After the nuts, we enjoyed a cheese assortment, which is also the namesake of the bar, with our drinks. It was a satisfying day with enjoyable drinks and delicious food. Everything was incredibly delicious!! The raclette was impressive as they melted the cheese right in front of us! The beef jerky was also seared right in front of us! And the Grana Padano cheese was so fun to mix as they melted it in a cheese bowl. The food and the atmosphere of the restaurant were both great, perfect for a girls' night out! ❤️❤️❤️

This time, we went to Cafe & Bar Cheese located at Residence Hakata 1F, 3-9-22 Sumiyoshi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. The interior of the restaurant is slightly dimly lit, with a retro feel and a calm atmosphere. There are three counter seats for about 3 people each, and two tables that can seat 5 to 6 people. We started with a toast with beer! We snacked on mixed nuts and then enjoyed Iberico pork sausages. The sausages came with three types of sauces - ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard - allowing us to enjoy different flavors. The sausages were juicy and delicious. Next, we had shrimp and mushroom ajillo. The shrimp was edible with the shell on, and there were plenty of mushrooms. Served with bread, we dipped it in the oil generously. The anchovy flavor was also rich. For the second round of drinks, we went with the classic lemon sour to refresh our palates. We then had Margherita pizza. The base was made of sweet bread dough, topped with plenty of cheese that was gooey and satisfying. The service was also good. The restaurant is open until 6 in the morning, making it a perfect spot for late-night cravings. As we left, we received a bite-sized cheese as a souvenir. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I visited after a long time. The cheese course with all-you-can-drink included for 3500 yen including tax is surprisingly cost-effective. They don't serve drinks in the typical huge cups that are common with all-you-can-drink. They are served in delicate and beautiful glasses, so you can enjoy trying various drinks little by little. Also, the female staff members are smiling and provide great service, making the atmosphere very pleasant. The course content is as shown in the photos. It used to be cream cheese changja, but it has been changed to a different cheese today. Cream cheese changja was incredibly delicious, so that's the only disappointing part. The customers keep coming in constantly, so if you don't have a reservation, there won't be any seats available. We followed the rules, ate quietly, and left within the time limit. There was a group that requested a birthday plate, which I thought was a nice and thoughtful service. I'm not a fan of sudden dark lighting and loud music playing, so I appreciate the increased likability of the place. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but the customers are nice, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and it's a lovely restaurant. It's a place I almost don't want to share, but I want them to prosper. I was very satisfied. I will definitely go again. Highly recommended!

This time, I visited a cafe & bar called Cheese in the Kyushu area of Sumiyoshi that I had been interested in for a while. The atmosphere of the shop is calm, with three counter seats for about three people each and two tables for 5-8 people. As it is a bar, there is a wide variety of alcohol, and it is nice to order according to the food. We ordered the Quattro Cheese Fondue (980 yen per person, minimum of 2 people). It was served in a bread bowl filled with cheese and was incredibly delicious. The ingredients included ham, sausage, carrots, baby corn, okra, potatoes, and pumpkin, so it was quite rich. If you want to try a variety of dishes, I recommend ordering for three or more people. We also ordered the Margherita pizza with a chewy dough (980 yen), which had a crispy crust. We also tried the Ebi Tartare with plenty of sweet shrimp (830 yen) and the risotto with shrimp and avocado tartare (730 yen), all of which were delicious. It's a great place for a date or a birthday party, and since they are open until morning, it's a good choice for a second or third stop.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my experience at this amazing restaurant. The pizza and cheese were top-notch. The atmosphere was great and perfect for a date! My friends recommended this place as their favorite spot, and I can see why. It has a vibe that attracts attention, but I doubt I could successfully flirt there, haha. The wine and cheese were delicious, so I definitely want to go back again.

In a calm atmosphere where you can feel the warmth of wood, this restaurant is a cheese lover's dream. I have used this restaurant for important occasions such as workplace birthdays and welcome parties. On this day, I made a reservation for a course meal with all-you-can-drink option for my important guests. The drink menu for all-you-can-drink was also extensive. The course meal included cheese salad, cream cheese and tuna with sake lees, tomato and mozzarella caprese, raclette, pizza, risotto, and dessert. Each dish was generously filled with cheese, and the hot and melty raclette with plenty of cheese on the ingredients was especially amazing! Even though it's not a cheese specialty restaurant, I would still want to visit for the lovely atmosphere and delicious cheese dishes. I was completely satisfied with everything! I will definitely use this restaurant again for future drinking parties.

I visited around 9:00 pm on December 30, 2019. I had visited once a few years ago, but at that time I was too full to eat, so I revisited. It was a busy Monday at the end of the year, but the restaurant was almost full. I was able to enjoy a cold beer in a copper glass and the wooden coaster for shochu was lovely. The dishes I ordered, such as sweet shrimp yukhoe, a platter of three types of blue cheese, and various tartars, were all delicious. I love tartar, so I was happy to see three different kinds on the menu. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly, making it a comfortable dining experience. I have been using this place quite often recently. The interior has a stylish atmosphere, and I enjoy having wine with my meal. My favorites are the anchovy potato salad and roast beef. I went to Sumiyoshi Cafe & Bar Cheese for the after-party of the offline meeting. We had made a reservation in advance for a 90-minute all-you-can-drink option for ¥2,500. The members included Maro-san, the ramen terrorist, Uchida-san from Ichigen, Ogawa-san, the owner of the original Nagahama Ramen along Route 5, and ramen friends from Facebook - Yamashita-san, Fukuda-san, Fujino-san, and Yamamura-san. We ordered dishes separately, such as shrimp ajillo and bacon steak, and after a toast with the all-you-can-drink option, we started chatting. The atmosphere was great with comfortable sofa seats, and even though we didn't end up eating, the cheese dishes were popular and the place was fully booked. It was a popular restaurant. We had a lively discussion about ramen, delving into deep topics like famous shops in Tokyo and Osaka. It was an enjoyable time, although I haven't personally visited those shops myself.
