included pork belly chashu, kimchi, and green onions. The chashu was tender, with a slightly fatty and flavorful taste. The portion of chashu was more generous compared to the chashu ramen at Satsumakko Ramen, and when combined with the gyoza, it created a hearty meal. The plentiful kimchi was a perfect match for the garlic ramen. Black pepper and garlic chives kimchi were provided on the table, enhancing the flavors of the ramen. The homemade gyoza had a crispy skin and juicy filling, making it a recommended side dish. The rice complemented the ramen perfectly, and I enjoyed adding kimchi on top while savoring the meal. The combination of Kimchi Chashu Ramen, homemade Gyoza, and rice was a favorite for me as a fan of light tonkotsu ramen and garlic ramen. The unique taste and personality of this dish did not disappoint, and the affordable price and generous portion left me fully satisfied. PS. On this night of May 9th (Monday), as it was a bit chilly, I tried to visit Peko Peko Udon in Joto-ku, Osaka City for some warm udon, but they were only open for lunch on weekdays, so I couldn't enter. I then headed to Udon Daishi Kukai in Teradacho, but they had just closed for the day. Nearby, I found Gokuraku Udon Ah-Men, where I unexpectedly discovered garlic ramen on the menu. After much deliberation, I decided to try the garlic ramen here, and I was impressed by the taste and value. They are open from 6 pm to 2 am from Monday to Thursday, 6 pm to 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays, and closed on Sundays, making it a great option for late-night dining. If I have the chance to visit again in the evening, I would love to try their food once more. YUKI's Food Blog: https://ameblo.jp/technopop-yuki/

Ninniku Ramen in Teradamachi, Osaka. The storefront has an old-fashioned feel, which made it a bit intimidating to enter, but with high Google ratings, I decided to give it a try. Inside, there is a counter and tables in the back. I ordered the ramen, gyoza, and rice set. Firstly, I must mention the speed of service. It was unbelievably fast. The ramen arrived in no time, and they served other customers quickly too! It's like a speed violation for ramen. Even though there was only one person working, it was like magic. The ramen is pork bone-based with lots of garlic, perfect for those feeling tired. The gyoza is small in size but quite tasty. The ramen tasted just like the garlic ramen I had before, and it was quite delicious. I will definitely come back when I'm tired again! Thank you for the meal!

I came here after watching a YouTube video about how garlic is good for the liver. It's been a while since I last visited. When ordering, I was asked if I wanted garlic or not. I replied, "Lots of garlic!" It's probably about two servings of garlic. It's truly appreciated that I can get a garlic ramen with a Satsuma-style garlic at this price.

A few minutes' walk from Teradacho Station, I visited "Original Garlic Ramen Teradacho" for the first time. After drinking at an izakaya, I stopped by for their signature garlic ramen. I had already had enough to drink, so I skipped the alcohol and ordered gyoza and chashu ramen with plenty of garlic. First, the gyoza arrived, with a thin, delicious skin and just the right amount of garlic. Then came the ramen, with lots of chopped garlic on top. The pork bone soy sauce soup was rich and flavorful, and the medium-thick noodles were perfect. The pork belly chashu was sweet and flavorful, and I loved the generous portion. This ramen is addictive and perfect for garlic lovers!

"Ninniku Ramen Original @ Teradacho, Osaka. Garlic ramen for 700 yen. It's a light tonkotsu ramen with plenty of garlic, known as the original Osaka style. It has a cheap and junky deliciousness, but compared to the similar style ramen I've been eating recently at Tenyo, I felt the base was weaker. The noodles are medium-thin curly noodles that are firm and go well with the soup. Toppings include green onions, bean sprouts, and thick slices of chashu pork. They really put in effort for 700 yen, which is commendable. Cashless payment status: not available."

This was my first visit to this place in Terada-cho. I don't come to Terada-cho often, and since they seem to be open in the evening, it was even more special. The shop seemed quite old, with a counter and tables in the back. It looked like the owner was running the place by himself. I couldn't decide between the chashu ramen and regular ramen, but since it was my first time, I went with the regular ramen. It looked similar to Satsuma ramen. Even though I didn't ask for extra garlic, there seemed to be a lot already. However, it wasn't as strong as in Satsuma ramen, so it was relatively easy to eat. One thing that caught my attention was the miso ramen. Does this also have garlic in it? If I have the chance to go again, I'll try the miso ramen.

