I had lunch and breakfast during my stay before, but this was my first time dining for dinner at this restaurant. This time, I had the prix fixe dinner, and the menu was as follows:
- Amuse-bouche
- Campanile
- Appetizer: Marinated "Kabosu Buri" from Oita Prefecture with Shrimp Tartare and herbs from Itoshima
- Soup of the day (Potato Potage)
- Bread
- Grilled Australian Beef Fillet with Bordelaise Sauce and Mashed Potatoes
- Dessert (Fondant Chocolat with Pistachio Ice Cream)
For the appetizer and dessert, you could choose one each according to your preference. I chose the Kabosu Buri for the appetizer, which had no fishy smell and paired perfectly with the shrimp tartare sauce. The Campanile was served with roasted garlic butter, which was delicious when spread on the bread. The potato potage soup was rich and creamy with a strong truffle aroma.
The main course of Australian beef fillet was tender and flavorful, complemented well by the red wine sauce, mashed potatoes, and onions. The dessert of Fondant Chocolat was rich and decadent, more like a chocolate terrine, and absolutely delicious. I also had a taste of the warm pear pie with burnt sugar ice cream, which was surprisingly delightful with its flaky crust and combination of baked and fresh pears.
Overall, the dining experience was excellent, with each dish being delicious and well-presented. I highly recommend trying the prix fixe dinner for a memorable culinary experience.

The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with spacious tables, allowing you to relax. The dishes are warm when they should be warm and the vegetables are fresh. Each dish comes with its own sauce, showing attention to detail. It's a semi-buffet, so the main course, which is meat, is tender and the portion is just right. There is a wide variety of desserts. I rushed at the end because I ran out of time, so next time I'll make sure to go with plenty of time to spare.

This time, our main purpose was to eat sushi in Haruyoshi, so we stayed at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka. We often stay here. In the past, we had breakfast in the lounge, but for the past few years, we have been able to have breakfast here. You can choose egg dishes, and the rest is buffet style. I always have grilled fish, plenty of fruit, and take out coffee with lots of milk.

There is a perfect counter for drinking and eating alone, and I tend to stay longer than planned. I ordered craft beer, champagne by the bottle, and chose my favorite dishes to eat, which cost around 12,000 yen. The sashimi was good, but the cooked dishes were also delicious.

During the World Swimming Championships, there were a lot of athletes so the people around were considerate, but I had a good time!! It takes quite a long time to order a drink after they run out (about 10 minutes to make one drink), so you have to grab the menu back and order again when it's about halfway gone, which is a bit of a hassle, haha. Compared to the Tokyo branch, the service here in Fukuoka was not as impressive, but considering the cost performance and location, it was cheap enough to be worth the inconvenience.

Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast hours are from 06:30 to 10:00.
First, you choose your main egg dish. Options include Eggs Benedict, fried eggs, omelettes, French toast, pancakes, and waffles. I chose the French toast.
Aside from egg dishes, there is a buffet with freshly baked homemade bread, appetizers, dairy products, and Fukuoka's famous mentaiko, offering around 60 varieties of Japanese and Western dishes.
The bonito is delicious, and there is freshly cooked rice, bread, yogurt, and many other options.
There are daily changing vegetable and fruit smoothies, ham, cheese, pickles, and warm dishes.
Everything was delicious.

At the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, on the first floor lobby, there is The Market F Club Floor where you can stay. When you arrive at the hotel, if you tell them your room number, they will let you choose a drink, bring you sweets, and offer three types of refreshments. You can even get a refill of one of the sweets.

I stayed at a hotel without breakfast so that I could enjoy shopping and exploring at the station building. But I decided to treat myself to a hotel buffet for one day! It cost around 3000 yen per person. I went around 7:30 am on a weekend and luckily didn't have to wait. They had a variety of drinks, including sweet sake smoothies and local teas like Yame tea. There were Kyushu vegetables, mentaiko croissants, simmered dishes, and more at the Japanese food section. I was happy to try three different types of soy sauce from a local soy sauce shop. There were also ham, smoked salmon, cheese, and a fruit corner with kiwi, citrus, watermelon, and bananas. You could also order items like Eggs Benedict, waffles, French toast, and pancakes. It was a dreamy experience to enjoy a hotel morning buffet. While it's easy to overeat and feel full until lunchtime during a trip, I couldn't resist the temptation and ended up eating too much!

I ordered a half bottle of wine and grilled fresh fish as my main dish at this restaurant. Everything was delicious. They offer free refills of bread, and when it ran out, they promptly asked if we wanted more. The bill came out to around 8000 yen, which is a bit on the higher side for a restaurant in a hotel. Overall, it was a place I would like to visit again.

