The dumplings were delicious, but the browning was different from the photo. I was bothered by the waiter who was facing away and using the computer. The cleanliness of the interior of the casual dining bar was very good, but the shared restroom was very dirty.

I visited this restaurant for the first time because I still had a shareholder benefit from Daiichi Koushou. I arrived at the restaurant around 12:00 on a Sunday. There was one group of customers before me and one customer after me. I was hungry, so I ordered ramen and fried rice. When the appetizer was brought to me, I asked if it could be cut, but unfortunately, they couldn't do that. However, it was free. I heard that refills were also available, so I left it as it is. The food was served in about 15 minutes. The ramen had noodles that were too long and the toppings were only a small and thin slice of chashu and some bamboo shoots. The fried rice portion was small and the taste was average. Even after eating both dishes, I didn't feel full. The cost performance was too poor. I wonder if it's appropriate for the restaurant to call itself a "public cafeteria." The total bill was over 2,000 yen, and they even charged me a seating fee of 330 yen. I didn't want to be seen as a complainer, so I quietly left without saying anything. I support Daiichi Koushou, so I hope the restaurant can do better.

I was looking for a place where I could have a quick drink, and I came across a great place! For only 500 yen, you can enjoy all-you-can-drink highballs for about an hour! As a fan of highballs, this deal is too good to pass up! I've been to places where lemon sours and shochu come out of the table server, but this was my first time having all-you-can-drink highballs, and I was ecstatic! If you find the alcohol too strong, you can push the lever back to dilute it with soda water - it's like magic! The gyoza and tomatoes were delicious, but the potato salad was outstanding! My friends also loved it - I'll definitely be going back!

A trendy restaurant where you twist a faucet and a highball comes out. The whiskey brand is Tris, and you can adjust the faucet to get alcohol only, carbonation only, or a highball. Ice is provided upon request. Self-service style is popular as you can drink at your own pace without waiting. Service was mediocre, but acceptable for the price. Note that if you opt for all-you-can-drink highballs, you must order at least 2 dishes per person. The shared restroom was dirty and lacked essentials like toilet paper and hand soap. Better restroom management is needed.

I went to this place as my second stop! It's open until around 3 am, which is super convenient. I had already eaten dinner, so I ordered some snacks, beer, and highball. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for the meal!

Attracted by the name "Straight Highball," I visited this place with a large curtain with the name "Amatsu" as a landmark. Each table has a self-service Highball server where you can pour your own drink into a glass. The all-you-can-drink Highball option is only 500 yen, and they use Black Nikka whiskey in the server. The complimentary appetizer is a mix of pickled ginger and cabbage. Refills are free.
The "Mixed Noodles" cost 690 yen and is a Chinese-style mixed noodles dish with tamarind soy sauce and oyster sauce. You mix in the egg yolk while eating. It was my first time trying it, and the rich flavor of the oyster sauce stands out. Mixing it with the vinegar on the table gives it a refreshing taste, similar to oil noodles.
Other dishes we tried:
- Hand-rolled fatty tuna (490 yen)
- Almost Edamame Tempura (450 yen)
- Grilled squid with green onions and ginger (490 yen)
- Spicy pickled cabbage (330 yen)
This is a recommended place for when you want a quick Highball. Thank you for the meal.

The prices are reasonable and the quality of shochu at this faucet-type izakaya seems pretty good. Each menu item costs between 300 and 400 yen, so you can have a meal for around 3,000 yen per person, making it a good place for cheap drinking and snacking. You can extend your time by 30 minutes for an extra 500 yen, so even those who want a little more can be satisfied.

I went to Amatsu-san, a direct highball bar on Omiyatenjin Street! This place offers all-you-can-drink for solo customers, which is great. There is even a highball dispenser at the counter. For 500 yen per 60 minutes (excluding tax, with a requirement to order 2 items), you can start pouring your own highballs. The food menu features gyoza, fried chicken, and other izakaya staples. While the highballs are cheap, the food is priced normally. The dishes are prepared in the back, so it may take some time to be served, leading to unintentional overdrinking of highballs. I ended up quite tipsy after 60 minutes! Oh, the first beer I ordered was not included in the all-you-can-drink deal. It's strictly limited to highballs. The staff are friendly with each other, and they seem to have a hands-off approach with customers. #Amatsu #DirectHighball #Amatsu Izakaya #DirectHighball Amatsu Izakaya #Highball #HighballAllYouCanDrink #Gyoza #FriedChicken #Tabelog #Jelly #JellyFood

I found a nice and new-looking bar where you can pour your own highball. They seem to specialize in self-service highballs. They might have unlimited highballs as well. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it this time. I ordered extra thick menma (bamboo shoots) and boiled gyoza. It was perfect for a quick drink. Thank you for the meal!

Closure of a drinking party. We didn't really need much food, so we went to a cheap all-you-can-drink place we found on the way. The place was called "Taishu Shokudo Amatsu Oohatsu Tenjin Store". They charge 550 yen per person for using the highball server for an hour, and you need to order at least 2 items per person. We ordered the following items little by little:
- Thick menma with chili oil for 319 yen
- Ham cutlet for 539 yen
- Special grilled dumplings for 495 yen
- Potato salad for 473 yen
- Fried rice for 759 yen
The grilled dumplings were quite delicious. Gyoza and other similar items might also be surprisingly tasty. The rest was average but decent for an izakaya. The all-you-can-drink option was 300 yen for 30 minutes, and we extended it. The total bill for 3 people was around 6,000 yen. It's recommended for those looking to drink a lot for a low price.

