"I suddenly remembered the red roof soft serve ice cream shop in the suburbs... On a hot summer day, while on a motorcycle tour before returning home, I remembered it. When I searched on Google Maps, I found that I could stop by on my way back home from Naganuma. However, I saw the address of Kamuka for the first time. Even though I have been a resident of Chitose for a long time, there are still some unfamiliar place names. The map didn't really help me understand, but when I actually visited, I realized, 'Oh, this is where it is!' I arrived around 4:00 PM, and to my surprise, there were two motorcycles parked there. I parked my bike in front of the store, and as I looked at the menu board hanging outside the shack, I saw they offered vanilla, chocolate, and mixed soft serve ice cream in regular and mini sizes, with the option of cone or cup. I chose a regular size cone of vanilla, and when it was handed to me, I was warned, 'Be careful, it's prone to tipping over.' Despite the price of 390 yen, it was quite generous in size, about 20% taller than at other shops. Indeed, it looked like it would easily topple over when tilted, so I quickly moved to a shady spot and licked it up. The texture and sweetness of the soft serve were unique compared to ice cream or gelato. Although it was already past 4:00 PM and getting cooler, it was still summer, so it started melting rapidly. Suddenly, the rider who was there before me exclaimed, 'Oh no, I dropped it!' The man who arrived after me was holding a regular size cone of soft serve and a cup of coffee in both hands, and as he was about to return to his car, he accidentally dropped the soft serve. He then handed the coffee to the woman in the passenger seat and purchased a mini soft serve in a cup. Carelessness is the enemy (sad)."
