An izakaya located about a 3-minute walk from Yao Station on the JR Kansai Main Line, with a focus on creative dishes. The restaurant may be a bit hard to find, but inside, there are table seats and tatami mat seats, and it doesn't feel cramped. The menu consists of daily specials that change depending on the day's ingredients, as well as creative dishes with a mix of Japanese and Western influences. Here are some of the dishes we ordered: 1. Bulgogi-style Pizza (Half) - A Korean-style pizza topped with sweet and savory seasoned beef, chives, and thinly sliced red chili peppers. It wasn't too spicy. 2. Sea Bream Sashimi Shanghai Style (Small) - Slices of sea bream sashimi served with nuts, coriander, and shredded vegetables in a Chinese-style dish. The coriander aroma is quite strong, so it may be a hit or miss depending on your preference. 3. Tuna and Mushroom Spaghetti - A Japanese-style spaghetti dish with tuna, mushrooms, green onions, and chopped nori as toppings. Served in a bowl with plenty of soup, it's quite filling and suitable for sharing among two or more people. 4. Tororo Rice - A dish of rice topped with plum meat and grated yam. It's a good choice for a satisfying end to the meal. The restaurant seemed to be more popular for group gatherings with neighbors or colleagues rather than solo diners commuting home. The atmosphere was lively, and some dishes on the menu are limited to one serving per day, so be mindful of items selling out.
