I bought a mixed sandwich. It was made with French bread filled with ham, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. I'm eating the lettuce and cheese first. The bread is a baguette made with French wheat and also contains rye. It's delicious!

My son is very picky about sandwiches, so I let him choose his favorite. He chose the Palmier for 572 yen, saying it's like a superior version of eel pie. He also loved the Croissant Mix for 702 yen, saying it's rare to find a sandwich that complements the taste of the ingredients so well. He was very impressed and said he would definitely choose it again next time. On another day, we tried a value set. The Assorted Matcha for 972 yen included scones and waffles with matcha chocolate coating. The scones were surprisingly delicious, with a nice balance of bitterness from the matcha and sweetness from the white chocolate. They were moist and tasty. The Croissant and Canele were consistently delicious. PAUL is always delicious.

After work on Friday, I decided to make a detour to the shopping mall MIO at Tennoji station to buy bread for tomorrow. I visited "PAUL" for the first time. The store is located on the 1st floor of MIO main building. There were 2 groups of customers in front of me and 3-4 groups behind me. I purchased a croissant (302) and a pain au chocolat (324). The croissant, made with imported dough from France, was a delightful treat with a perfect balance of crispiness and fluffiness. However, the pain au chocolat, also made with dough from France, did not meet my expectations as the chocolate filling was not as rich as I had hoped. Some people found it sweet and tasty, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. Thank you for the experience. I will visit again. Payment can be made with PayPay or card.

I went to the restaurant at 4:40 PM. I bought a brioche sausage for 410 yen and a croissant pastrami for 626 yen. There were many croissant open sandwiches to choose from, but I decided on the pastrami because I like the salty taste. I will take them home to eat. Thank you for the meal.

Today I bought snacks here♪ It's my cheat day so I indulged in some treats ( *´艸) I got a croissant and a kouign-amann... This will pretty much exceed my daily calorie intake (lol) Oh well❗️ So, I bought these - the croissant is a large one with a chocolate coating, easy to imagine the taste. The kouign-amann has a strong butter flavor with a perfect balance of sweetness, the crispy and soft parts are exquisite and delicious. I won't eat anything else today (*>∀<*) Thank you for the meal♪

At the magical restaurant, there is a somewhat expensive bakery that often appears. I decided to buy a croissant with chocolate coating from Paul at MIO Central Square. It was delicious, not too sweet, and quite large. I finished it in no time. It was a satisfying treat.

There are 26 high-end bakeries nationwide, mainly located in the Kanto region within department stores. They offer take-out only and sell their products face-to-face. I recently visited one of these bakeries and found their selection to be quite lovely. After much consideration, I chose the Croissant Choco Blanc for 357 yen (tax included) and the Kouign-Amann for 292 yen (tax included). The large croissant, coated with white chocolate, was delicious and had a slight dessert-like quality to it, well worth the price. The Kouign-Amann was also tasty, though I don't eat it often so I can't compare. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Founded in 1889, this French bakery cafe chain has been expanding worldwide for over 130 years, with stores in 47 countries. In Japan, Pasco operates the stores, mainly located in major cities within department stores. Known for its high-end positioning, the chain offers a variety of pastries, with many stores found in famous department stores. I recently visited the store at Tennoji MIO in Osaka to buy bread for the next morning. Situated in the JR station passageway, this location sees a lot of foot traffic from Tennoji station users. The glass display case featured face-to-face sales, and I purchased a whole "Pain 2 olives" for 781 yen. The next morning, my wife and I enjoyed the bread. It was a decent size, with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior filled generously with black and green olives. The balanced saltiness and wheat flavor made it a delightful choice for breakfast or as a wine accompaniment. My wife particularly enjoyed it and ended up eating it for two days straight. Although we don't usually buy large loaves of bread, this one was worth having for two days.

Since visiting a street shop in the past, it had been a while since I last went to PAUL. At that time, I thought it was stylish but a bit pricey. I happened to buy pate at Kaldi in Tennoji, so I thought, "Let's buy a baguette!" and decided to come here. I purchased a cut Paul Batar for ¥400 and a Pan de Mie Paul for ¥497. The Batar was okay, nothing special. The Pan de Mie was actually tastier than I expected. It didn't have any strange sweetness and was suitable for a meal. However, the downside is that the cost performance is not great.

※Pie Chocolate I thought it was interesting to buy a large Genji pie. It was too big, so we cut the heart in half and shared it with two people. It became sticky after one day. It may be better to store it in the refrigerator, but it might become hard. ※Cannele It has a certain weight typical of cannele. It doesn't have the typical chewiness, so even those who don't like the unique texture of cannele may still enjoy its deliciousness. It has a slightly crispy outer layer and a chewy inside.

On the first floor of Tennoji MIO, there is a place called Paul. I bought some snacks for my children, which were canelé and kouign-amann. The kouign-amann had caramel spread on the bread, making it crispy and enjoyable to chew. The canelé is a traditional French sweet that Paul offers in a simple yet delicious way. Both items were a hit with my children and I found them to be easy to eat with no strong flavors. Overall, it was a great choice for a snack.

