-Hush- Smoke Chicken Sandwich ¥350 Egg Sandwich ¥250 I visited Hush near Nagai Park. It's great to have a bakery open even on Sundays. This time, I chose the Smoke Chicken Sandwich and the Egg Sandwich. The Smoke Chicken Sandwich had a nice touch of vinegar and whole grain mustard as a good accent. The Egg Sandwich was overflowing with eggs, which was delightful. Since it's near Nagai Park, it's recommended for a picnic in the park. If you have the chance, be sure to stop by. #Gourmet #KansaiGourmet #OsakaGourmet #NagaiGourmet #NagaiPark #hush #hushbakery #bread #breadlover #foodie #foodielover #foodstagram #breadstagram

I stopped by before heading to Komagawa Shopping Street for the first time in a while. What is recommended? I saw a BM from someone's information. Honey nuts? After looking at everyone's reviews again, it seems that "Honey Nuts" is popular and often sold out even with reservations. It's a bakery, right? I was curious about it too, so I called immediately. "What time are the Honey Nuts ready?" "They are ready now." I asked them to hold one for me. Nagai Park. The atmosphere is different from usual. I saw ropes set up for the first time. Oh, it must be the day of the Osaka International Women's Marathon! The shop has a face-to-face sales style. "Um... Um..." - Honey Nuts 270 yen - Egg sandwich 270 yen - Iberico bacon and mozzarella cheese croissant 345 yen - Chocolate orange 259 yen Honey Nuts. (By the way, they were secured without being displayed, which was nice.) The dough has a slight acidity. It's hard!! Packed with cashews and walnuts. The honey is subtly sweet and delicious. It took some time to eat. I haven't tried the others yet. For a bakery located in a residential area in Takago, it's quite pricey...

When you eat Chinese food in town, you start craving coffee or something sweet afterwards. Maybe it's because of the oil? (lol) I also bought some tempura and stopped by a bakery on the way back home to indulge in some pastries. I wonder if they have the honey nut bread I saw in the pictures?! This is my second close call today! There was only one left! I told the owner, "I really wanted to try this," and he said, "It just finished baking." So, I chose the Honey Nut bread for 259 yen! I looked at all the different bread options, and they all looked so fancy. The Honey Nut bread is made with lots of cashews and walnuts, with honey brushed on the surface. The outside is crispy and hard, while the inside is soft and chewy, making it a bread for adults. Be careful with the honey part as it can get messy (I checked). The bread is delicious, the owner is handsome, so you want to go there, right?! Thank you for the meal! ( *˙ω˙*)و グッ!

A bakery where everything is delicious and a favorite. The unusual thing is the Wiener bread and Sakura mochi bread. The Wiener bread is a common type, but it was significantly delicious! Sakura mochi bread! I was surprised to find Sakura mochi inside. Sakura mochi is sweet, but the bread balanced it out perfectly, making it very good. Most importantly, it was delicious!

I found a shop that caught my eye in the Osaka Metro brochure. I always pass through Nagai Park on my commute, so I had never passed by it before. This time, I had some time so I decided to wander down a small path and stumbled upon it! I decided to stop by. I usually feel pressured by face-to-face sales, so I'm not good at it, but I had prepared myself in advance and decided to enter the shop! As soon as I entered, a staff member came out from the back, but when I mentioned that I might be indecisive, they said, "It's totally fine, please take your time to choose," and went back for a moment. It was around 11:30 and just before lunch, so there was a wide variety of options! There were several sandwiches made with hard bread, but they were all over 400 yen. This time, I wanted to keep my expenses down, so I gave up on them. (I thought I would like to buy them if I had the chance) I chose a pork belly bread (259 yen) and a bread with chocolate cream inside (194 yen). When I got home, I reheated the pork belly bread in the toaster for a bit. The surface was crispy and the inside was chewy, with a lot of texture. The pork belly wasn't too fatty and didn't feel heavy, making it easy to eat. The mustard seeds were strong, so it might be a bit too much for children. I microwaved the bread with chocolate cream for a bit. The dough was fluffy, which was unexpected and delicious. The cream inside was thick and melted, quite bitter. It had a taste of adult chocolate cream. I thought I would like to try other bread as well.

A bakery opened in September last year in Higashi Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka. It is located a 20-25 minute walk from Nagai Station on various lines, and a 15-minute walk from Harinakano Station on the Kintetsu Nankai Line. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with elementary schools, nurseries, hospitals, and Nagai Park nearby. The bakery is small with a natural and calming atmosphere, mainly made of wood. They have a face-to-face sales style, and you can see the owner baking in the back. The staff are friendly and will answer your questions politely. They recommend their hard bread like baguettes and campagne made with homemade yeast or levain. The breads are flavorful and the dough itself is delicious. They also offer pastries, sandwiches, and shokupan. On the day of the visit, there were about 30 types of bread available. The bakery has a limited quantity of each bread, so it's best to make a reservation if you want a specific item. I bought several types of bread and my favorites were the Walnut and Cranberry bread and the Cream Pan. The baguette and campagne were also delicious. I look forward to trying more of their bread in the future, especially the Honey Nut bread which requires a reservation.

I visited Hush BAKERY before 11:00 and tried the "Honey Nut" bread. It was made with baguette dough mixed with cashew nuts and walnuts, topped with honey. The combination of the sourness of the dough, the nutty flavor, and the sweetness of the honey was delicious. The "Croque Monsieur" made with homemade bechamel sauce was also tasty. There were many interesting bread options, and I would like to visit this shop again. It is recommended to use a nearby coin parking as the front of the shop is accessible from a one-way street. The shop is located at 3-10-33 Takai, Higashi Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka City.
