High-quality chicken dishes galore! A genuine yakitori restaurant located in Kawachi Nagawa, "Torishoygun Nagawa" is just a 2-minute walk from the station. Invited by a friend who recommended a great restaurant in East Osaka, I decided to check it out and was not disappointed! Nestled in a quiet residential area, the restaurant exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and full of energy, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The interior is homey with 5 counter seats, about 30 table seats, and the same number of seats on the second floor. With a wide range of drink options including beer, chu-hai, cocktails, wine, highball, and makgeolli, the menu also features a variety of plum wine and sake, with recommended local sake displayed on the walls. The food menu is a highlight, with a focus on chicken dishes cooked in a traditional yakitori style. The assorted chicken dishes are a must-try, along with a variety of side dishes perfect for pairing with drinks, all priced reasonably starting from 280 yen. We started with a kimchi assortment, followed by creative dishes like breast sashimi wrapped in kumquat and seaweed, and a liver assortment that was all delicious. The healthy salad with chicken was satisfying and filling, and the main dish of assorted local chicken was a standout. Grilled to perfection, each piece was seasoned with salt, shichimi, and sansho pepper for added flavor. The back liver stood out with its tender texture and rich taste. The quality of the fresh local chicken assortment for just over 1000 yen was exceptional and worth every penny. We also tried the crispy fried chicken wings, fluffy rolled omelette, and surprisingly delicious chicken nanban. Each dish was a delight to the taste buds, especially the crispy chicken nanban with tartar sauce. Overall, the quality and variety of dishes at Torishoygun Nagawa exceeded expectations and offered a fantastic dining experience.

The assorted bird sashimi was quite voluminous! It was a good amount for two adults to share! The menu overall is reasonably priced and there were many families dining there. The Korean yam kimchi was delicious!

The taste was delicious but I wish they didn't allow smoking. Both the regular chicken and the gamecock chicken were really tasty! I think ordering the assorted plate with both is a good choice. The chicken nanban with tartar sauce was also delicious, although I personally wished the sauce had a bit more acidity. Overall, the meat was thick and very tasty. If only the place was non-smoking or had designated smoking areas, I would definitely come back.

It might be the first time coming with a small group - yakitori grilled on a shichirin grill was delicious as expected! We came right after they opened, so we were able to get in easily... but I recommend making a reservation and coming early, especially if you want to try the raw dishes. Be careful not to overeat!

