I really wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen, so I decided to visit this place as my second stop. The tonkotsu shoyu flavor was not too overpowering, which made me feel relieved. The staff were also very polite and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely like to visit again when I'm in Senri Chuo.

This time, I visited the ramen restaurant "Kumagoro Senchuu Paru-ten" located in Osaka Senri Chuo. The restaurant is located in a prime location just outside the Senri Chuo station ticket gate. I arrived around 1 pm on a holiday. There were two groups of customers ahead of me, but I was quickly seated at the counter. While waiting, I checked the menu and was drawn to the limited quantity special seafood pork bone ramen (1,070 yen). I also ordered the half portion set with an extra serving of noodles. When I tried the ramen, the homemade noodles were deliciously chewy. Personally, I found it a bit disappointing that the soup was not very hot and was on the thinner side. However, the soup itself was tasty, so that was good. You can pay with PayPay. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at Senri-Chuo Station in Osaka for a business trip at exactly 12 o'clock. There are plenty of dining options in the station's shopping area. I decided to dine at Ramen Kumagoro Senchuu Paru store. I chose the Han-chan Ramen. The soup had a nostalgic flavor with a mild pork bone soy sauce base. It had just the right amount of richness. It was delicious. Goodbye for now!

I went to Ramen Kumagoro Senchu Paru store at Senri Chuo Station. I ordered the Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Four Treasures Ramen with firm noodles. The salt tonkotsu soup has a good salty flavor with a sour accent from the aromatic soy sauce. The noodles have a good chewy texture, and they are medium-thick straight noodles. The way the soup clings to the noodles is slightly sweet. The chashu is thinly sliced, not too soft or too firm, and it goes well with the soup. The soup can be a bit heavy towards the end. One bowl of this Four Treasures Ramen is filling enough. Cold tea is provided for free. The refreshing cold tea pairs well with the rich flavored ramen.

I used it during lunch break when there was a training session at the Senri Central Building. I wanted to go to New Astoria, but I didn't have time to wait in line, so I used this place next door. I had the tonkotsu miso ramen and half fried rice set for 880 yen. It has a different taste from Hakata's tonkotsu, but it was quite good. The noodles were delicious as they were well coated with the soup.

I got a digital coupon for 6000 yen that can be used in a local area through Go To Travel, but there are hardly any stores where I can use the digital coupon. With limited time, I decided to jump into this place where I saw that the digital coupon could be used. I ordered a set of Tianjin rice and soy sauce tonkotsu ramen for 850 yen and waited. It arrived in a few minutes. Both dishes were on the small side, which was a bit disappointing. I decided to start with the ramen. The noodles were smooth, medium-thick straight noodles. The soup had a low viscosity feeling. The noodles didn't really soak up the soup. The noodles were chewy and had a good elasticity. I think the choice of noodles was different. The soup lacked the richness of pork bone and was strong in garlic, making it quite salty. When I drank the soup, I couldn't taste the Tianjin rice anymore. The Tianjin rice had soft eggs and a light and delicious broth. The ramen was a letdown in terms of both quantity and taste. Thank you for the meal.

For lunch that day in Senri-Chuo, I stopped by a popular shop called "Ramen Kumagoro Senchuu Paru-ten." Kumagoro is well-known in Kansai. I ordered the lunch set, which is available from 11:30 am to 5 pm, for 850 yen. I got the "Tenshin Yakimeshi Set," which is a special fried rice dish. The ramen I chose was the classic "Tonkotsu Shoyu" flavor from Kumagoro. It was easy to eat and perfect for lunch. The Tenshin Yakimeshi was a combination of Tenshin rice and fried rice, and it was also delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I was drawn to the sign for "Hagama-cooked Tonkotsu" and decided to visit at 6 pm on a weekday. I ordered the Tonkotsu Mayo Don set (Soy Sauce Tonkotsu and Tonkotsu Mayo Don, including tax 930 yen). There wasn't a set with just gyoza and ramen... Even though it was advertised as "Hagama-cooked," it seemed to lean more towards soy sauce flavor. It was surprisingly light for a tonkotsu broth. The Tonkotsu Mayo Don consisted of diced pork with mayonnaise on top. I was expecting something richer, but it turned out to be quite sweet due to the mayonnaise.

