I walked about 5 minutes south from Kitahama Station on the Sakaisuji Line and was drawn in by the sign advertising 180 yen highballs. The appetizer was fried chicken, and if you order 2 other dishes, you can have all-you-can-eat fried chicken. The fried chicken was brought to us freshly fried and was very hot and juicy. It was a perfect match for the highball. I'm glad I found this place.

Besides getting more fried chicken, all other orders, including drinks like beer, can be done through a smartphone. It's convenient because you can also check the remaining time for the all-you-can-drink option on your phone (you need to become LINE friends). I wanted to have sashimi, but unfortunately, it wasn't available that day. I used to order sashimi platters and liver before. When I asked if I could change the fried chicken from thigh meat to breast meat, they gladly agreed.

The grilled chicken thigh was not bad, but there are better and more cost-effective options in the local area. What made me happiest was that the chicken tenderloin tofu and the salad I initially ordered had a similar sesame dressing flavor, so the staff came over to confirm and changed the salad for me. While it's a typical izakaya in terms of food taste, the excellent service makes me want to come back.

The chicken cutlet was thin and crispy, served with cabbage and okra side dishes. The curry was light and watery, more like a drink than a soup. The portion was generous and filling for the price. Overall, it was a satisfying meal for a reasonable price.

Newly opened near Kitahama Station, the yakitori restaurant "Mankichi" offers a great deal in the evenings - all-you-can-eat fried chicken for only 440 yen as an appetizer. I tried the thigh fried chicken set for 830 yen, which was large, juicy, and piping hot. Interestingly, it also came with a spicy curry as a side dish, perfect for a change of taste. Although the curry is popular, this area is known for its authentic curry dishes.

You can choose the number of pieces for the fried chicken and chicken pieces. The restaurant plays energetic J-POP music at a high volume. As a pair, we were guided to a private room to place our order. We ordered the regular-sized chicken tempura set meal and chose miso soup. It took 14 minutes for our order to be served, possibly because the oil wasn't hot enough. The regular-sized chicken tempura set meal came with 9 pieces, topped with plenty of tartar sauce over a sweet and sour sauce. The rice was served on a separate plate, making it a filling lunch. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

This place might be a hidden gem... You can enjoy a leisurely afternoon drink in a private room! There are many private rooms in this restaurant so you can chat without any worries! And the fried chicken is incredibly delicious!! I found a great spot!! Relaxing afternoon drinking. And it's cheap!! Plus, it's cheap!! Really cheap!! Many couples were there enjoying themselves. I want to go back for the fried chicken (*^^*) Highball and fried chicken go well together, right? (*^^*)

This time, I used the restaurant again. I wanted to try the Naniwa Curry for a while, but the Naniwa Tonkatsu Curry I wanted to eat was already sold out. So, I ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry instead. I ate it right away, and it was delicious with a light taste and a addictive spiciness. The light chicken katsu goes perfectly with it! I am very satisfied. Next time, I want to try the tonkatsu curry.

Lunch was my first time here. The fried chicken is a specialty, and the breast fried chicken (9 pieces) is 780 yen. The thigh fried chicken is 780 yen for 5 pieces, which is a great deal! I ordered the 500 yen set which came with a draft beer and some fried chicken. The set seemed like a good deal, but looking at the prices of other items on the menu, maybe I didn't need to get the set after all. The draft beer was cold and tasty, even though it wasn't top quality. The fried chicken was crispy with a soy-based seasoning, which went really well with the beer. Surprisingly, the fried chicken was refillable as part of the set, just like the complimentary fried chicken. It's amazing that you can have unlimited fried chicken for only 300 yen! I also tried the chicken liver, which had a nice crunchy texture and delicious sauce. It was a perfect match with the beer. Overall, I recommend trying the fried chicken all-you-can-eat option for a great deal at this restaurant.

On Saturday, I visited for lunch and ordered the fried chicken set meal (medium), which turned out to be more filling than I expected! The set meal came with mayonnaise, seasoned seaweed, and a side dish of curry sauce, which was surprisingly sweet and incredibly delicious! It went well with the rice and also complemented the fried chicken perfectly. I was so captivated by the curry sauce that I now want to go back to try their curry next time. The curry sauce was thin and not too spicy, although it was still flavorful. It wasn't very spicy at all... (￣～￣；) I quickly added some shichimi togarashi for extra flavor and managed to finish it. Ironically, the hot coffee after the meal was more delicious. P.S. I actually wanted a salad as well, but they don't offer it during lunchtime, so I had it at the supermarket's eat-in corner.

Momo Karaage Set Meal (5 pieces for 750 yen): The fried chicken is well seasoned and delicious. Rice comes in a large portion for free, but doesn't look that much bigger. You can choose between curry and miso soup. The curry has a spicy taste. You can enjoy it by pouring over rice or dipping the fried chicken. The only downside is that the restaurant's narrow shape makes it difficult to put your phone on the table.

My colleague devoured the mountain of fried chicken in an instant, like it was a drink. It was the best.