This is not yakitori, it's chicken yakiniku! It's a slightly unusual chicken specialty yakiniku restaurant where you grill chicken on a grill in yakiniku style!! The restaurant is located in Higashi Osaka, Kawachi Nagawa, right near the station, with a cozy atmosphere illuminated by gentle lanterns. The inside has a calming atmosphere, like a renovated private house. I went to the second floor. First, of course, we started with sashimi! The homemade water kimchi arrived quickly, but it was spicy! The chili peppers had a sharp kick, making the beer go down smoothly from the start. I always love chicken liver, but was the thigh tataki really this good?! Is chicken breast sashimi always this crunchy and delicious?! The sesame oil and salt were delicious~(*´ч`*) Then, I was curious about the chicken yakiniku! I ordered a mixed plate of shamo chicken. Let's eat something delicious today~( ◜ᴗ◝) The sauce is refreshing! I prefer salt, so I blended the rock salt, chili powder, and a little sansho pepper on the table to eat. I immediately ordered rice. It's so delicious! Chicken is something everyone eats regularly, so it has a familiar taste, right? Then you should definitely be able to taste the difference in this flavor. When you put it in your mouth, a strong umami flavor spreads throughout your mouth! I also ordered different parts! Here are my favorites! Seseri, momo, back liver, kokoro... and then I had a miraculous encounter. "Harami" I really want you to order this. It really surprised me. Please eat it with salt. Today, I had dinner with my old friend after a long time. We decided to invite our high school classmates to join us, so we asked our classmates to choose a restaurant. The location is Kawachi Nagawa, near the station where Hachiga is located. We ended up going to Toriyaki Shogun. We arrived at the restaurant around 6 pm, and it was about 20% full. A cute female staff member welcomed us and showed us to our table. We toasted with a "kanpai" using our drinks. My friend ordered the recommended dish from the staff, causing them some confusion. We asked for recommendations from the staff and ordered the following items for the three of us: [Food] - Homemade potato salad 380 yen - Korean pickled yam 380 yen - Assorted chicken sashimi (price not listed) - Chicken with grated yam topping 400 yen - Assorted grilled chicken 980 yen x2 - Grilled teriyaki pizza with naan 580 yen - Chicken roll with dashi 500 yen - Chicken bone broth ramen 500 yen [Drinks] - Draft beer 350 yen x2 - Ichiban Sasayaki 900ml bottle 2500 yen - Homemade potato salad: Creamy type with fried onions on top. Quite a generous portion. - Korean pickled yam: Kimchi made with yam. A reliable choice. - Assorted chicken sashimi: Not on the menu, but we ordered it. Must be eaten within 30 minutes of serving. Assortment of breast, thigh, liver, gizzard, and heart. Fresh and flavorful, especially the thigh sashimi. - Chicken with grated yam topping: Raw chicken breast with grated yam on top. Overlapped with the chicken sashimi. - Assorted grilled chicken: Highly recommended by the restaurant, so we ordered it. We got two portions. We left the choice of cuts to the staff. Assortment of breast, gizzard, tenderloin, thigh, tail, and wing. A satisfying amount, and the thigh was particularly delicious when grilled to a slightly firm texture. - Grilled teriyaki pizza with naan: Teriyaki chicken, plenty of mayo cheese, and naan. A junk food delight. - Chicken roll with dashi: A soft and smooth style. The texture is jelly-like and the broth is rich. More like a chawanmushi-style rolled omelet. - Chicken bone broth ramen: One of my high school classmates raved about the chicken bone broth ramen here, but since it wasn't on the menu, we ordered this instead. The overall flavor seemed a bit dull. My classmate felt it wasn't quite like what they remembered. Overall, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The service was also good. It's a cozy place, but keep in mind that smoking is allowed throughout the restaurant. I recommend this place for a nice meal. Thank you for the meal.

After getting off at Nagareyama Station, I found a lively shop in a quiet residential area. They had a special dish of raw chicken, so we started with that and also tried various other dishes like seseri (chicken neck), bonjiri (chicken tail), zuri (chicken gizzard), momo (chicken thigh), skin, and tsukune (chicken meatball). Each dish was well-prepared with vibrant colors and flavors, allowing us to thoroughly enjoy the meal.

I often go to yakitori and yakiniku restaurants in Higashi-Osaka recently, and it's interesting because it's different from Osaka city. Here, it's a self-cook yakitori restaurant. I ordered the mixed platter of chicken and locally raised chicken, cartilage fried chicken, gizzard, spicy fried chicken, and yakitori rice bowl. The yakitori rice bowl was delicious. It came with kimchi and namul. The yakitori had the expected flavor.