The Market F, an all-day dining bistro-style restaurant with a lively live kitchen, has been renovated to offer a casual yet high-quality dining experience. The concept of bistronomy combines the casual atmosphere of a bistro with the culinary excellence of gastronomy. The restaurant now offers a la carte menu options, with starters ranging from 800 yen, mains from 1,800 yen, and desserts from 800 yen. They still offer set course menus (light course for 5,000 yen, full course for 8,000 yen) and private rooms for an additional fee. Located in Grand Hyatt Fukuoka, the restaurant provides a more relaxed and approachable dining experience.

We ordered a course to celebrate a birthday, which featured dishes made with local ingredients. Each course, including the fish dish, pasta, and main dish, was carefully prepared and enjoyable. The atmosphere allowed us to have a special experience! It was great that we could also order cake and flowers in advance for the celebration!

There was a dragon fruit displayed at the fruit section of the buffet. When my husband asked if I couldn't eat it, they kindly brought me a beautifully cut piece to eat. It's worth trying new things. The Japanese corner had Fukuoka-style dishes like simmered vegetables, pickled mustard greens, mentaiko, and grated yam, all looking delicious. But the Western corner with Eggs Benedict, toast, and other tasty items was also tempting, and I ended up eating too much.

The buffet at the Grand Hyatt is great. There is a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The lobster was very satisfying and the overall value for money was good. It's perfect for a family meal. We went for lunch on a Saturday and even though there were a lot of families, we didn't have to wait long to get our food.

I had lunch at a buffet. It was a weekday but there were quite a few customers at lunchtime. I was seated smoothly without having to wait. The salads and soups at the buffet were beautifully presented and tasted delicious! Mixing basil sauce into the minestrone soup made it very tasty! The main dish, fillet steak, was tender and made me feel happy. There were quite a variety of desserts, and I tried them all, haha. The photo is messy but... it was really delicious!

Appetizers and desserts are buffet style. For the main course, you can choose from options like meat, fish, and pasta. I chose the grilled beef as my main course. It's nice that they bring the main course when you finish the appetizers. Drinks are separate, but coffee or tea after the meal is included. The desserts were delicious, with a variety of options like jelly, mango pudding, and different types of cakes. The flavors were also well thought out. I mentioned it was my birthday when making the reservation, and they surprised me with a beautifully decorated fruit platter and a plate of small cakes (4 types) that did not overlap with the buffet offerings at all. It was a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.

I had a semi-buffet lunch. The main dish was lobster, which was really delicious with what I think was Américaine sauce. I tried all the desserts, and it was fun to watch the pastry chef making them right in front of me. Thank you for the meal!

I decided to spend some time near Hakata Station today to see off a friend who was returning home. Even though we had just eaten, we wanted to relax, so we went to this shop inside the Grand Hyatt for cake and tea. We had a leisurely time chatting over tea in a relaxing atmosphere and watched the fountain show. It was the perfect space for a great time together. ♡

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka and used this restaurant for breakfast. Recently, buffet-style dining like this has been avoided due to the impact of COVID-19, but it seems like we are finally returning to the old style. It was a very happy thing. When staying in the club floor at the hotel, I don't go to the club floor's exclusive buffet. This is because it is small in scale and has few food choices, so I don't feel excited. When dining out, the excitement is important, so I end up going to the regular buffet with a wide selection. This time, there was a bit of a wait, but that was within an acceptable range. I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast visually and taste-wise. The first egg dish was made to order. I ordered two sunny-side-up eggs (OVER EASY). The rest was buffet style. I started with ham, bacon, cheese, salmon, and salad, then had Japanese rice, miso soup, and mentaiko and dashi tofu. I really like breakfast at hotels like this. I stopped at 80% full because I had lunch coming up, but I wish I could have eaten more. I really like this hotel here in Fukuoka, which I consider my regular stay.

This semi-buffet lunch that I go to about twice a year is always something I look forward to. Each time, they incorporate seasonal dishes in both the buffet and main courses, which makes it really exciting. They also pay attention to the desserts, offering a wide variety that makes it hard not to overindulge. The main dishes include grilled fresh fish, chicken, pork, beef, lobster, and more. The staff is always very friendly and attentive, making sure to check in regularly to see if everything is okay. I definitely want to go back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I used it for breakfast. Perhaps due to an increase in overseas travelers, there was quite a long wait time, I think I waited for about an hour. The dishes were plentiful in the buffet, and you could also choose omelets and French toast, which were made for you! I ate too much because all the dishes were delicious. Thank you for the meal!

The lounge at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is a place I often visit. This time, I had Darjeeling tea with a cake set. The tart was especially delicious. The Bonbon Chocolat in the back was also good. Perfect for a sugar boost.
