Visited in December 2021 during lunchtime with family. Suddenly, my family member started making a fuss, saying, "I've been saying that I love shabu-shabu, but you haven't taken me recently ( ̄0 ̄)." After listening to the story, I searched on Tabelog for a shabu-shabu tabehoudai (all-you-can-eat) restaurant nearby and found one at LINKS UMEDA (@_@). So, we drove to Umeda. We parked at the LINKS parking lot and headed to the restaurant district. The restaurants in the district had quite long lines during lunchtime, but the restaurant we wanted had just one group waiting. After a 10-minute wait, we entered!! "Gyushabu Gyuusuki Tabehoudai Tajimaya" had a buffet corner with vegetables at the storefront, and a male staff member was constantly slicing meat at the back. According to the advertisement, the meat is sliced for each order. While waiting, we decided on the order: "Jougyu" 2-color hot pot all-you-can-eat lunch x2 for 60 minutes, with a time limit, but all-you-can-eat meat and vegetables for 1,980 yen per person (excluding tax) seemed quite attractive. We chose the regular "kombu dashi" and "Japanese-style mixore dashi" broths!! The meat, beef loin and pork loin, was brought first, and all other vegetables and condiments were self-service. Once we prepared the vegetables, chicken meatballs, and macaroni, we were ready to go ( ̄∇ ̄)b! And so, the 60-minute shabu-shabu battle began!! (laughs) The all-you-can-eat meat included beef top loin, pork loin, pork belly, and chicken thigh slices. The meat itself seemed not to be of high quality, but it was simply delicious. Since the vegetables were self-service, you could easily get what you wanted without any stress, which was great (o^-')bグー We also had all-you-can-eat rice and ice cream, making it a great option for those who want to eat a lot or for women! We had some vegetable refills in between. Especially, the finely chopped green onions were excellent as a condiment and hot pot ingredient – delicious! Finally, we had udon from the self-service corner and finished in a super full state!! Apart from the slightly narrow space between tables and seats, we had a pleasant meal. This place is great for a casual shabu-shabu lunch! Full stomach! Satisfied! Thank you for the meal.
