I had decided on having meat for dinner, but considering the last train time, I wanted to find a good restaurant near the station, so I did some research in advance and found a promising robatayaki bistro called Nikuo & Bejiko. I didn't expect it to be right below the hotel (laughs).
As soon as you enter, you will see a large kiln, which is quite exciting just to look at, right? The restaurant is spacious with high ceilings, and there is quite a lot of space in the back, so it feels even larger than it looks from the outside.
The menu looks like this ↓ https://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/fry2567/29653904.html
Initially, I wanted to say beer, but since I've been drinking that all along, let's change it up a bit. So, the specialty!! Overflowing wooden masu sparkling, tax excluded 580 yen. Red includes Medici, Ermeter, Quercioli, Regiano, Lambrusco Dolce, and white includes De Voltril, Lorymar. And the homemade ICE CANDY Sangria Blanc, tax excluded 580 yen. Full of frozen grapes from the inside, which is visually appealing and tastes delicious because of the sweetness and acidity of the grapes blending together. It's a must-try drink.
First, the specialty appetizer, Itojima Baby Leaf Salad all-you-can-eat, tax excluded 300 yen. Oh, the photo shows three servings. Even though it's for three people, the volume is amazing! Not only the volume but the vegetables themselves are fresh and incredibly delicious - all-you-can-eat for 300 yen per person is unbelievable. Then, the Fukuoka-style Pate de Campagne, tax excluded 680 yen. It has a considerable thickness, and it's packed full. The flavor of this pate goes really well with wine. It looks beautiful, and I love it.
And of course, this is all about the meat!! Here, they show you a plate with the weight and price of the meat, and you choose from there. It's an interesting system. I chose Tan 121g tax excluded 1452 yen, Red Cow 152g tax excluded 2280 yen, and Harami 122g tax excluded 1580 yen. Let's wait and see how they turn out. In the meantime, what appeared was Corn Isobeage, tax excluded 580 yen. You can eat this corn all the way to the core. At first, I wondered if it was true, but when I tried it, it was delicious! The sweetness of the core is amazing! The flavor of the Isobeage also matches well, so this is good. This Isobeage that goes so well with wine might be a first. Shrimp and Mushroom Ajillo, tax excluded 880 yen. The shrimp is huge! It has a satisfying texture, and there are plenty of mushrooms, which is great. Hearty! Foie Gras Daikon, tax excluded 880 yen. There's really foie gras on it! And it's quite thick. But the presence of daikon is also amazing. It has a wonderful taste and is delicious. The creamy sauce that is drizzled on it is rich and delicious, and it brings out the flavor of the foie gras. This is something I really want the customers who come here to try.
Finally, the meats have arrived!! Harami, Kumamoto Aso Red Cow. They are all cooked to perfection, and they are delicious as they are! But you can also cook them to your liking from here - it's fun. Red Cow is so delicious! It's my first time trying it, but it's tender and delicious! The stem wasabi and fresh pepper also bring out a great flavor. They are great supporting actors. I also tried the sparkling rose and De Volteri Lorymar Rose, tax excluded 500 yen. I also tried Le Tannu Occitan Sauvignon Blanc, tax excluded 500 yen. The time was getting close, so I ordered the last pizza, Fresh Tomato Margherita, tax excluded 780 yen. After eating so much, simple flavors are the best. The dough is crispy and fluffy, and it's so moist and chewy - it's irresistible! Just writing about it makes me want to eat it again.
As the train time approached, I had to leave the restaurant, but there were still so many things I wanted to eat. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself. Despite the atmosphere, I thought it would be very popular with women, but there were also groups of businessmen in the back, and of course, women in front.
