I used it for my son's birthday. I used a Tabelog coupon to create a mayonnaise message plate on okonomiyaki on the day. The okonomiyaki was fluffy and delicious. Everything I ate was great, and the citrus sour was also very tasty. I was curious about the fried rice, so I will visit again soon.

I went to a popular omurice specialty store. I waited for about 30 minutes for the Ginger Ale Hamburg Omurice with demi-glace sauce (salad and rice set) during lunch on a weekday. I thought I chose the smallest portion, but it was still too much! I couldn't finish it all in the end (cries).

This restaurant feels like they packed all the desires for omurice into one dish - with creamy eggs, demi-glace sauce, cream, hamburger, and topped with cheese. It feels like you can't customize it any further. The omurice was a dream, heavy in taste and hard to finish, but delicious. The mentaiko sauce option was even better.

I had a delicious omurice with a hamburg steak inside that was so juicy and tasty! The hamburg steak was thick and had a good amount of volume. I went on a weekday at 12:30 and got seated inside after waiting for about 15-20 minutes. It might be crowded on weekends though!笑

I went to Ikura-san, a restaurant that I often see on TikTok and Instagram and was curious about. Honestly, my honest opinion is that once you go, you might not need to go again. The visual appeal is quite high, but the taste was better at a regular omurice specialty shop.

I went to eat the trendy Omurice that's been popular on social media. There were a lot of fashionable couples there. We didn't have to wait in line for too long to get in, but it did take a bit of time for the food to be served. The dishes looked cute and were definitely Instagram-worthy.

The second branch in front of Hakata Station is famous for its omurice and always has long lines. At the Imaizumi branch, they only serve omurice during the day, and on this day, I was able to be seated right away without a reservation, perhaps because it was early. I ordered the recommended okonomiyaki. The okonomiyaki, made with meringue, was carefully cooked on the teppan in front of me. It was fluffy and very delicious. By the time I finished my meal, all the counter seats were filled, and one reservation after another came in. Someday, I would like to try the omurice too.

Course maguro pickled French bread avocado canapé potato salad mentaiko rolled omelette shrimp mayonnaise wagyu beef steak chicken skin vinegar okonomiyaki all-you-can-drink total 4,500 yen. The avocado canapé had a sweet bread that was delicious. The shrimp mayonnaise had a unique texture and taste that was really good. I think it's a restaurant with good value for money.

I went to Ikura to eat omurice cooked on an iron plate. There was a wait of about 6 people ahead of me, but I was able to enter the restaurant in about 5 minutes. I ordered the hamburger omurice with demi-glace sauce and cheese topping. The omurice was creamy and delicious, especially the hamburger omurice. The only downside was that the cheese topping didn't melt at all and was hard. It made the flavor of the dish too strong, so next time I might order it without the cheese topping.

The sashimi of amberjack from the appetizer menu is quite luxurious! What impressed me the most was the freshly cooked egg omelette right in front of us! The sweet, fluffy, and creamy egg paired perfectly with grated daikon radish and salmon roe. It was also nice that there was a smoking area in front of the restaurant!!!

Hmm, this place seems like a typical spot that's trending on social media. The demi-glace sauce lacks richness, and the omelette isn't cooked with butter so it's just okay. The hamburger has less beef than I'd like, and personally, I didn't find it delicious. The original drink was also weak. There are plenty of other places with delicious omurice, and I don't think the cost performance is good here. In Tenjin, you can get a much tastier lunch for 1,400 yen. However, I did think the staff's efficiency was good.

I like the okonomiyaki at the affiliated store on Kami-Hashi Street, so I decided to try the Imaizumi store today. It's Monday but it's full. There's a group of about 15 people having a lively drinking party. I tried some sashimi, side dishes, and okonomiyaki. They were all delicious, but the okonomiyaki was the best. When my friend ordered a non-alcoholic drink, it came with a cute bear character, which made us laugh. It was funny to see a 37-year-old man with a bear on his drink. Well, the bear belongs to everyone. It seemed like many couples use it on dates. I personally prefer the calmer atmosphere at Kami-Hashi. Thank you for the meal~

The popular omurice restaurant was already crowded with 3 groups waiting when I arrived at 11:30 on a weekday, but I was able to get a table on the first round. Since it was my first time, I ordered the classic omurice with demi-glace sauce, and asked for half the usual amount of rice. The omelette was cooked one by one on the hot plate. After about 30 minutes, the dishes arrived. I was instructed to eat the omelette without cutting it, so I ate it as it was. The creamy egg mixture, made with milk or cream, was fluffy and delicious. The hamburger, steamed on the hot plate, was juicy and well-cooked. The demi-glace sauce had a slight acidity, which paired well with the sweet egg. I look forward to trying the mentaiko sauce next time!

Omelette rice with hamburger and cheese topping for ¥1500. Even though it was a weekday, there was a line before opening and seats were quickly filling up. I managed to sit in front of the counter grill, but unfortunately couldn't see my food being cooked. The potato salad that came with the salad was delicious and of course, the omelette rice was also very tasty.

(2022.04.07) While always passing by the scene of a crowded line at the restaurant "Hamburger and Omelette Shop Ikura," I was hesitant to go in because the line was mostly made up of girls in their early 20s. However, today there was only one group of customers waiting, so I decided to take this rare opportunity to visit. The restaurant operates two businesses, "Teppanyaki Izakaya Ikura" at night and "Hamburger and Omelette Shop Ikura" during the day. The cozy interior has a counter with about 12 seats surrounding a large teppanyaki grill, as well as tables with 12 seats behind. The place was filled with groups of girls and couples. Since they had run out of ketchup rice just before, I couldn't have the omurice, so I decided to try the "signature" dish, the "Omuberg." The hamburger, shaped like a fist, was about 50mm thick and seemed very satisfying to eat. It is made with wagyu beef mince, and the sight of the juices oozing out is mouthwatering. You can choose from demi-glace sauce, chili sauce, or mentaiko sauce, and I chose the most popular demi-glace sauce, generously poured all over the plate. The omelette on top was also cooked on the same teppanyaki grill, with a fine and fluffy texture. The cute paw print branding on top adds a nice touch and is perfect for social media posts.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice! Despite the long line, they took our order while we were waiting and the food came quickly after we sat down, which was great! I ordered the hamburger with mentaiko sauce, but the sauce was light and not very satisfying. The hamburger had a strong bread crumb texture and felt a bit dry. The salad was delicious though! The side of potatoes was also tasty!
