The restaurant is along a narrow street, with several other restaurants nearby, creating a lively and fun atmosphere ( ´∀`)b Upon entering the restaurant, we were seated on the 2nd floor (*´∀`) We ordered from the menu and waited for a while ( ̄ー ̄) We started with a toast with beer!! (^_^)/□☆□\(^_^)☆ Asahi Super Dry (bottle) 880 yen x 2 bottles ☆ Otoshi - Beef tendon and burdock root, sprinkled with Hararyokaku's black shichimi pepper. It has a nice sweet and spicy flavor and is delicious (*´∀`*)ウマウマ~♪ ☆ Hiya-yakko Kimchi 6 varieties 1,078 yen A platter of lotus root, scallop mantle, namasu cucumber, kaktiki, dried squid, Chinese cabbage, and hiya-yakko kimchi. It's beautifully arranged with a variety of options to enjoy ( ´∀`)b We topped the hiya-yakko with soy sauce from the table and enjoyed it (*´∀人) This restaurant has a system where the staff grill the meat on a charcoal grill, providing perfectly cooked and beautifully arranged meat on plates ( ´∀`)b The meat is A5 grade, sourced only from 10-12-year-old female cows. Even within the A5 grade, there are different ranks, and this restaurant's meat falls within the 10-12 rank, known as the delicious Asuka-za beef (o゚Д゚)o The meat is so good that it can be enjoyed with just salt, according to the staff. They recommend different seasonings and salts based on the meat cut, providing a delightful eating experience. We tried the following: ☆ Salt - Mongolia, Jamtsdau, Okinawa - Yagajima Salt, Miyagi Prefecture - Flower Salt ☆ Condiments - Green onion salt, salted kelp, grated wasabi The meat was beautifully arranged with flowers and ice plant and cooked to perfection by the lovely female staff (*´∀人)♥️ ☆ Premium Black tongue wrapped in green onion 2,928 yen Thick black tongue grilled to perfection, wrapped in green onion and served on a plate. Despite its thickness, it is tender and juicy (*´∀`*)ウマウマ~♪ The crunchy texture of the green onion complements the meat well, and it's a great cut of meat, making it enjoyable as is. ☆ Sirloin garlic steak 4,378 yen This dish is topped with garlic chips and grated wasabi (*´∀人) The meat is fatty and juicy, with a perfect balance of spiciness from the wasabi, making it delicious (*´∀`*)ウマウマ~♪ I hope the deliciousness comes through in the photos... (^_^;) I still have a lot to learn. ☆ Famous Top Harami 2,178 yen The meat is so delicious that we enjoyed it with salt instead of sauce (*´∀人) When paired with sea salt from a remote island in Okinawa, the meat's umami is directly experienced and it's delicious (*´∀`*)ウマウマ~♪ ☆ Famous Top Sagari 2,278 yen This is best enjoyed with green onion salt or salted kelp. The sagari here is also tender and juicy (*´∀`*)ウマウマ~♪ ☆ Oolong tea 429 yen A little tipsy, so it's time to sober up. ( ̄ー ̄) ☆ Ukokkei egg over rice 850 yen A dish ordered by a friend and it looked incredibly delicious ( ̄¬ ̄) ☆ Oil kasu rich butter chicken mini curry 858 yen Although full, when you want something to finish off the meal, this rich butter chicken curry is delicious and satisfying ( ´∀`)b It's a perfect amount with a rich flavor.
