I wanted to relax after shopping at the outlet, but the facility was crowded. I searched for a nearby cafe and found this place. I visited for the parfait, but they also had a great selection of roast beef bowls, pasta, and more. It was a really wonderful place.

When trying to cross from the north to the south of Tobata Station, suddenly caught in a heavy rainstorm where even the umbrella was of no use. I hurriedly ran into the cafe I was aiming for, which seemed out of place with a pachinko parlor attached. It mainly serves Western food, but also has a decent selection of drinks like coffee (including caramel macchiato). This time, I tried the soft-serve ice cream with caramel flavor. I was startled when I tried to take a photo as it was leaning quite a bit. I attempted to take a creative angle shot, but it seemed like the ice cream might break, so I gave up. It seems they are not very skilled at serving it. However, the advantage of soft-serve ice cream is that even if it loses its shape a bit, it doesn't affect the taste. Speaking of taste, despite being called "raw caramel," it doesn't really have that raw caramel taste, just a regular caramel-flavored soft-serve. But it's not overly artificial and has a rich flavor, quite delicious. They only open for lunch, so I finally got to visit and I'm satisfied.

I saw this place on the web before and decided to visit! It was a bit confusing to find, not behind the pachinko parlor as I thought, but actually on the main street from Tobata Station. The interior was spacious, cute, and clean with hand sanitizers and temperature checks. We had reserved seats, but ended up moving to a cozy sofa seat that became available. The pancakes were fluffy and chewy, unlike the ones I've had before, and the Mont Blanc dessert was delicious too. The drinks set was an additional 330 yen, and the hot tea was good. The pancakes were great, but the sauce lacked flavor. Overall, the food was tasty but a bit pricey for the location. I noticed mint plants outside the restaurant, which I assume they use in their dishes.

On a regular day, the roast beef plate set costs around 1680 yen. The roast beef plate has plenty of vegetables and is healthy. The vegetables were fresh. The classic pancake that comes with the set is delicious. It's not too sweet, crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. The restaurant is spacious with sofa seats, making it comfortable. The service was pleasant. It may be a bit pricey, but it's a good cafe to relax in.

A cafe located in a corner of a pachinko parlor's premises. Surprisingly stylish and authentic despite the setting. The meaning of "Hapisa" is unknown, but it must have some significance. Oh, by the way, the chocolate parfait was delicious. - From a certain place, Pixy -

I had some time before my dinner reservation, so I decided to have some tea here. I ordered a detox soda with fruits. It had a lot of fruits in it, and I could eat the fruits inside. It wasn't too sweet and I enjoyed it.

It is located on the premises of a pachinko & slot parlor near JR Tobata Station, close to Tobata Police Station. I was invited by a friend from Chikuhou who saw on Tabelog that their pancakes and roast beef are famous. When I saw the roast beef bowl on the lunch menu, I thought it might not be enough, but it was fine because it came with a freshly baked classic pancake. The staff's service was subtly attentive and much appreciated. I felt like my girl power increased in the stylish space. I want to go back to eat the fluffy pancakes again♪

I stopped by after lunch (^ . ^) I was drawn to the strawberry parfait in March ♡ This shop is located on the premises of a pachinko parlor, making the parking lot easy to use. I ordered: ◇ Premium Strawberry Parfait 1200 yen ◇ Pistachio Parfait 780 yen (credit card accepted) The Premium Strawberry Parfait had plenty of strawberries and the whipped cream was not too sweet, making it easy to eat! The lightness of the whipped cream was great. I believe that a shop that serves delicious whipped cream can be trusted o (^ o ^) o I think it's better without the whipped cream just for appearance. The Pistachio Parfait was a bit disappointing with the pistachio gelato. The roast beef also looked delicious, so I would like to come back for lunch at this shop (= ^ ェ ^ =) The interior was very stylish and clean, making it a comfortable place to be ☆

The restaurant is located next to a pachinko parlor in Tobata. There are also a diner and a dry cleaning store nearby. There is a parking lot in front of the store. The interior has table seats, sofa seats, and it seems like there are more seats in the back, so the store is spacious. The water served was lemon water. The menu includes lunch sets, pasta, desserts, and a variety of drinks. My lunch partner ordered roast beef lunch, and I ordered eggs benedict with lemon squash. The plate had two fluffy pancakes, two large bacon slices, a poached egg with mustard, and salad. The pancakes were delicious when eaten with the poached egg and bacon dipped in mustard. There were many female customers, so it might be a bit intimidating for men. I would like to visit this place again.

The other day, I went to Cafe Hapisa to try their famous pancakes. It was a little after 2 pm and the place was quite crowded, with only one table available. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there. I ordered the seasonal strawberry pancakes. They were topped with plenty of strawberries and a generous amount of cream on the side. I opted for two pancakes, but even then, I was quite full. The pancakes were a bit firmer than I had imagined, I was expecting them to be a bit fluffier! However, they were delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and I left feeling satisfied. I would like to come back again.