Visited Chisato Chuo in April 2020. I wanted to eat ramen after a long time, so I visited this place. It is a restaurant managed by the group that operates "Araumado" in Umeda called Kumagoro. Kumagoro itself was a shop that was produced by Shoji, a prominent figure in the Kansai ramen world, when it first started expanding, with its chewy noodles with high water content that became popular in the early 2000s. The location of this shop is excellent, right outside the Chisato Chuo subway station exit. Now, onto the order. I ordered the fried chicken set for 880 yen with extra noodles for 100 yen, tonkotsu shoyu broth, half fried rice, and 3 pieces of fried chicken. The noodles are still chewy and delicious, just like before. The texture is still enjoyable. However, the soup is still a bit lacking. The toppings as well. The tonkotsu shoyu broth with sesame oil drizzle is too light and watery, lacking the flavor of the sesame oil. It was a great shop in its prime, but in this era where many other shops have been honing their skills, it feels a bit lacking. Chisato Chuo is still a ramen desert. There are several shops like Hokkaiya, Fudoji, Senrian, Ebisu-ya, Tenpudo, and Kumagoro competing in front of the station, but the overall quality has not improved much. It seems like a traditional residential area with many transferable jobs. It would be nice if a more delicious ramen shop opened in Chisato Chuo. Thank you for the meal.

For lunch today, I had the "Han-chan Ramen" at Senchu Paru's "Ramen Kumagoro." I ordered the ramen in "tonkotsu miso" flavor. This place is a long-standing ramen shop (chain store) established in 1970, located on the B1 floor of Senchu Paru where you can see the platform of the Kita-Osaka Kyuko. The ramen here is always good, and this time, the tonkotsu miso ramen did not disappoint. It was delicious as usual. The fact that you can have unlimited kimchi is also a nice service. I enjoyed mixing the kimchi with the ramen and half-fried rice. The Han-chan Ramen was really tasty!

I went to see a play in May 2019 and stopped by for lunch. It was my first time at Chichu Paru and there were various dining options, making it convenient for lunch. I chose this ramen place because it seemed like a quick and easy option. The ramen was consistently delicious, just as I remembered from this chain restaurant I've known for a long time. It's impressive how they have survived and thrived over the years despite changing times.

This is a shop located right after exiting the ticket gate at Senri Chuo station in Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture. It seems like most of the shops at Senri Chuo station are located right after exiting the ticket gate. I visited on a Friday night. The time was just before 10 pm. By this time, most of the surrounding shops were already closed. This shop was one of the few still open. Thank you, and thank you. There were about 5 customers inside. I sat down and looked at the menu, and the recommended dish seemed to be the Special Soy Sauce Ramen with Pork Bone Broth. I decided to order that. It cost 900 yen including tax. Just after I placed my order, it was already the last order. It was a close call. The ramen was ready in 6 minutes. It came with thin slices of pork and a seasoned egg. There were some bean sprouts underneath the pork. The soup was rich and creamy with a strong pork bone flavor. It was satisfying on an empty stomach. The noodles were slightly thick and soft. I wished there was a little more something... but the last order had already ended. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

"I visited the Kumagoro Senchu Paru store in Toyonaka City and tried their Soy Sauce Ramen for 700 yen. The nearest station is Senri-Chuo Station on the Osaka Monorail. The menu includes Soy Sauce Ramen for 700 yen, Miso Ramen for 750 yen, Shijo Ramen for 750 yen, Chuka Soba for 700 yen, Special Ramen for an additional 200 yen, Tantanmen for 850 yen, Taiwan Meat Soba for 800 yen, Tonkotsu Tsukemen for 750 yen, Char Siu for an additional 200 yen, Half-boiled Egg for an additional 100 yen, and Extra Noodles for an additional 100 yen. The soup is made from pork bone broth with low viscosity and added lard, giving it a moderate pork bone flavor with the fragrance of Ma-Yu, resulting in a rich and slightly intense taste. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles with a smooth and moderately firm texture. The char siu is tender with good seasoning. They also offer various set menus."

I went to Kumagoro, a ramen restaurant in Senchuo Paru. It is located on a dining street above the tracks of the Kitahanshin Express, and although I have passed by it many times, I always avoided entering because I have a strange aversion to chain restaurants. However, I decided to go in by myself around 5 pm. As soon as I entered, I was seated at the counter. The menu seemed to offer better value in sets rather than individual items, so I ordered the gyoza set (980 yen) which came with gyoza for an additional 100 yen. It seemed like a good deal! The soup of the tonkotsu shoyu ramen had a mellow taste, unlike the one I had recently at another place. The gyoza and half-fried rice were both delicious. The ramen had tasty soup and decent noodles, making it close to the perfect tonkotsu shoyu ramen at Kumagoro, but I felt like it needed a little more impact. Perhaps that's just a luxurious wish! Thank you for the meal.

I had the Half-chan Ramen for 750 yen. When I finished eating half of the ramen, they brought me fried rice. I wanted to eat a full bowl of ramen. The rice in the fried rice was strangely cut into squares. The location next to the Kita-Osaka Kyuko line ticket gate is convenient. The set with a full bowl of ramen is 880 yen.

Around June 29, 2009, there was a light soy sauce ramen for 630 yen. It had a bonito base and was light in flavor. The noodles were firm with a good chewiness, and had a sweet and delicious taste. The soup had a lot of oil and was based on bonito, but the flavor was a bit weak. However, the spinach and bamboo shoots did not taste good, with the bamboo shoots feeling dried out.
