On the day I played in Aso, I really wanted to eat red beef for dinner, but I didn't have time so I had to give up... But I still wanted to eat meat!! So, on the way back, I searched for a place where we could stop by, and I found this place. We got off at Yame IC and drove on local roads to Okawa. The restaurant was on the 1st floor of a building, with a parking lot in front. It's a new restaurant that opened last year. Since I had been avoiding meat as much as possible, it was my first time having yakiniku in a while. We ordered: - Imari beef yukhoe (600 yen) - A5 grade black wagyu special kalbi (1,280 yen) - Iberico pork belly (590 yen) - Original negi-tan (690 yen) - Special harami (690 yen) - Maruchou (590 yen) - Sanchu mori (350 yen) - Large white rice (250 yen) Surprisingly cheap! And it's tax-inclusive! My companion had draft beer and oolong tea. The Imari beef yukhoe came first. It was sweet and meltingly delicious! So good! The amount was quite generous, and at this price, is it really okay!? A charcoal grill was brought to us. First, we had the Iberico pork belly. This pork belly is made from Iberico pork, which has a sweet fat and a nice aroma. The rich flavor of Iberico pork is amazing! And then the special harami. It was well-seasoned and delicious. The tender Maruchou. The negi-tan was their original dish, with aluminum foil to prevent the onion from falling off, and it was seasoned with salt sauce. It's nice that the onion doesn't fall off, but since it doesn't get direct heat, it ended up a bit boiled, and I prefer it with a bit of charred flavor... And then Tsuboya-san's recommendation. The appearance of A5 grade black wagyu special kalbi. Beautiful marbling. The meat was so tender! You hardly need to chew! The price is too good for the quality! The Sanchu mori came with miso, and unbelievably, it was all-you-can-eat! I had three helpings. Such a delightful service! When we asked for the bill, they said, "It will be over 6,000 yen, so you can use a 1,000 yen discount coupon from the internet, would you like to use it?" and they even mentioned it... Thank you for letting us use it gratefully! Originally the price was cheap, and we were already enjoying such good meat, and they even gave us a discount... "Thank you so much for letting us eat such delicious meat at a low price!" I expressed my gratitude, and they said, "Thank you. We want everyone to enjoy delicious meat, so we provide it at this price." The husband and wife (probably) were very humble and kind. When it comes to eating yakiniku, we have decided on this place! Highly recommended! Thank you very much. It was a feast!

Charcoal-grilled Yakiniku Tsuboya - Delicious Imari Beef Yakiniku in Okawa! When it gets hot, why do we crave stamina food like this? I decided to try out a local yakiniku restaurant that caught my attention! They offer A5 rank black wagyu, premium kalbi!!! It melts in your mouth♪ And the fat is surprisingly sweet♪ Located in Tsu, Okawa. Along Route 208, which connects Saga Prefecture and Yanagawa City, near the Shinteiya intersection. "Yakiniku Tsuboya" used to be a Chinese restaurant in this location. It changed to this yakiniku restaurant just about a year ago. Honestly, I went in without any information and took on the challenge, but it was a fantastic restaurant that exceeded my expectations by far!! The restaurant has 6 tables, with a capacity of around 30 people. They use shichirin charcoal grills, and there is a smoke exhaust system above each table. Now, the menu. They offer brand meats such as "Imari beef," "Iberico pork," and "Mitsuse chicken." And yet, considering the quality, can you believe the prices?!! They also have side dishes and drink menus. Furthermore, they offer all-you-can-eat options! Aside from beef, they offer "All-you-can-eat chicken and pork with dessert" for 1,500 yen. The sauces include two types of light garlic sauces and a salt-based sauce. Let's start!! The set with a shichirin charcoal grill. "Salted tongue" (590 yen) I usually start with tongue at places that offer it! The texture is juicy and chewy♪ And I just had to try this. "Black Wagyu A5 Rank Premium Kalbi" (1,280 yen) Look at that beautiful marbling! It's an absolute delight with the meat. "Steamed rice (medium)" (200 yen) Let's dig in~♪ It melts in your mouth!!! So tender and juicy, with a sweet meaty flavor♪ My salivary glands are working overtime as I eat (laughs). Oh man, it's seriously delicious. "Sanchu platter (with miso)" (350 yen) Sanchu is a must-have for me with yakiniku, and it's such a joy to have unlimited refills☆ "Maruchou" (590 yen) A plump round intestine. It's a fatty hormone, but I love the melt-in-your-mouth sweetness♪ "Imari beef top kalbi" (590 yen, complimentary) As part of Tsuboya's first anniversary celebration, they offered a complimentary serving. This amount of Imari beef top kalbi is for one person!! The quality is just as good as the premium kalbi, but at a much lower price. "Grilled vegetable platter" (350 yen) From here on, it's a yakiniku festival on the shichirin grill! The top kalbi has a higher meat quality than the premium kalbi, so there's a greater satisfaction from eating meat. Since you're eating a lot of meat, you also need to eat plenty of vegetables! "Vegetable soup" (450 yen) It's simple with just chicken, onions, and carrots. It's light yet flavorful, warming you up to the core. "Vanilla ice cream (with chocolate topping)" (150 yen), "Strawberry sorbet" (200 yen) After eating all this and having some drinks, the bill came out to just over 4,000 yen (laughs). Lastly, the owner. He's cheerful, kind, and a really nice person. Can you believe the quality of the meat at this price point? It's clear that they put a lot of effort into offering Imari beef and various other options. This restaurant also has coupons and special offers on their GYAO page. 1) One free soft drink. 2) One free draft beer. 3) Complimentary serving of Imari beef top kalbi. 4) One bottle of champagne as a gift for birthdays or birth months. 5) 1,000 yen discount on the bill. I feel like I've finally found the best yakiniku restaurant in my local area of Okawa. I'll definitely be coming back here!