I took out some bread from Paul in Tennoji Mio. ● Pain de Mie (white bread) 497 yen ● Croissant Chocolat 292 yen ● Pain au Chocolat 432 yen The prices give off a luxurious feel! But well, they are delicious enough for the price. The white bread is moist and chewy, tasty enough to eat as it is. The Croissant Chocolat has a moderate sweetness of chocolate generously used. The most expensive Pain au Chocolat has a crispy texture with a smooth chocolate flavor, more like a sweet treat than bread. Women will definitely love this♥️ Even men will love it too! Paul has many stores mainly in department stores. This was my first time using the Tennoji Mio store. I knew about the store's existence but honestly wasn't very interested. But after buying and trying it, it was quite good, so I'll consider it as one of my options in the future. Thank you for the meal! m(_ _)m

When I stopped by Tennoji MIO, I noticed a shop with delicious looking bread lined up. I wondered how to read "PAUL" and quickly found out it's pronounced "ポール" in Japanese. It's a French bakery. Unfortunately, it's not in the Tokai region so I didn't know about it. The bread made with a focus on wheat, salt, and water must be delicious. I bought a croissant and a hard cheese bread, both are must-try items. The croissant with a high-quality butter aroma is a classic choice. The cheese bread with just the right amount of salt was perfect for breakfast.

I went to another shop before and it was delicious, so I bought some souvenirs to take home. It's convenient to stop by when going out by train as it's located on the first floor of Tennoji MiO. I'm so happy!! (=^ω^) The bread is crispy and fragrant when slightly toasted. There are so many types of bread to choose from. The croissants are delicious, and the waffles are also recommended!! It's easy to shop here with a good selection. I will definitely buy some more on my way back from outings!! (^-^)/

My daughter's friend, Yuchi, loves bread. When I asked her for a recommendation for a bakery to buy bread for my daughter, she suggested a place where the croissants are delicious. The bakery is located on the first floor of Tennoji Mio, and it is surrounded by a showcase filled with a wide variety of bread. They have a selection of hard breads, croissants, canelés, and large palmiers, among others. The croissant costs 227 yen (tax included), and the chocolate croissant costs 292 yen (tax included). The chocolate beignet costs 324 yen (tax included), which may seem a bit pricey, but the croissants are large and can be held with both hands. They are moist and slightly chewy, with a strong buttery flavor that is delicious. We also tried toasting one of the croissants, and the aroma of butter made it even more delicious. The chocolate croissant has chocolate on top, which tends to come off easily, making it a bit difficult to eat, but it is still delicious with a hint of chocolate bitterness. We also tried the beignet, which has a doughnut-like texture, but the croissants were the most delicious. My daughter also enjoyed them. Thank you for the delicious bread!

My close friend Mairevi and I had an offline meeting for the first time and hit it off right away, visiting 5 different places together. While moving to another izakaya, we stopped by a newly opened bakery inside Tennoji MIO called "PAUL." PAUL is a French bakery chain that has rapidly grown and now has over 350 stores in France. In Japan, it is operated by "L'EARL PASCO BAKERIES," which was established independently from Shikishima Seipan. They use French wheat, salt, and water for their bread, focusing on long, slow fermentation and scratch production to create a taste close to the original. Their croissants are highly recommended. In Kansai, you can find PAUL in various department stores like JR Kyoto Isetan, Daimaru Kyoto, Hankyu Osaka, Daimaru Shinsaibashi, Daimaru Kobe, and also in Kobe Motomachi. The prices are on the higher end, but the quality is worth it. I bought a croissant for myself, which was buttery and delicious. The flakiness was excellent, although the crust was a bit hard. I also tried their Chorizo Hot Dog, which was spicy and crispy, with a strong flavor of onions and cheese. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm glad to have a delicious bakery nearby.

The rich-flavored croissant made with fermented butter at PAUL's bakery is a must-try. You can find PAUL's bakery at every corner, even on the highways in France. The new PAUL location at Tennoji MIO Main Building 1F is now open, offering a great deal on their "Table Support Set." It includes 3 popular croissants, a chocolate-filled Chocolat croissant, a spiral-shaped Escargot, and 5 mini croissants with a slightly sweet taste, all for only 1080 yen. By the way, a great way to preserve the deliciousness of bread is to wrap it in aluminum foil and freeze it, allowing it to stay moist and tasty for up to 2 weeks. Freezing is really convenient during the stay-at-home period. Thank you for the delicious meal!

In the glass case at MIO, there were various types of bread tightly packed. It's a face-to-face order system, which is hygienic. The bread looked delicious, but I still have some at home, so I restrained myself and bought three small items: Pan Sale for 173 yen, Brioche Canel for 324 yen, and Tart Brioche for 345 yen. The recommended Pan Sale, a salted bread, was my favorite. The crispy and firm texture with the savory taste of salt and butter was delightful. I should have bought more of this. Next time, I'll try the croissant and some hard bread that were sold out this time.

I purchased Paul for the first time in a while. I was unsure about what to get, but ended up buying canelé as a souvenir for a friend, and a kouign-amann for myself. The kouign-amann had a crispy surface and was delicious. The canelé is perfect as a gift. I will definitely visit again.

My daughter bought me two kinds of Kouign-Amann as a souvenir because she knows I love them. I was surprised by how big they were, even bigger than my 4-year-old's face! They were very satisfying to eat.
