I visited the Hotto Motto restaurant in Oogawa to quickly grab a bento box during my end-of-year greetings rounds in the Chikugo area. I ordered the Ebi Tempura and Egg Donburi, not knowing when I would finish. The hot Ebi Tempura and Egg Donburi was served with green beans, lotus root, white fish fry, squid tempura, and three pieces of Ebi Tempura, making it a generous bowl. I was happy with the three pieces of Ebi Tempura, but I think a little more vegetables would have been nice.

Today I bought a nori bento. No matter how many times I eat it, it's just normal, nothing special. The main ingredients are fried foods, but they don't really feel like a full meal (lol). While I was eating, a colleague mentioned that there is a huge difference between a special nori bento and a regular one, so I really want to try the special one! It was my first time having a nori bento in a while, but it's still a good value for the price. Thank you for the meal~ Next time, I'll go buy a special nori bento~