Amatsu Ohatsutenjin-ten, a popular cafeteria located a 5-minute walk from Higashi Umeda Station, is an izakaya where every table has a highball tap. "Highball all-you-can-drink for 1 hour for 550 yen? So cheap! I have to try it." Here are the menu items ordered:
- Direct Highball all-you-can-drink for 1 hour: 550 yen
- Super Dry: 319 yen
- Tartar potato salad: 473 yen
- Gomoku fried rice: 759 yen
- Shrimp mayo: 759 yen
- Otoshi (appetizer): 330 yen
This place is perfect for quickly drinking for an hour! I stumbled upon this budget-friendly izakaya on Ohatsutenjin Street. Thank you for the delicious meal. Check out more posts at @mako.roge. #MakoLog

Located in the Ohatsu Tenjin shopping street, a few of us visited this restaurant spontaneously. It has a neo-popular izakaya atmosphere. Despite the spacious appearance from the outside, the restaurant was surprisingly small. The clientele consisted mostly of young people. Although there is a counter seat, the main seating is at tables. There was a tower of highball drinks on the table, with single highballs priced at 429 yen, but all-you-can-drink for 60 minutes from a table server is 550 yen (tax included) - definitely a good deal. I wanted beer and shochu, so I passed on the highball offer. For food, we ordered the following: Tartar potato salad for 473 yen, traditional chashu for 649 yen, homemade grilled gyoza (7 pieces) for 495 yen, Sichuan-style mapo tofu for 759 yen, and grilled meatball dumplings for 539 yen. The taste of the food was quite ordinary, and the portions seemed a bit small for the prices. However, considering the cheap highball offer, it was understandable. It's convenient that they are open until late, until 3 am on weekdays and 5 am on weekends. Thank you for the meal.

Amatsuo Hatsu Tenjin, a popular cafeteria! I've always been curious about their all-you-can-drink highball! I was only in the mood to drink after work! Let me explain the menu first! You can order highballs for 500 yen per hour (excluding tax)! If you order, you can also drink Asahi Super Dry for 290 yen (excluding tax)! When you tilt the bar in front of you forward, you get a highball! Tilt it back and you get soda! That's it! I ordered bean sprout namul, char siu, and gyoza to start the battle I can't lose! When I tried the drink, it's probably Black Nikka or Tris! I was worried about the thinness because it's all-you-can-drink, but once I understood that, it was no problem! It's a standard highball that you can drink a lot of! But more importantly, the bean sprout namul and gyoza are delicious! The bean sprout namul is a perfect side dish! The gyoza has a crispy skin and is small and easy to eat! This is also a great side dish! I drank 8 cups in a hurry in an hour! I went home completely drunk ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ It's convenient if you focus on drinking! Definitely try it if you like Tris highball! Thank you for the meal!

This is my second visit to this place. It seems to be a new restaurant and the interior is clean. Each table has a highball server, and if you order the all-you-can-drink highball for 500 yen per hour, you can pour it yourself. However, in order to order the all-you-can-drink option, you must also order two dishes per person. If you have two drinks, you can basically break even. We ordered the highball all-you-can-drink, potato salad, ham cutlet, char siu dumplings. The potato salad had plenty of tartar sauce on top. The ham cutlet was thick. The char siu had a sweet and sour taste similar to cold noodles. The dumplings were small and easy to eat. The hour went by quickly, so we extended the all-you-can-drink for an additional 30 minutes for 300 yen.

I was lured by the 60-minute all-you-can-drink for 500 yen and visited this place. It seems to be a new shop. The toilet is a shared one in the building. The interior of the shop is very clean, and it is non-smoking, but there is a smoking room inside. I ordered grilled pork, grilled dumplings, salted kombu peppers, boiled dumplings, stir-fried pork and bean sprouts, homemade shumai, and more. The grilled shumai has shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots in it, and it is very delicious! It was the right choice. The rest is just average but still tasty. The char siu might be a minus, so I won't order it next time.

A new restaurant called "Amatsu" has opened in Otemonjin, where you can enjoy Chinese and casual dining menus along with self-poured highballs at every table. Operated by the company "Daiichi Kosho" which also runs karaoke chain "BIG ECHO", the self-highball tower at each table is priced at 550 yen for 60 minutes. The menu includes unique dishes like homemade grilled dumplings and boiled dumplings from Chinese cuisine, as well as popular small dishes like ham cutlets and chicken sashimi from casual izakayas. You can order:
- Homemade grilled dumplings (7 pieces for 495 yen)
- Boiled dumplings (7 pieces for 495 yen)
- Self-poured highballs with a 60-minute all-you-can-drink option (550 yen)
Look for the big curtain with the name "Amatsu" as a sign. This place is perfect for enjoying both as a dining hall and as a bar from day to night.

I went to this new restaurant that opened in March and I was curious about it. They have a self-service highball server on the table, and you can enjoy all-you-can-drink for 500 yen for 60 minutes, which is great. Lately, there have been more of these kinds of lemon sour setups. Lemon sours make me feel weird when I drink them, so I prefer highballs. However, the food is cheap and not very good. Also, the menu is too limited and there's nothing that makes you want to eat more. Ah, I see, they must be trying to avoid extending the 60-minute all-you-can-drink deal in order to aim for quick turnover of tables.

The all-you-can-drink highball for 60 minutes for 550 yen was amazing! The tartar potato salad was both visually appealing and tasty. The rest of the dishes were average, nothing special.

I often pour my own lemon chu-hi at the table, but it was my first time seeing self-serve highball. It was cheap and I will definitely use it again. Thank you for the meal.
