The mochi dough is generously infused with freshly picked Japanese mugwort, and the inside is filled with carefully selected Japanese red bean paste. You can enjoy the fresh aroma and flavor of this mugwort mochi to celebrate the arrival of a new season. Yokabai is a simple and cute-sized dorayaki, with a familiar taste. It's extremely sweet, but for some reason I really enjoy this sweetness. It somehow reminds me of Fukushima's "mamadoru" flavor. Torimon has a higher level of the sticky texture of the filling and the moistness of the skin, so whether you prefer it or not depends on your taste. It reminds me of the taste of "jyuyuki roman" from Yamagata and "raichou no sato" from Nagano, they are quite similar. Torimon always tastes delicious no matter when you eat it.
