Another cream bomb. - Doraking Ace Almond Tofu (561 yen): A soft and sweet dorayaki. It is very delicious. The almond tofu adds a soft sweetness to it. - Amaou Amabi (1620 yen): Strawberry mochi. It can be enjoyed as is, but I personally like to dip it in the condensed milk provided. It aims to deliver the "bittersweet taste" of the amaou strawberry, and it is a refined delicacy with just the right amount of sweetness. As always, it was incredibly delicious and satisfying. As a Fukuoka souvenir, it truly ranks among the top. Personally, I feel that the rating of 3.05 on Tabelog is too low, so I recommend trying it out when you visit Fukuoka. From November onwards, a version with whole amaou strawberries will be available. Free cooling packs are provided for up to 3 hours. If you want it to last longer, you can put it in a cooling bag for an additional 220 yen (the cooling bag is quite cute). It was very delicious. I will definitely come back. I bought the mini size dorayaki in three flavors - matcha was intense! It felt like Uji matcha. The skin was chewy, and the strawberry inside was well-balanced. Among the dorayaki series, this might be my favorite. The plain flavor had red bean paste (and strawberry and cream), almond tofu flavor was subtle compared to other flavors, and the roasted green tea flavor was bitter - the sweetness of the strawberry made it taste even sweeter, but I'm not sure about the combination, it's delicious but not as sweet as expected. The condensed milk in the strawberry heart was sweet and gave a feeling of eating strawberries, with a chewy texture. The packaging of the dorayaki was a bit inconvenient, not easy to eat with one hand (I wish they included a wet wipe). They provide a free cooling pack that lasts for 3 hours.

The cream was delicious and you could taste the sweetness of the amaou strawberry in the pastry. It doesn't last long, so I'll make sure to eat it next time when I can enjoy it right away.
