I visited this bakery to buy bread for tomorrow on Saturday around 12:05 pm. There was one customer before me and two customers after me. By this time, most of the bread was already sold out, with only 5 slices of 4-cut loaf, 1 slice of 5-cut loaf, and 2 Pain de Mie (sandwich bread) left. It seems like they also accept reservations, so it might be safer to reserve if you want to make sure to buy something. I purchased the 4-cut loaf (360 yen) and had it the next morning. First, I tried it as it is. It has a moist and chewy texture, with a hint of sweetness. The crust is firm and chewy. Then, I toasted it. The surface became crispy while the inside remained soft, and personally, I feel like the goodness of the 4-cut loaf stands out more when toasted. It was indeed a reasonably priced and delicious bread, just as rumored. If I have the chance, I would like to try buying Pain de Mie next time. Thank you for the meal. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

On Wednesday at 4:40 PM, I managed to get the last piece of bread, which was a fluffy and chewy white bread. Besides the bread, there were three matcha pine breads left. The white bread had a delicious sweetness that spread as I chewed. Next time, I will go earlier.

My favorite bakery for bread. Often feel sad when they are sold out. I saw it when I glanced after eating ramen, so I went in. They had 5 slices of square bread for 360 yen. I'm so lucky. I don't want to be extravagant, so I only bought one. It's more firm than Pandemi and I like it. It's really delicious. Thank you for the meal~

On a scorching weekend morning with a blazing sun, I went out shopping to get lunch. There's a popular bread that sells out quickly, so I had to go early to get it. This time, I bought the "Hojicha Apple Loaf Bread." When I first tried Prezan's "Loaf Bread," I was amazed by its chewy texture. Since it's from Prezan, the deliciousness is guaranteed. I'm curious about other types of "Loaf Bread" they offer. Thank you for the meal.

The shop specializes in fluffy bread, particularly their popular shokupan (Japanese milk bread), but they also offer other items. It's recommended to visit early as they tend to sell out quickly. The shokupan is a must-try! I had someone pick up some for me this time, and they were delicious. Despite being a weekday, the shop was still crowded. I bought the square loaf for ¥360 and the fig and walnut loaf for ¥540. They were affordable yet high-quality. The square loaf in particular reminded me of Saint Honore Bakery, with a subtly sweet and irresistible taste. It's no wonder there are always long lines. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I personally think that Nakamura Shoten's bread is the best. It's so delicious. Every time I go there, they are sold out, and I end up disappointed. It's a sad experience. When I went to Nakamura Shoten this time, I took a chance and miraculously found some Pandemi 5-slice bread. I prefer the corner loaf, but that doesn't matter. I'm just lucky. There was a paper inside the bread package describing its features, which was a first for me. The half-year-old bread was amazing.

In the evening on a regular day, there were some slices of bread and two kinds of loaf bread left. When I bought them before, there seemed to be more variety. The loaf bread was priced at 580 yen, which seemed expensive, so I bought the 360 yen sliced bread. The next morning, I had half of it as is and half toasted. It was more delicious and chewy when toasted compared to eating it as is.

I arrived around 4 pm on a regular day, and the popular item, the sandwich bread, was sold out. They had two types of loaf bread, banana and matcha, so I decided to try them. They were very soft and fluffy, and the taste was excellent. If we exclude the hard bread, it is the best bread.

Visited the popular bakery "Plezan" in Takatsuki City. The popular shokupan (¥360) is so in demand that you have to make a reservation to buy it. The bakery's two signature items are the square shokupan and pandemi, but I personally preferred the square shokupan as the pandemi was quite soft. It's about half the price of a luxury shokupan. The square shokupan is fluffy and soft, with a slight sweetness and no roughness, making it a taste that you could enjoy every day. It was delicious, but I didn't think it was necessary to make a reservation for it.

A bakery located about a 2-minute walk from Takatsuki Station. The stylish brick-like exterior uses only safe and satisfactory ingredients such as domestically produced wheat, natural yeast, and organically grown ingredients. I visited at 11:55 during Golden Week, but all the bread was sold out except for 2 types. Coffee Maron for 580 yen, with walnuts, caramel chocolate, and walnuts inside. The bread is very fluffy with a strong coffee aroma, sweet caramel chocolate, and a nice crunch from the walnuts. I really enjoyed it and definitely want to visit this place again!

Arrived at the store before 12:00. It is located a 2-minute walk from Takatsuki Station. It is close to the station but the surroundings are very quiet. There were no other customers, so I was able to enter right away, but I soon found out why. It is a specialty store for bread, but all the bread was already sold out, leaving only two types available. I decided to pass on the walnut cheese and chose the Coffee Marron instead. The Coffee Marron costs 580 yen. When I held it in my hand, it was very fluffy and soft, almost too soft to grasp properly. The aroma of coffee is also strong. The combination of the caramel's fragrance, sweetness, and the chunks of chestnut inside was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I really like this! I could eat this every day (laughs). I will definitely visit again! I want to try the other breads and buy some bread next time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited a bakery that has won the Tabelog Top 100 award three times around 11:30. Although the bread I was looking for, such as Pain de Mie, was sold out, I purchased the following breads that were available: - Square loaf bread for 360 yen There were only sliced pieces left, so I bought this one. It is a domestically produced additive-free bread. Yummy ❤️ - Grape bread for 500 yen It contains three types of raisins: regular, green, and golden raisins. A grape bread lover's dream ❤️ Both breads were delicious, and the service was good.