I went to lunch with a friend at a cafe located on the premises of a pachinko & slot parlor. The place is in Makiyama Shimmachi, to the left from the Makiyama intersection towards the Aeon Tobata store. The glass-walled interior has a bright and stylish atmosphere with table seating, sofa seating, and private rooms available. The food menu includes only Roast Beef, Taco Rice, and Pancakes. I ordered the Roast Beef Bowl Set, and my friend ordered the Roast Beef Plate Set. The Roast Beef Bowl Set (1380 yen) comes with a classic pancake and a drink. The tender roast beef has just the right amount of saltiness and is delicious. It is served with tomato, lettuce, daikon radish, egg yolk, and Caesar dressing for added flavor, but the roast beef and rice alone are tasty enough. However, the lunch set is a bit small for men, so those who want a more filling meal can opt for the Roast Beef Bowl (980 yen) on its own. We also added whipped cream and salted caramel sauce to the Classic Pancake, which was a perfect size for a post-meal treat. The pancake was delicious, and having both dishes together was a good combination. Despite being located within a pachinko parlor, the Roast Beef Bowl and Pancakes were surprisingly good. The restaurant had many female customers and had a clean and pleasant atmosphere. For men who may feel hesitant to enter, there is a neighboring restaurant called Happy Kitchen that specializes in set meals, rice bowls, and curry, which is also recommended.

Exterior There were a lot of parking spaces, but I wonder if I can park in this "444" area. I parked in the parking space in front of the store. Cafe "Hapisa"ヽ(゜∀゜)ノ has a somewhat mysterious name. I think they are maids or waitresses, but they dress like real maids and have a neat posture and movements. Food It's a detoxifying juice with fruits inside that you can eat normally. While struggling to get the kiwi with a straw, the maid said, "There is a long, thin spoon here," and helped me. I was happy, but also embarrassed to be seen struggling. I tried the two-tier banana pancake. It was delicious♪ Not too sweet, and the vanilla flavor goes well with the banana. I made a mistake by adding syrup halfway through.・゜・(ノД`)・゜・. It turned into just a sweet pancake. I think it's best to eat it without syrup. Overall, the maid's graceful demeanor was lovely. Her posture seemed like she might be a dancer.

I made a reservation for lunch on a regular Thursday. It was a good thing I made a reservation because the restaurant was quite crowded. Impressions... delicious. I ordered the roast beef bowl, plain pancakes, and iced coffee. It took a little while to be served, probably because of the crowd. The roast beef bowl had plenty of meat. The salad and roasted tomatoes were delicious. The roast beef was quite salty, but the egg balanced it out nicely. It was nice to be able to choose between white rice and multigrain rice. The pancakes were simple but tasty. They were moist and had a great flavor. The restroom in the restaurant was also very clean. I would like to visit this place again. I would also recommend it to others.

I had the roast beef bowl set. It came with roast beef, pancakes, and a drink for ¥1380. The amount of roast beef in the bowl seemed a bit small for a man, but it was a satisfying portion. The sauce was a mix of garlic soy sauce and wasabi mayonnaise, giving it a bit of a kick. The pancakes were slightly thick with butter and maple syrup, and had a crispy surface. The service from the staff was polite.

I have a lunch date with my second daughter, who is busy preparing for university entrance exams after a long time of not seeing each other. She ordered roast beef bowl while I had Genovese pasta. We shared a pancake as well. We both enjoyed a fruit-packed cocktail tea. The Genovese pasta had a creamy and cheesy flavor that was delicious. The roast beef bowl was a hit for meat lovers. I personally like to eat it with wasabi soy sauce (lol). The pancake was not fluffy but had a crispy exterior. The fruit cocktail was visually appealing and tasted refreshing. This cafe near Tobata Station has parking, making it easy to revisit. The female owner and staff were friendly. Thank you for the meal!

It was a place near Tobata Aeon that seemed easy to understand but was actually a bit hard to find. I always thought it was a pachinko parlor. The food was delicious and served in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel like I had to wait too long. The staff were polite and there were quite a few customers. The pancakes were okay. You can choose between white rice and mixed grain rice for the roast beef bowl. I recommend the mixed grain rice.

I went to Tobata for lunch with a friend for the first time. It's a bit hard to find as it's located within a pachinko parlor, but it's child-friendly. We had a hard time finding parking on the weekend as it was full. Inside the restaurant, it was stylish with plants, sofas, private rooms, and tables and chairs - all in a chic Nordic style. The staff were all friendly. The menu is limited as it's a lunch menu. We ordered the signature roast beef plate with a drink set. You can add extra rice for ¥100. It took about 10 minutes for the drink to arrive and 30 minutes for the lunch plate. I got a bit tired of waiting towards the end (laughs), but when the plate arrived, it looked so good with lots of vegetables that I almost forgot to take a picture! Under the roast beef was potato salad, and the presentation was stylish and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The waitress brought me the menu and said, "You visited the neighboring restaurant before, right?" I had tried the roast beef bowl at the restaurant next door and decided to visit this one after seeing the sign outside. I ordered the roast beef bowl with a drink set for ¥1,180 and chose iced coffee. The bowl came with a nice touch of vegetables like sprouts and egg yolk, which paired well with the meat. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, although the roast beef was not served warm or cold. This was only my third time trying a roast beef bowl, but I found this one to be the most delicious due to the harmony of flavors with the sprouts.