Eating and drinking establishments in Osaka city are required to operate with shortened hours until 8:00 PM, while in Higashi-Osaka city, it's until 9:00 PM. Despite the emergency situation with over 800 confirmed cases and the risk of medical collapse, we strictly followed the rules and had a masked dining experience. ⭐Guin chicken sashimi platter ⭐Guin chicken grilling platter ⭐Crispy chicken skin fry ⭐Chicken nanban ⭐Guin chicken broth ramen ⭐Guin chicken yakitori rice bowl The freshness of the guin chicken sashimi was amazing... so delicious! I felt close to East Osaka ^ ^ other than that, because Lina-san drove everyone until the end, Boss couldn't drink alcohol, so I kept drinking non-alcoholic drinks all the way, but in the end, I drank and took a designated driver home. I was hesitating, but Tribute was closed on Wednesdays. (≧▽≦)ノギャハハ☆ I quickly made a reservation at Nagawa ^ ^ The service at the restaurant was excellent, especially considering the prioritized measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19 that were announced at the beginning of April. I thought they might shorten the business hours again, but since it's East Osaka, it's better to be one hour late than not doing it at all, so I thought it was okay. The restaurant even called to confirm the reservation and reassured me that it would be fine for the 2-hour limit starting from 7 p.m. Indeed! The chicken was delicious! The chewy texture of the Satsuma chicken was wonderful. As a native of Tokushima, where Awaodori chicken is famous, I can say that the Satsuma chicken is like the K-1 champion of chickens with its muscular and delicious taste ❤️ Oh, my stomach was quite full, but I couldn't resist eating more ^ ^ Both the raw and grilled chicken were delicious. It's great that they close at 9 p.m., so you can go home early without affecting the next day. I took the Kintetsu train to Nipponbashi and walked to Kitahama on the way back. After visiting two other places, we went to the popular restaurant "Toriniku Yaki Shogun Nagawa" as the third stop. This was my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, it was packed with customers. Even though we had already eaten a fair amount at the previous stops, the fresh ingredients and delicious food at this restaurant made us overeat. It's no wonder this place is so popular. If it were closer, I would definitely come back more often. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited this restaurant because I live nearby. Even though I don't like chicken, the chicken dishes here were surprisingly delicious and I enjoyed them. I ordered the assorted local chicken platter, and I was worried it might be a single serving, but it seemed like it could feed two people. They didn't give me a receipt, so I wasn't sure about the total cost. At first, they recommended sashimi, but I ended up having the chicken platter, tasty yakitori, and a large piece of fried chicken at Don. I got so full that I couldn't try the sushi rolls or ramen, so I definitely want to go back. The hot pot that the person next to me was eating looked delicious too. They also offer bento boxes for takeout. All the staff were male, and a cool-looking staff member even greeted me outside as I left.

I came to Kawachi Nagawa Station area for the first time for a golf launch ^-^ It was a course with all-you-can-drink ^-^ First, kimchi, potato salad, pickles, and salad came out ^-^ For the grilled chicken version, there were skewers, harami (skirt steak), seseri (chicken neck), wiener, onions, and I forgot the rest of the meat but the harami and seseri were delicious ^-^ Afterwards, there was deep-fried daikon, which I tried for the first time and it was delicious with the broth well absorbed ^-^ The meal ended with egg over rice ^-^ The service for a large group was also good and the atmosphere was pleasant ^-^

This is a yakitori restaurant in Neyagawa, Higashi-Osaka✨ You can grill your own food and the freshness of the local chicken is outstanding. I visited and tried their specialty, the mixed platter of military chicken sashimi, which had a beautiful color and freshness. The texture was perfect and the grilled eggs and chicken wing dumplings were also delicious and filling. They also offer yakitori pizza and grilled rice balls for a perfect ending. They have a wide selection of Japanese sake and the cost performance is excellent. Overall, it's a convenient and great yakitori restaurant in Higashi-Osaka. I've become quite strong lately‼️ Haha. Every time I go there, I wonder where it is... It's hidden in an old residential area and still lively. I've been here a few times before, but it's always so crowded on weekends that I think I should make a reservation. We were seated at the counter for two. They have a beer called Hoegaarden White, which goes well with the grilled chicken. They can make chicken sashimi for you even though it's not on the menu... (secretly). When I went right after opening and asked for liver sashimi, they said, "We're all out for today!" Really? It's only 5 o'clock. They must have really high standards for the quality they serve... probably. I was really shocked, but I'll look forward to it next time... When we ordered a platter, a fresh young lady explained how to eat it. The chicken that comes out is just as fresh. It's nice that you can grill it yourself. I tried chicken back liver for the first time at this restaurant and I loved it! Thank you. When leaving the restaurant, they always say, "Sorry for the rush! Thank you very much!" Their humility makes me want to say, "No, thank you!" I need to learn from them...
