Around Hozanji Temple, we decided to have some yakiniku and entered a yakiniku restaurant right in front of us. Although yakiniku restaurants in this area are often crowded with tourists, we were able to get in easily this time. We ordered the all-you-can-eat option with 107 different items. The variety of menu items may seem extensive at first glance, but the quality of the meat doesn't vary much, and some items are just different in seasoning but counted as one type. So, it's best not to expect too much variety. Initially, we were served a platter and one serving each of beef (loin, harami, kalbi, middle rib kalbi, tsurami). Eventually, we ordered several more servings of loin and harami. The loin may look appetizing with the marbling, but it's actually processed meat. There are also over four types of sauces to choose from, providing a wide range of flavor combinations. You can also order plenty of vegetables, and I discovered for the first time how delicious the combination of tomatoes and yakiniku can be! While it may not be top-quality meat, this restaurant offers great value for being able to eat your desired meat and vegetables to your heart's content.
