コショラー
On the second day of my business trip to Fukuoka, I visited Umino Shokudo for lunch. The restaurant is located in the Parco main building B1F, directly connected to Tenjin Station via the underground passage. Umido Shokudo is a casual dining establishment offering set meals. I arrived around 11:15 and the restaurant was already about 70% full. I chose a table for two even though I was dining alone. The restaurant had a spacious interior with seating for about 60 people, including counter seats and tables. Upon being seated, I was provided with condiments like tonkatsu sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sashimi soy sauce, dressing, chopsticks, toothpicks, and wet towels. For my meal, I ordered the Umido Set Meal with a choice of seafood bowl for 1,628 yen, with a large serving option for an additional 275 yen, and the Nagahama direct delivery Umido bowl for an extra 275 yen, totaling 2,170 yen. The dishes arrived in about 10 minutes. The Umido bowl was a decent size even with the large serving option, featuring 5 types of sashimi, negitoro, mentaiko, and takana. Although the variety was good, the lack of color contrast made the presentation less appealing. The mixed fry included oyster fry, shrimp fry, and white fish fry, accompanied by a generous amount of tartar sauce. Overall, the food quality and value for money were decent, making Umido Shokudo a convenient choice for a quick set meal. I recommend giving it a try.
