I visited this restaurant that opened on November 10, 2022, as recommended by a friend. It is located at the corner of Suocho and Tatamiya-suji in the FUKU Building. The restaurant has a simple and stylish atmosphere, with private table seating where you can enjoy your meal in peace. I ordered the Gem course for 12,000 yen, which included various dishes such as small appetizers, beef salad, Omi beef sashimi, grilled Omi beef, seasonal grilled vegetables, grilled shabu-shabu, choice of egg soup, mini Gem beef bowl or cold noodles, and strawberry dessert. I chose the mini Gem beef bowl and seaweed soup. The dessert was delicious with frozen strawberries filled with condensed milk. The soft and tasty Omi beef was cooked in a roaster that emits less smoke, making the dining experience more enjoyable. The private room allowed us to relax and enjoy our meal. It was a delicious experience! Thank you for the meal! I would love to visit this restaurant again.

Course (12,000 yen) A hidden gem of a yakiniku restaurant specializing in Omi beef on the 4th floor of a building on the European street in Shinsaibashi. All rooms are private, which is nice. We had the course on this day. The three small dishes of Chanja and cheese were delicious. The salad was full of minced beef (*´꒳`*) The fact that they use a smokeless roaster means that there is no smell to worry about. The harami, loin, and shadowburi? were all delicious. The lightly flavored dashi shabu of the ichibo, paired with the grilled ichibo, was outstanding. For the finishing touch, you can choose between a mini bowl or cold noodles. You can also choose between egg soup or wakame soup. Although I was worried that I wouldn't be full just by looking at the menu, I was actually satisfied and full (*´-`)

Omi beef sirloin steak: served with a delicious broth and wrapped with aromatic vegetables. 6. Wakame or egg soup: I had the egg soup, it was rich and creamy. 7. We reserved a course menu this time: - 12000 yen course including today's specials, croquettes, simmered beef tendon, and chanja cream cheese - Premium aged sake (medium bottle) for 800 yen We started with a toast with beer and enjoyed the premium aged sake. The croquettes were cute and delicious, the simmered beef tendon was melt-in-your-mouth, and the chanja with cream cheese was a perfect match for beer. The beef mince salad was surprisingly large and filled with fresh vegetables and plenty of minced beef on top. It was a hearty dish with a veggie-forward approach. The fillet was incredibly tender and juicy, the ichibo had a meaty umami flavor with just the right amount of fat, and the hanesuta was beautifully marbled and juicy. We also enjoyed a grilled dashi shabu dish with thinly sliced rib loin, a rare and high-quality cut of meat. The dish was a delight to the senses, with the aroma of the dashi filling the air. To finish off the course, we had a choice of egg soup or seaweed soup, and a mini gem beef bowl or cold noodles to share. The egg soup was rich and comforting, while the mini gem beef bowl was packed with flavorful meat and rich egg yolk. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the delicious meat dishes and the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

The GemBeef course at the recently opened GemBeef restaurant in Shinsaibashi, which was also featured in anan, was all delicious, but the grilled shabu-shabu dipped in broth was absolutely irresistible (laughs). And then, we were torn between the rich egg mini GemBeef bowl or the cold noodles for the finale, so my friends and I decided to share. The restaurant has private rooms and no lingering smells, making it perfect for a date.