The garlic ramen was light and perfect for finishing off a drinking party. The noodles were soft and not too thick, the soup was light and not greasy. The chashu was tender and delicious, similar to the one at Jukaiya but less sweet. The garlic was minced, maybe lightly fried? Personally, I prefer raw grated garlic, but this was still tasty. The rice came with kimchi, which was not rich but still quite tasty. The gyoza was made with leeks and not too meaty. One thing to praise about this restaurant is that the rice with kimchi, ramen, and gyoza all came out almost simultaneously. It may seem simple, but not many restaurants can do this efficiently. Thanks to this, taking photos of the food was smooth. *Smoking allowed throughout the restaurant*

I searched on Tabelog and it seems like garlic ramen has been increasing in popularity recently. However, this place not only offers garlic ramen but also has a rich flavor in their ramen that doesn't lose to the garlic seasoning. The service was fast, and I also ordered gyoza which paired well with the ramen and we finished it quickly.

There is a local shop in Terada-machi that has been loved by locals for a long time. I visited here after a long time, and the taste is still incredibly delicious!! The garlic ramen is really satisfying. The soup, noodles, and chashu are all excellent!! It's great to eat when you're hungry!! Even if you're not hungry, you'll finish it all in no time!! I wish they were open for lunch too. They only open in the evening, so please be aware of that! I wonder if many people come here after drinking? It's also great as a way to end the night! This ramen is something you want to eat to power up for tomorrow! (*´ω`*)

Ramen with garlic in January of the 4th year of Reiwa for 600 yen. It is a delicious ramen with good cost performance. Even the default garlic ramen has a strong garlic flavor, so you need to consider your plans for the next day. However, it is perfect for when you want to eat a hearty garlic ramen.

Garlic Chashu Ramen - 1000 yen The soup was surprisingly refreshing. The garlic was chopped and used as a topping. The chashu was thick and light. This ramen is perfect for finishing off a night of drinking. Thank you for the meal.

JR Kanjo Line Teradacho Station is located about a 1-2 minute walk west from the north exit. Upon entering the shop, there are 10 counter seats and one table for four people. I had the Garlic Ramen and flavored bean sprouts here. Soon after, the ramen and flavored bean sprouts were brought to me. The Garlic Ramen includes chashu pork, garlic, bean sprouts, and green onions. The noodles are medium-thin and curly. The soup is a light pork bone soy sauce base with a strong garlic flavor. The noodles slide smoothly into the soup. The taste of the chashu pork, the texture of the bean sprouts and green onions, and the garlic all complement the ramen. The flavored bean sprouts are topped with green onions and seasoned with soy sauce. The crunchy bean sprouts with soy sauce flavor make a good side dish. Next time, I'd like to try the miso ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Osaka Teradamachi Original Garlic Ramen is a place I like to visit when I'm feeling tired and just want to eat quickly before going to bed. The Garlic Ramen, priced at 600 yen, is light but has a unique flavor that becomes more pronounced as you eat. The minced garlic really stands out in the soup, and the chashu pork is also delicious. The amount of bean sprouts is just right and adds a nice touch. The curly noodles are a bit prone to stretching, but that's also part of the charm. Overall, it was a satisfying meal! Thank you very much!

Today, I added extra garlic all by myself (laughs). Of course, I had garlic-packed yakiniku... and for dessert, ramen with plenty of garlic... A true man should consume at least 5 garlic cloves a day, right? (laughs) #Tennoji-ku #Teradacho #GarlicRamen #Transforming from a man to a true man by consuming at least 5 cloves of garlic daily #The taste is similar to Satsuma Ramen, but slightly lower, and it's about 300 yen cheaper, so it's worth it.

Osaka Teradamachi Original Garlic Ramen After work, feeling a bit under the weather. Decided to boost my energy with some garlic ramen. One bowl of garlic ramen, please! The first bite was light and savory, made with pork bone broth. At first, it seemed like it lacked a punch. But wait! The garlic, warmed by the soup's temperature, worked its magic with a delayed effect. Slowly but surely, the garlic's punch kicked in, turning the soup into a garlic expert. Before I knew it, I had devoured the ramen and slurped up every last drop of the soup. Thank you for the delicious meal. Power up! Thank you!