I am Shinosuke Watanabe, a branding consultant known as the most free-spirited in Japan. Recently, while on my way to Takatsuki City, I decided to have a meal and bought some bread at a bakery. I came across a shop called Prezan. I was curious about what kind of bread they sold, but it turned out to be a specialty store for shokupan (Japanese fluffy white bread). I thought eating shokupan while on the move might be difficult, but they had large coppe pan-like breads. They looked delicious, so I bought a grape bread and a walnut cheese bread. When I tried them, I found them to be incredibly soft and chewy! They were surprisingly delicious. It was a nice surprise that a specialty shokupan store had other delicious breads as well. Branding is not about making things look good or profitable. It's about standing out and making a lasting impression. I think branding for a bakery can be quite challenging. The classic way to do it is to specialize. Bread comes in many varieties and is something everyone is familiar with. So, specializing in a particular type of bread can be a classic branding strategy. Since there are many types of bread, having a specialty store makes people wonder about the unique deliciousness they offer. The narrow entrance leading to a wide interior is a basic concept.

"Pan de Mi (¥360) 4 slices - I visited early this time as it was sold out last time. Eating it as is, it is fluffy and you can really taste the wheat flavor. When toasted, it has a very fragrant crust. It was delicious!"

After visiting Nakamura Shoten in Takatsuki, I decided to try my luck at Prezan. Lately, I've been striking out with different types of bread, but miraculously they had one last loaf in stock - the Pandomi 5-slice bread. I prefer the square-shaped loaves, but that doesn't matter now. I am so happy. This is the best bread I have ever had. Thank you so much.

I visited around 11 am on a weekday. When I came before, the shop was already closed due to being sold out, but this time it was open. However, the shokupan (Japanese fluffy bread) was sold out. They had many reserved breads available. Although there was no shokupan, they had several breads with dried fruits in them. Personally, I don't like dried fruits, so I bought a bread labeled as black tea and lemon peel. When I ate it, I was surprised to find dried figs inside. I'm sorry, I don't like figs. The black tea flavor was overpowered by the fig taste, and even the lemon peel was barely noticeable. The bread dough was heavy and chewy. It was quite dense. I would like to visit again to try the shokupan if it's available.

During a lunch break one day, I decided to eat the leftover cream stew at home and wanted to have some bread to go with it, so I went to this bakery that I hadn't visited in a long time. I used to buy hard bread occasionally on Saturday mornings when I first got married, enjoying the smell of freshly baked bread, but due to my busy schedule and health issues, I had switched to buying mainly sliced bread from another shop. With permission from the staff, I took a photo inside the store, where they were selling only a few types of loaf bread. Not knowing what loaf bread was, I bought three different flavors - grape, tomato cheese, and cheese and raisin. I got the grape one as a gift for a senior colleague, the tomato cheese for my lunch, and the cheese and raisin for my husband as a snack with his evening drink until dinner is ready, which I put in the freezer. I learned that the types of loaf bread change weekly. The tomato cheese loaf bread was surprisingly dense and chewy, with chunks of cheese and a strong tomato flavor. It was unlike any other chewy bread I've had before, with such a strong impact from the ingredients. It was delicious on its own, but also paired well with the cheese-flavored cream stew. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavor, cheese and raisin loaf bread. Thank you for the meal.

I purchased the following items (tax included): - Cocoa Cranberry (White chocolate, almond) - $5.60 each The size of the bread was unexpectedly large, similar to the size of a loaf of bread. The dough was moist and had a gentle, chewy texture which was excellent. The chocolate flavor was not overpowering, but rather subtly gentle and easy to eat, making it a bread that I would want to eat on a daily basis. - Pain de Mie - $3.60 each A soft and moist bread with a gentle texture, with a mild aroma and flavor, perfect for everyday use. The dough had a high moisture content, a gentle texture, and a slight chewiness, making it well-balanced. I arrived without making a reservation and couldn't predict the arrival time. Late in the day, the items were sold out and the store closed. It seems like it would be better to make a reservation, as the store only had one type of bread available at opening time. I hope to revisit the store if I have the chance.

During a business trip to Osaka, I bought bread for the next morning. The shop is located behind the Green Plaza Takatsuki 3rd building at the south exit of Takatsuki Station. I was able to enter without waiting around 12:30 on a weekday. I purchased a "grape bread" (500 yen). Even the next morning, it maintained an extremely soft and fluffy texture. It was packed with just the right amount of sweetness, grapes, and walnuts. Although it had a substantial weight, it was surprisingly easy to finish, probably because it was so delicious. If this shop were local, I would definitely become a regular customer.
