Today I visited "Chinese Izakaya Manpuku" in Tanimachi 4-chome for my city Chinese food exploration. It is located about a 5-minute walk west from exit 3 of Tanimachi 4-chome subway station, along Honmachi-dori. As soon as you enter and go down a few steps, you will see hand sanitizer on your right. I ordered the "Tenshinhan Ramen (850 yen)" while sitting at a 4-person table. Surprisingly, within 5 minutes of ordering, both the ramen and Tenshinhan were served. The ramen had toppings like chashu, menma, moyashi, sesame, fried green onions, and green onions, with thin straight noodles in a chicken broth-based soy sauce flavor, light on oil and with a moderate amount of salt, a refreshing and simple taste that was quite delicious. The chashu had a surprisingly tender texture and was tasty. The Tenshinhan came in a large bowl with plenty of hot sauce, fluffy egg with good seasoning, delicious and satisfying with a good portion. It was piping hot, so I had to wait for it to cool a bit as I have a sensitive tongue. The lunch menu changes daily and they offer plate lunches, ramen & rice bowl sets, and individual dishes at relatively affordable prices (excluding tax). They provide condiments like pepper, chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce on the table. The restaurant has a TV, 6 table seats, and a large round table in the center (for 4-6 people), run by energetic and efficient female staff and 2 kitchen staff members. I entered without high expectations, but the food was decent, reasonably priced, and overall a good experience. Even past 1 pm, customers kept coming in and most of the seats were filled.
