I visited the restaurant at night. There were quite a few foreigners and the atmosphere was lively. It seemed rare to find a place in Fukuoka where you can eat monjayaki, but the service and taste were really good! If you make monjayaki yourself, you get a 100 yen discount, so I recommend trying it while learning from the staff! haha

Okonomiyaki and Monjayaki are not so easy to find in Fukuoka Yakuin, so if you want to eat flour-based dishes, you should come here. [Ordered Menu] - Motsunabe Monjayaki: This is delicious. Visited the teppanyaki restaurant Basaro in Yakuin for the first time. Ordered the all-you-can-drink option for 2 hours at 1500 yen per person with 3 servings of monjayaki with garlic butter soy sauce, which was delicious. We were happy that we got a little discount for grilling it ourselves. The drink menu and side dishes were also plentiful, so we definitely want to visit again.

I was looking for a place with all-you-can-drink and ended up at my favorite place, Basaro. I decided to just do the all-you-can-drink today so I wouldn't overeat. Starting with a salad, I enjoyed the asparagus bacon and fried egg. Adding some okonomiyaki little by little while sipping on a highball was delicious. And the tsukune! Basaro's tsukune is highly recommended. Also, the pork kimchi that goes well with highball. Lastly, I added another okonomiyaki. Thank you to the waitress for making it every time. I had a great time enjoying delicious food today. Thank you for the feast.

I visited this restaurant for my boss's birthday party. It was organized by the younger staff, so today I am just a guest (laughs). I mostly let the younger staff eat while I focused on drinking, but I can say that each bite I had was delicious! The taste of the food and the presentation were both excellent. The prices are reasonable, the food is tasty, and the hospitality is top-notch! The chef and the waitress are both friendly and have great service. Before I knew it, the restaurant was full, even the seats at the back. I will definitely use this place for casual drinking parties in the future. It's a bit inconvenient as it's about a 10-minute walk from Nishitetsu Yakuin Station, but the taste and service make up for it. It's suitable for couples, families, and colleagues, so I highly recommend stopping by when you're in the Yakuin area. It was really delicious. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

I walked about 5 minutes from Yakuin-Odori Station to "Basaro" to eat Monja-yaki. It had been a while since I had Monja, so I decided to go for the all-you-can-eat option and arrived with an empty stomach (lol). The all-you-can-eat course included the following: - 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink - Assorted appetizers - Fresh vegetable salad - Bonito tataki - All-you-can-eat Monja-yaki - Sauce yakisoba or Negi-shio yakisoba - Dessert All of this for 3500 yen, which is a great deal. The appetizer platter, fresh vegetable salad, and bonito tataki were delicious. The staff efficiently cooked the Monja that we ordered. We started with the recommended mentaiko Monja, ume-tako, and cream cheese Monja, and curry Monja. The Monja was pretty good. We stopped at that and finished with the course's yakisoba and dessert. I ate until I was completely full. Overall, I was very satisfied with all of this for 3500 yen. Thank you very much for the meal.

Yesterday's dinner was at "Teppan-ya Basaro" in Fukuoka. We ordered dishes like "Taro Yuzu Monjayaki," "Shiso Yaki," "Okonomiyaki Mix," and "Yam Potato Fries." The Yam Potato Fries were delicious! The Shiso Yaki was like a Korean pancake and very tasty! The tofu appetizer was also delicious!

Okonomiyaki and Monjayaki are of course available, as well as various side dishes and sashimi, with a wide variety of drinks as well (=^▽^=). On this day, we sat at the counter. In front of us was a perfect-sized iron plate for two people. It's great to be able to enjoy the sizzling live cooking right in front of you, which is one of the best things about teppanyaki, isn't it? We ordered the following dishes: ✰ Grilled oysters on the iron plate ✰ Seared scallops ✰ Tsukune (chicken meatballs) with raw egg ✰ Negitoro (green onion and minced tuna) with pickles ✰ Pork and egg okonomiyaki ✰ Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and cheese monjayaki (^-^)/ Everything we ordered was delicious and enjoyable. Dining for two is nice, but I also thought that sharing with a few friends while cooking together is fun too ♡(*´∀｀*)人(*´∀｀*)♡ The staff were also very friendly, and they cooked the monjayaki beautifully ✧︎ I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again when I'm in the mood for flour-based dishes♪

Last night's dinner was at "Teppan-ya Basaro" in Hirao, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City! We enjoyed yakiniku salad, seared chicken breast, and for the main dishes, takoyaki-style monjayaki and cream cheese monjayaki! It was so delicious! It's great that they are open until 4 in the morning. I would love to go again and try other menu items! Yum yum!

I want to eat delicious monjayaki in Fukuoka! So, I went to this restaurant located south of Takamiya Street from Yakuin Odori Station. Since there were two of us, we sat at the counter and started with a toast with cold drinks. The tofu was already delicious and chewy. The menu had so many delicious options that it was hard to choose. We ordered the mentaiko monja (mentaiko, mochi, cheese), eringi butter, butabara natto maki, mushroom potato salad, tsukimi tsukune, refreshing cucumber, draft beer, black Nikka highball, black sugar plum wine, oolong tea, apple juice, grapefruit juice. We also had a complimentary dish of chewy tofu. The butabara natto maki was a hit! It went well with beer and was inviting. We enjoyed all the ingredients. Finally, the mentaiko monja arrived. The staff helped us make the monja, so all we had to do was eat with the spatula. The heat and softness of the powder were just right, and we enjoyed the burnt parts. Lastly, we tried the unique mushroom potato salad. It was fun, delicious, and high in calories. By the time we left, we were stuffed. We probably ordered too much, but everything was really delicious!

I used it for a New Year's party (*^^*) The counter seats seemed to have a distance between the seats, like a couple's seat. It's perfect for a first date (lol) Now, onto the food, the appetizer tofu was amazing so we ended up ordering more. They even gave us some to take home. The wasabi has a nice flavor too. Using it as an appetizer is a smart move (lol) As for the other dishes... the parfait is innovative and delicious! The tofu and parfait are highly recommended, but the main dish, monja-yaki, is not particularly special (note: it's not bad either), which is why I rated it this way. I feel kinda bad about it m(_ _)m Tofu and parfait are recommended (*^^*)

This restaurant is difficult to get into without a reservation, but I have been there three times already. The staff are friendly and they make delicious okonomiyaki and monjayaki. There are also plenty of side menu options available. The atmosphere is great and I definitely want to go back again.

The 3500 yen course is extremely reasonable! The delicious dishes were satisfying and filling.

This is my favorite place to stop by after work. First of all, I was happy to receive a complimentary appetizer. You can choose between a small beer or a chewy tofu. It's great to have a small beer as a service when you want to drink! Also, the chewy tofu is really delicious! It's a new texture of tofu. I saw it on the menu and couldn't help but order it. And the main dish, okonomiyaki, is also delicious. It's great that they cook it for you. It's thick and rich, and I'm very satisfied. The other menu items are also wonderful, and my personal favorites are the "Omu Soba" and the "Ginger Pork" especially the ginger pork is exquisite. The half-cooked fried egg is amazing! I ordered some rice and made it into a set meal. It's a wonderful restaurant that leaves you satisfied. However, one thing that bothers me is that the volume of the BGM in the store is too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation with others. I'm sorry, but please lower the volume!
