"Lunch at Sui Ka!" You've now visited all of Lera's food and beverage establishments. Unfortunately, Sakurajima closed before you could go, and I really wanted to try their ramen... The restaurant is spacious, but there were only three customers, including me. Lera's weekends may not be bustling, but here... I wonder what it's like on weekdays. I ordered the "Sui Ka Special Donburi (¥924)"! This dish is a greedy bowl with shrimp chili, sweet and sour pork, and zangi all in one! You can enjoy both shrimp chili and sweet and sour pork in one go! The menu also includes vegetables, soup, salad, and pickles, making it quite luxurious! The eagerly awaited bowl was served... Wait a minute! To be frank, the actual dish looks quite different from the photo. There are no tomatoes or cucumbers in the bowl, and in fact, there are no vegetables at all, which is disappointing. The shrimp is mostly covered in sauce with only about three pieces, which is quite meager. I thought maybe the tomatoes and cucumbers were in a separate container as a salad, but that's not the case either. The salad only consists of shredded cabbage and lettuce. While it's understandable that there may be differences between the photo and the actual dish, there should be a limit, and I was hoping for some fresh and juicy vegetables. The shrimp is seasoned on the sweeter side. If they wanted to add more punch, increasing the spiciness might have been a good idea, but making it easy for Japanese palates to enjoy is also fine. The shrimp is fresh and not rubbery, with a nice texture and delicious taste! The zangi has a peppery seasoning, not overly juicy, but crispy, which is good. It's a bit milder for a Chinese restaurant's zangi, but still enjoyable! The sweet and sour pork is dominated by plenty of cabbage, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth pork pieces scattered throughout. The rich flavor complements the slightly healthy side, and the rice helps it go down smoothly! The generous portion of rice is a plus, so if you're a big eater, you'll be happy! The egg soup is thick and creamy, with a balanced richness and lightness. The food is delicious, but it's a shame that there were missing ingredients like tomatoes and cucumbers. Given the reasonable price, if you're looking to have a meal other than at Ramen Hakurankai or Tully's, this place is recommended! The situation and the photos of the soup curry at S Kitchen are a bit questionable, haha. Thank you for the meal.
